Even a lot of research has shown about entrepreneurship, there are still some limitations to apply to women. It was limited because it has been illuminated by general points of view. In this situation, it is needed to study more about entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship will. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education experience and the effect of entrepreneurship education on the will of entrepreneurship. First, the implications of the study were to verify that the effect of entrepreneurship education, which is the ability of entrepreneurship knowledge, can contribute to raising the will of entrepreneurship. Therefore, in the entrepreneurship education conducted by universities, operating as a participatory program that can enhance entrepreneurship skills rather than theoretical aspects will contribute to enhancing the willingness of female college students to start up. Second, career orientation and entrepreneurship, which are characteristics of individual psychological behavior, have the result of raising the will to start a business and linking it to actual start-up. Therefore, it is suggested that students conduct their entrepreneurship comprehension and connect themselves to active entrepreneurship activities by conducting a diagnosis of the career orientation and entrepreneurship of students during the start-up education of the university. Third, women's entrepreneurship will become more active in government, and university entrepreneurship support programs expanded to target women's college students.
In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. Purpose: This study aimed to identify if participating in a sexual education program, influences knowledge, and healthcare attitude among attitudes of nurse clinicians in Korea. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 210 Korean nurse clinicians. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from July to August, 2011 from five hospitals in S and I cities. Data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson correlations, and multiple linear regression with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: This study reported that the majority of nurse clinicians had attended sexual programs about sexual harassment, reproductive system and function. There were significant correlations between experience of attending sexual education(r=.32, p=.003) and sexual knowledge(r=.14, p=.047) with sexual healthcare attitude. Sexual education on the job(${\beta}=.13$, p=.004), supplementary sexual education(${\beta}=.17$, p=.009), sexual knowledge(${\beta}=.16$, p=.048), and obstetrics and gynecology department carrier(${\beta}=.29$, p<.001) explained 14.0% of sexual healthcare attitude. Conclusion: This study's results demonstrate that advanced and continuous sexual health program is necessary for nurse clinicians. Proper sexual knowledge and positive attitude may promote nursing intervention and counseling concerning patients' sexual problems.

Purpose : This study is conducted to analyze the safe awarenece, its related health education and the employee's requirements in a prime supplier and its subcontractor company, suggesting the proper measure in employee education program. Method : The employees of 'S' construction company and its subcontractor are surveyed during the period of April 15 from May 15 in 2016. The 324 questionnaires are statistically analyzed with the version 21.0 of SPSS. The general characteristics were calculated through the frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The difference in safe consciousness between prime and subcontractor employee group was analyzed using t-test. Result : The statistics shows the employees in the prime company tend to observe the safe rules rather than the subcontractor employees(p<.005), but the latter are more conscious of safety in working environment than the former(p<.005). In addition, the subcontractor company did not provide his employees with the site for the safety-health education. Conclusion : The small-sized subcontractor company should identify its employees' requirements and supplement the lack of the safety and health education for the prevention of the industrial disasters. In details, the hand-on and practice-oriented leaning and teaching program development are suggested.
In spite of the fact that the food group(Food, Drinks and Health foods & Agricultural and Marine products) occupies little position in total sales of Internet shopping mall, the food group's sales in cyber shopping mall in 2006 have increased 678.1% over 5 years. In addition to the fact that the food consumption pattern has changed from quality-oriented to convenience, health and safety-oriented, the need to decrease the opportunity cost created by housework is rising in the context of increase of women's work participation rate. The wind of change like these will become the foundation on which cyber food industry will be developed. The factors having an effect on consumer purchasing intentions when one buy foods through internet shopping malls are researched in this thesis. For the investigation, women of 697 were surveyed by a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS for WINDOW(Version 12.0). The result is as follows: Factors having an effect on food purchasing intentions are Convenience(Timesaving, Troublesomeness), Customer service(Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, Tangibility), Perceived Customer Risk(Economic, Social, Performance risk) and Shopping experience(Easy to find out, Easy process for payment) in order.
Artificial intelligence (AI), which includes machine learning and deep learning has been introduced to nursing care in recent years. The present study reviews the following topics: the concepts of AI, machine learning, and deep learning; examples of AI-based nursing research; the necessity of education on AI in nursing schools; and the areas of nursing care where AI is useful. AI refers to an intelligent system consisting not of a human, but a machine. Machine learning refers to computers' ability to learn without being explicitly programmed. Deep learning is a subset of machine learning that uses artificial neural networks consisting of multiple hidden layers. It is suggested that the educational curriculum should include big data, the concept of AI, algorithms and models of machine learning, the model of deep learning, and coding practice. The standard curriculum should be organized by the nursing society. An example of an area of nursing care where AI is useful is prenatal nursing interventions based on pregnant women's nursing records and AI-based prediction of the risk of delivery according to pregnant women's age. Nurses should be able to cope with the rapidly developing environment of nursing care influenced by AI and should understand how to apply AI in their field. It is time for Korean nurses to take steps to become familiar with AI in their research, education, and practice.
In this study, the career barriers exploration counseling program was carried out to research the factor on the career barriers of women's college students. And then the effect of the career barriers exploration counseling program on career preparation behavior of the women's students was analyzed. The program that referred to the career counseling program proposed in domestic and career material suggested in Korean Women's Development Institute and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training was adopted in this investigation. Moreover referred to the previous research and reference related to career counseling that had conducted the related factor on career barriers and career preparation behavior. First of all, the program was reconstructed by referring to the Gottfredson(1981)'s career development theory. In order to verify the effect of the program on career preparation behavior of women's college students, two times tests were carried out on 10 persons of the experimental group and the control group respectively, before and after the program was performed. And then the ANCOVA was done on the difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. Findings of this study might be summarized as follows: First, the post-test result in the experimental group on career barriers was significantly lower than in the control group. Second, on career preparation behavior the result in the experimental group was higher than in the control group. Therefore, the career barriers exploration counseling program had a significant influence on career barriers of women's college students and the program impacted on career preparation behavior of women's college students significantly.

The object of this study is the effects of a cosmetology education for career discontinuity women who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment on career preparation behavior, so I analyzed reemployment characteristics, cosmetology education satisfaction, and career preparation behavior for 300 women in thirties to fifties who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment. Reemployment women's reemployment characteristics are various according to age, level of education, major field, training period, and educational institution, and sub factors of cosmetology education satisfaction affects meaningfully to improve career preparation behavior. Especially, educational contents and consultation about getting a job and career casts a long shadow relatively to career preparation behavior, so educational contents and consultation service about getting a job and career are important to make reemployment rate through career preparation behavior high. Based on such factors, the study will fulfill students' demand in cosmetology educational institutions, will highlight the importance of an efficient cosmetology education for developing industrial settings once more, and will offer base line data of consultation service about getting a job and career that can make satisfaction and credibility of educational institutions high, so will help the development of a cosmetology education and career discontinuity women's reemployment.
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and needs of sex education in high school students. Methods: There were 258 participants who were high school students in S high school in G city. Data were collected from October 1 to October 31, 2011, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: The mean score for sexual knowledge was 69.78, sexual attitudes was 63.66, and needs of sex education was 75.37. Sexual knowledge had positive correlation with needs of sex education (r=.17, p=.007). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated a need to develop programs for high school students to increase appropriate sexual knowledge, and to encourage appropriate sexual attitudes, and to reflect needs of sex education.
Cervical cancer is the fourth common cancer among women worldwide. Pap smear screening has resulted in deceasing incidence of cervical cancer in developed countries but low uptake of Pap smear screening among women in developing countries is still a public health challenge. The aim of this cross-sectional study was to assess the relationship between self-efficacy and timely uptake of Pap smear among Iranian women. A total of 580 married women referred to primary health care centers covered administratively by Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran were administered a questionnaire by trained staff. Data were analyzed with SPSS (version 16) software, using univariate and multivariate logistic regression. The mean age for participants was $33.1{\pm}8.8years$. There was a significant association between self-efficacy and Pap smear screening (P<0.01). There was also a positive correlation between duration of marriage and husband's education with Pap smear uptake (P<0.01). In univariate analysis, there was a significant association between Pap smear uptake and level of selfefficacy (OR = 15.3 for intermediate and OR=7.4 for good level), duration of marriage (OR = 5.7 for 5-14 years and OR=10.4 for more than 15), age (OR =2.7 for 27-34 years and OR=7.4 for more than 35 years) and husband education level (OR=2.3 for more than 12 years of education). In multivariate analysis, significant associations persisted between Pap smear uptake and self-efficacy (OR = 23.8; 95% CI: 8.7, 65.5), duration of marriage (OR = 5.9; 95% CI: 2.8, 12.2), age (OR = 3.9; 95% CI: 1.2, 12.9) and husband's education (OR = 2.5; 95% CI: 2.0, 10.3). Efforts are needed to increase women's knowledge about cervical cancer and improve their self-efficacy and perceptions of the Pap smear screening in order to reduce cervical cancer incidence and mortality rates.
