Developement of computer and digitalizing of medical implement are being caused digitalizing of medical image. Medical Images are being managed more by PACS. In this situation comes out many problem about ownership, the right of properity of the medical images and notice wheather the data are modified. Digital watermarking can solve this problem. The proposed schemes have a two weak point that Non-blind method need a original image and Blind method use gaussian watermarking. In this paper, we propose a blind watermarking using binary image in order to easily recognize result of watermark This proposed scheme using wavelet transform and Circular Input method that input in medium-band of frequency domain.

When Digital Contents goes through production${\cdot}$delivery${\cdot}$consumption, MPEG(Moving Picture Expers Group)-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) defines standard which have defined by FCD(Final Committee Draft) level to keep the Digital Contents in safety. And development of system which applied to latest standard to protect and manage the broadcasting contents is required. Currently, the system to protect and manage the broadcast contents consists of fourth organizations which means production server, tool server, license server, consumption server. In this paper, we made production server to parse REL(Right Expression Language) document that has right information for content from license server, and create metadata based on MPEG-21 IPMP about the content that applied to watermark. then, after it do remuxing, transmit the protected data to consumption server.

In this paper, we study a watermarking method based on the informed coding and embedding by means of trellis code and entropy masking. An image is divided as $8{\times}8$ block with no overlapping and the discrete cosine transform(DCT) is applied to each block. Then the 16 medium-frequency AC terms of each block are extracted. Next it is compared with gaussian random vectors having zero mean and unit variance. As these processing, the embedding vectors with minimum value of linear combination between linear correlation and Watson distance can be obtained by Viterbi algorithm at each stage of trellis coding. For considering the image characteristics, we apply different weight value between the linear correlation and the Watson distance using the entropy masking. To evaluate the performance of proposed method, the average bit error rate of watermark message is calculated from different several images. By the experiments the proposed method is improved in terms of the average bit error rate.

A digital watermarking technique used as a protection and certifying mechanism of copyrighted creations including music, still images, and videos in terms of finding any loss in data, reproduction and pursuit. This study suggests using a selected geometric invariant point through the whole processing procedure of an image and inserting and extracting based on the invariant point so that it will be robust in a geometric transformation attack. The introduced algorithm here is based on a watershed splitting method in order to make medical images strong against RST(Rotation Scale, Translation) transformation and other processing. It also helps to maintain the watermark in images that are compressed and stored for a period of time. This algorithm also proved that is has robustness against not only JPEG compression attack, but also RST attack and filtering attack.
In this Paper. we Propose a digital watermarking scheme for digital images based on a perceptual model, the frequency masking, texture making, and luminance masking Properties of the human visual system(HVS), which have been developed in the context of image compression. We embed two types of watermark, one is pseudo random(PN) sequences, the other is a logo image. To embed the watermarks, original images are decomposed into $8\times8$ blocks, and the discrete cosine transform(DCT) is carried out for each block. Watermarks are casted in the low frequency components of DCT coefficients. The perceptual model adjusts adaptively scaling factors embedding watermarks according to the local image properties. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme presents better results than that of non-perceptual watermarking methods for image qualify without loss of robustness.

With the advancement of the digital broadcasting and popularity of the Internet, recently, many studies are making on the digital watermarking for the copyright protection of digital data. This paper proposes the minimum modification method of motion vector to minimize the degradation of video quality, hiding subtitles of many language and information of OST(original sound track), character profiles, etc. as well as the copyright protection. Our proposed algorithm extracts feature vector by comparing motion vector data with watermark data, and minimize the modification of motion vectors by deciding the inversion of bit. Thus the degradation of video quality is minimized comparing to conventional algorithms. This algorithm also can check data integrity, and retrieve embedded hidden data simply and blindly. And our proposed scheme can be useful for conventional MPEG-1, -2 standards without any increment of bit rate in the compressed video domain. The experimental result shows that the proposed scheme obtains better video quality than other previous algorithms by about $0.5{\sim}1.5dB$.
Reversible watermarking inserts watermark into digital media in such a way that visual transparency is preserved, which enables the restoration of the original media from the watermarked one without any loss of media quality. It has various applications, where high capacity and high visual quality are major requirements. This paper presents a new effective multi-round embedding scheme for the differential histogram-based reversible watermarking that satisfies high capacity requirements of the application. The proposed technique exploits the row-column cross scanning to fully utilize the locality of images when multi-round embedding phase to the message inserted image. Through experiments using multiple kinds of test images, we prove that the presented algorithm provides 100% reversibility, effectiveness of multi-round embedding, and higher visual quality, while maintaining the induced-distortion low.

This paper presents a wavelet-based watermarking algorithm to securely hide biometric features such as face and fingerprint and effectively extract them with less distortion of the concealed data. To hide the biometric features, we proposed a determination method of insert location based on wavelet transform and adaptive weight method according to the image characteristics. The hidden features are effectively extracted by applying the inverse wavelet transform to the watermarked image. To show the effectiveness, we analyze the various performance such as PSNR and correlation of watermark features before and after applying watermarking. Also, we evaluate the effect of watermaking algorithm with respect to biometric system such as recognition rate. Recognition rate shows 98.67% for multimodal biometric systems consisted of face and fingerprint. From these, we confirm that the proposed method makes it possible to effectively hide and extract the biometric features without lowering recognition rate.
Transparent, photocatalytic, and self-cleaning TiO2 thin film is developed by TiO2 sol-gel coating on glass and polycarbonate (PC) substrates. Acetyl acetone (AcAc) suppresses the precipitation of TiO2 by forming a yellowish (complex) transparent sol-gel. XPS analysis confirms the presence of Ti2p and O1s in the thin films on glass and PC substrates. The TiO2-sol is prepared by stabilizing titanium (IV) isopropoxide (TTIP) with diethylamine and methyl alcohol. The addition of AcAcsilane coupling solution to the TiO2-sol instantaneously turns to yellowish color owing to the complexing of titanium with AcAc. The AcAc solution substantially improves the photocatalytic property of the TiO2 coating layer in MB solutions. The coated TiO2 film exhibits super hydrophilicity without and with light irradiation. The TiO2 thin film stabilized by adding 8.7 wt% AcAc shows the highest photo-degradation for methylene blue (MB) solution under UV light irradiation. Also, the optimum photocatalytic activity is obtained for the 8.7 wt% AcAc-stabilized TiO2 coating layer calcined at 450 ℃. The thin-films on glass exhibit fast self-cleaning from oleic acid contamination within 45 min of UV-light irradiation. The appropriate curing time at 140 ℃ improves the anti-fogging and thermal stability of the TiO2 film coated on PC substrate. The watermark-free PC substrate is particularly beneficial to combat fogging problems of transparent substrates.

In this paper, we propose a RST resistant robust logo embedding technique for multimedia copyright protection Geometric manipulations are challenging attacks in that they do not introduce the quality degradation very much but make the detection process very complex and difficult. Watermark embedding in the normalized image directly suffers from smoothing effect due to the interpolation during the image normalization. This can be avoided by estimating the transform parameters using an image normalization technique, instead of embedding in the normalized image. Conventional RST resistant schemes that use full frame transform suffer from the absence of effective perceptual masking methods. Thus, we adopt $8\times8$ block DCT and calculate masking using a spatio-frequency localization of the $8\times8$ block DCT coefficients. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is robust against various signal processing techniques, compression and geometrical manipulations.
