최근에는 인쇄된 매체인 책과 함께 컴퓨터나 인터넷을 이용한 문학작품인 전자문학에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이의 활용에 대해서는 다양한 측면에서 활발한 탐구가 있어왔다. 전자도서관을 이용한 효과적인 자료의 탐색, 전자문학 중심의 온라인 독서교육의 전개, 웹 문학의 교육적 활용 탐색 등의 연구가 있어왔고, 그것의 효과에 대해서 매우 긍정적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아동이 흥미를 갖고 있는 매체인 정을 기반으로 문학교육을 전개하는 방법을 탐색하고, 이를 구체화하여 모형으로 제시하였다.

This study is to develop a web-based integrated system for flow of agricultural products based on recent researches with engineering approach. The system stands on the basis of web for accessibility and usability. Three parts of the system consist of analysis of regional shipping characteristics using tank model, estimation of pallet load efficiency with Monte Carlo Simulation, a long term prediction of market price with reliability analysis. Besides a decision support module for selecting optimal shipping market is added through synthesizing techniques and spatial analysis using GIS and applied to Chinese cabbage of Pyeongchang in 2004.

웹의 짧은 역사에 비하여 웹 관련 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이것에 비하면 웹 어플리케이션의 품질 개선 속도는 이에 따르지 못하고 있다. 따라서 웹 시스템 개발에 대한 효율적인 개발 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹 시스템을 개발하는데 필요한 항목들을 기술하였다. ISO/IEC 12207표준에 근거하여, 웹을 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 개발 모형을 분석 및 설계 단계를 중심으로 제시하였다. 컨텐츠를 웹 어플리케이션에 반영하기 위하여 프로세스와 엔터티 정의방법을 기술하였다. 본 모형을 사용한 KCC 정보통신(주) Web-RoadMap 방법론을 공공 프로젝트에 적용하였다. 적용결과 효율적인 웹 어플리케이션의 분석 및 설계의 한 모형임을 입증하였다.

최근의 대부분의 정보시스템은 웹 기반 정보시스템이며 이의 개발과 유지보수시에 “웹 위기” 현상이 발생하고 있다 이를 해결하기 위해, 웹 엔지니어링 기술 중 웹 기반 비즈니스 프로세스로의 리엔지니어링 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 정보시스템으로의 이주와 웹 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모형화를 위한, BPN(Business Process Net) 모형과 이를 이용한 리엔지니어링 휴리스틱스를 적용 예와 함께 제시한다. BPN모형은 베타분포형 확률 패트리넷이며 수행가능형 Activity diagram이라 할 수 있다. BPN을 모형화 할 때, Use Case 분석을 이용하며 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행시간 및 비용적 불확실성은 베타분포를 이용하고 있다. BPN 모형은 XML 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스의 명세언어를 위한 공통 명세모형으로 이용될 수 있으며, 제시한 리엔지니어링 방법 및 지침은 웹 기반 정보시스템의 분석 및 설계단계에서 적용할 수 있다.

This paper discusses a multi-dimensional analysis for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). For this, We propose a decision-making methodology which employs three analysis models. The first model is a three-dimension positioning map to derive a strategy which achieves the Process Value Line (PVL). The second model is the web-shape analysis model to visibly understand the individual based on the customer CSI (Customer Satisfactory Index) data. The third model which supports the web-shape analysis model, is the relative satisfactory analysis model. It considers a satisfaction level after purchasing against before purchasing. Then we perform overall analysis based on the three analysis models to provide marketing strategies to decision makers.

본 논문의 목적은 안전한 직무 기반 접근 제어 모델을 웹 기반 응용 시스템에 통합하기 위해 필요한 시스템 모델을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 시스템 아키텍처 설계에 본보기로 활용할 수 있는 유저풀 방식의 시스템 아키텍처 모델을 제안하고, 이 시스템 아키텍처가 웹 기반 응용 시스템에서 실제로 어떻게 직무 기반 접근 제어를 수행하는지를 보여주는 시스템 동작 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템 모델을 기존의 시스템과 비교 분석함으로써 기존 방식에 대한 개선 효과를 제시한다.

Purpose The mail goal of this study is to find out factors influencing users' satisfaction of public application with the emphasis of service quality of public web and public value. For this purpose, we applied IS success model to develop the research model that explains users's satisfaction and public performance. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was developed based on IS success model along with two moderating effects - Service Quality of Public Web and Public Value in order to empirically test proposed causal relationships withing the model. A total of 377 survey responses were analyzed by forming the structural equation modeling with AMOS 24.0. Findings The analysis results show that the service, information, and system quality from IS success model are positively associated with user satisfaction, which in turn is positively associated with public app performance. The results also show that the relationship between user satisfaction and public app performance is positively moderated by public value. However, the relationship between public app service quality and user satisfaction isn't moderated by public web service quality.

Because of paradigm change to web service, numerous institutes have been suggested supporting solution about web service, and actively developed system using web service but it is hard to find out a systematic study for web service performance enhancement. Generally, there are SOAP message processing improvement and configuration optimization of server viewpoint for web service performance enhancement. Web service performance enhancement through SOAP message processing improvement have been studied related research but configuration optimization of server is hard to find out a systematic tuning model and performance criteria. In this paper, I suggested performance testing based tuning model and criteria of configuration optimization of server viewpoint. We executed practical analysis using tuning model about web service in internet. This paper show that the proposed tuning model and performance criteria is applicable to web service performance enhancement.

The purposes of this study was to investigate discriminative factors of clothing buying intention on Internet shopping mall. The sample included 435 male(44.8%) and female(55.2% ) adults, and an instrument was developed based on previous studies. The statistical analysis used for this study were factor analysis, 1-test, and LISREL. The results of factor analysis showed that consumers evaluated apparel internet shopping attributes based on perceptional dimensions of internet shopping consisted of clothing quality and value. web service quality and value, and adoption of internet shopping. Each dimension has sub-factors as follows: (1) clothing quality was perceived as 'artistry' 'sociality' and 'practicality'. (2) web interface service quality was perceived as 'visuality', 'advantage', 'response', 'dependability' and 'buying-confidence'. (3) internet shopping adoption was perceived as 'usefulness' and 'convenience'. T-test revealed that consumer's buying intention, re-entry intention, and store attitude were differed concerning all sub-factors including 'usefulness' and 'convenience' in adoption of Internet shopping dimension. As a result of LISREL, clothing buying intention path model was set up as following path. (1) 'artistry', 'sociality' and 'practicality' of clothing quality affected clothing value perception positively. (2) 'visuality', 'advantage', 'response' and 'buying-confidence' of web service quality affected web service value perception positively. (3) clothing and web service value perception affected store attitude positively. (4) store attitude affected clothing buying intention positively. However, Adoption of Internet shopping dimension that was perceived as usefulness and convenience did not affect clothing buying intention path model. Therefore, consumers buying, intention model in internet circumstance could be used nearly the same as real market circumstance.

인터넷의 발전으로 웹 어플리케이션은 널리 사용되고 있지만, 웹 기반 정보시스템 구축을 위한 별도의 감리지침은 없는 상태이다. 정보화사업은 매우 다양한 특성을 포함하고 있기 때문에 웹 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리모델이 필요하다. 따라서, 웹 기반 정보시스템에서 감리 효과를 높이고 품질강화를 위하여 웹기반 정보시스템 감리모형을 제안하였다. 감리점검항목은 기존 정보시스템 감리점검 프레임워크의 3대축을 준용하여 감리시점으로는 분석, 설계, 구현으로 정의하고, 감리영역은 컨텐츠, 디자인, 프로세스로, 감리관점 점검기준은 절차, 산출물, 성과를 기준으로 정의하였다. 또한 정보시스템 개발 방법론의 기존모델과 웹 기반 정보시스템 차이를 제시하고 웹기반 정보시스템 감리를 위한 감리영역별로 감리점검항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 감리점검항목을 설문조사를 통해 적합성을 검증하였고 도출된 감리점검항목을 적용시킨 개선된 감리점검모형을 제안하였다.
