몰드변압기 진동신호의 FFT 및 시계열 계수 분석 (FFT and AR Coefficient Analysis of Vibration Signal in Mold Transformer)

  • 본 논문에서는 몰드변압기 예방진단을 위해 정상상태와 비정상상태 몰드변압기의 진동신호의 FFT 및 시계열 분석에 관해 연구하였다. 실험올 위한 제어변수들로 공급전압, 부하전류 및 주위온도를 변화시키면서, 진동신호 크기, 주파수 스펙트럼 및 시계열 계수와 같은 측정변수들을 분석하였다. 제어변수 변화에 의한 진동선호는 권선표변과 철섬에 부착된 가속도센서로 측정되었으며, 이 신호들은 중폭기를 거쳐 데이터 수집장치에서 측정변수들로 계산되었다. 또한, 정 상상태 분석 후, 몰드변압기의 구조적 변형올 모의하였다. 비정상상태 진동신호는 정상상태와 같은 제어변수 변화 에 의해 측정되었다. 연구 결과, 정상상태와 비정상상태 진동신호는 수직진동신호와 수평진동신호를 비교하여 분석함으혹써 구별이 가능하였다.

승용차 착석 자세에서의 인체 겉보기 질량 측정 및 고찰 (Measurement and Investigation of Apparent Masses of a Human Body at the Sitting Posture in a Passenger Car)

  • This study aims to measure an apparent mass of a seated human body at the sitting posture in a passenger car in the frequency range from 1 to 20 Hz and to investigate the dynamic characteristics. Thirty subjects joined the test where eight levels of acceleration from $0.1m/s^2\;to\;2.0m/s^2$ were used to excite seated human body. Most of apparent mass curves showed two peaks in the frequency range of $4\sim9Hz$, first peak was clearer at the contact point of the seat and the hip, and the second one at the contact point of the backrest and the back. Both peak frequencies were found to move down to lower frequencies with increase of acceleration magnitude. Shapes of apparent mass curves were clearly different from those at erect posture especially in the frequency range around and above the second peak.

  • This paper presents a wear diagnosis method for centrifugal impellers by using an accelerometer. The features are calculated from raw and wavelet transformed signals with several statistical methods applied in time or frequency domains. From the effectiveness coefficient test, it is shown that 7th level of wavelet transformed signal is suitable for wear classification problems. A neural network with 5 feature sets is applied to diagnose the wear magnitude of pump impellers. The verification result reveals that high accuracy for the wear diagnosis of impellers can be obtained by using wavelet features transformed from acceleration signals.

유체-구조 연성 방법에 의한 단순 탱크 슬로싱 해석 (Sloshing Analysis of a Simple Tank using Fluid-structure Interface Method)

  • Fuel tank sloshing noise of vehicle is caused by flow impact on the tank wall during sudden braking, and the sloshing vibration of tank wall is a coupled phenomenon of the fuel inside tank and tank wall structure. Therefore, Fluid-Structure Interface(FSI) analysis technology should be adopted to predict accurately the sloshing vibration. In this study, FSI approach was employed to analyze sloshing phenomenon for a simple tank model with velocity change of the actual vehicle test. First, the simulated results for rigid tank model were compared with those for deformable tank model. Next, influence of baffle location and shape of baffle holes on the acceleration magnitude and the maximum stress of tank wall was investigated. In addition, sloshing analysis for tank with another baffle type was carried out.

  • A gyroscope is a rotating body possessing one axis of symmetry and whose rotation about the symmetry axis is relatively large compared with the rotation about any other axis. Tuning fork is this type of structure that various modem gyro-sensors are based on. In this paper, dynamic behavior of a cantilevered beam subjected ta a base rotation with respect to the eccentric axis that is parallel to the beam axis is analyzed. The final equations of motion in terms of generalized coordinates can be solved with numerical scheme with various values of angular velocities and angular accelerations of the rotating axis. In contrast to the case of rotating cantilever beam like helicopter blade, the rotational motion with respect to the beam axis has effect to decrease the stiffness of the beam and has unstable region depending on the magnitude of the rotational angular velocity and angular acceleration.

  • A modeling method for the impact analysis of plate structures employing Hertzian contact theory is presented in this paper. Since local deformation as well as bending deflection of the plate occurs due to the collision, it has to be considered for the impact analysis. When the coefficient of restitution is employed for the impact analysis, the local deformation is not considered. For more accurate and reliable impact analysis, however, the local deformation should be considered. The effects of the location of collision and the collision mass on the impact duration time and the contact force magnitude are investigated through numerical studies employing Hertzian contact theory.

  • Mass estimation was derived as functions of acceleration magnitude and primary frequency. The conventional method of mass estimation used frequency data directly in the frequency domain. The signals that can be obtained sensor contained noise as well as impact signal. Therefore, how well we can detect the frequency data in noise directly determines the quality of mass estimation. To find exact frequency data, we used time-frequency analysis. The time frequency method are expected to be more useful than the conventional frequency domain analyses for the mass estimation problem on a plate type structure. Also it has been concluded that the smoothed WVD can give more reliable means than the other methodologies for the mass estimation in a noisy environment.

국민안전처 통합관리시스템 연계 가능한 시설물 진동 감지 및 분석 시스템 개발 (A Development of Real-time Vibration Monitoring and Analysis System Linked to the Integrated Management System of Ministry of Public Safety and Security)

  • 국내의 지진 발생 추이가 증가세를 보이고 있으며, 이에 따라 시설물 피해를 주고 큰 인명 피해를 초래하는 지진재해에 대한 대비의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 지진재해에 대비하기 위해서는 지진 또는 진동가속도에 대한 실시간 계측을 하는 것이 중요하다. 일본과 미국의 경우 중요 시설물에 대하여 이미 실시간 지진가속도계측을 시행하고 있으며 계측된 지진가속도데이터는 데이터베이스화되어 관리되고 있다. 이를 이용해 내진설계기준 개정시 또는 지진으로 인한 피해 예측시 활용하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 최근 지진재해대책법 및 시행규칙이 개정되어 공포되었으며, 국민안전처에서 지진가속도계측자료 통합관리시스템을 구축해 나가고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민안전처 통합관리시스템에 연계가 가능한 시설물 실시간 진동 감지 및 분석 시스템을 개발 하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 지진가속도계측데이터 모니터링 기능을 포함하며, 또한 고속푸리에변환, 고유진동수 추출, 응답스펙트럼, 파워스펙트럼, 진도 표출, 시설물 건전도 평가 등 다양한 가속도데이터 분석 기능을 갖추고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국민안전처 지진가속도계측자료 시스템에 연계가 가능하도록 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 시설물의 안전관리 네트워크 구축, 지진 또는 진동으로 인한 시설물의 피해에 대한 대비, 유지관리 비용의 최소화에 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

EDISON Co-rotational Plane Beam-Transient anlaysis를 이용한 Energy method방법의 충격량해석 및 타격중심 매개변수 연구

  • The center of percussion(COP) is the point of an extended massive object attached to a pivot where a perpendicular impact will produce no reactive shock at the pivot. COP is an important concept in the field of vibration and dynamics. In vibration, COP causes reduction of vibration and in dynamics, it brings about maximum speed of an object. Many studies about COP are still in progress. However most of the researches have typically focused on the method of mathematical and numerical anlalysis. In this paper, impact analysis was proved by the mechanical energy method using EDISON co-rotational plane beam transient analysis program. The result expressed in acceleration was the relative magnitude of the impulse, which was the indicator of COP. Then, these results were compared with the reference thesis results for exact consequences. Additionally, parametric study of COP was conducted.
