  • Curling is caused by the shrinkage difference between surface and bottom side of concrete, and the cracks can be occurred by vehicle load after curling. It is important to investigate and predict the curling behavior to minimize the quality defect of concrete due to the curling. Therefore, the experimental and analytical investigation was carried out.

  • 철도차량의 대차는 열차 주행을 위한 핵심적인 장치이다. 철도차량의 대차에서 피로결함은 운행 중 기대되지 않거나 과도한 하중, 용접결함, 재료 결함 등의 다양한 요인에 의해 발생할 수 있다. 철도차량의 사고를 방지하기 위해서 차체-대차연결부의 손상을 검출하고 발생 결함에 대한 정확한 평가가 요구된다. 이러한 철도차량의 차체-대차 연결부는 초음파 비파괴 검사를 통하여 건전성을 확보하고 있으나 결함 발생에 대한 학습기법을 이용한 판정방법이 필요하다. 최근 미세한 결함이나 유사한 결함을 높은 인식율로 검출하기 위하여 딥러닝 기법에 관한 여러 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도차량의 차체-대차 연결부의 결함 검출능력을 위하여 용접부의 인공결함 시편에 대하여 데이터베이스 구축하였으며. 웨지형 초음파 센서를 이용하여 차체-대차 연결부에 대한 비파괴 검사를 수행하였다. 부가적으로 인적오류를 최소화하기 위하여 결함판단 학습기법인 합성곱 신경망기법(Convolutional Neural Network)을 적용하였다. 그 결과 합성곱 신경망기법 기법을 이용하여 철도차량의 차체-대차 연결 용접부의 균열을 99.98%이상 균열성 결함으로 판별할 수 있었으며 철도차량 차체-대차 연결부의 비파괴검사시 본 연구의 기술이 적용 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • GPS which measured user's location information outdoors should be of poor sensitivity because of interference and jamming of different electromagnetic waves. Specially, it has a defect of low received rate in high-rise urban where reflection and refraction of satellite signal go well.   • This paper deal with due to the additional equipment established on the vehicle fire accident cases. Recently, vehicle was recognized as other living spaces and it was increasing installation of additional devices such as a black box, multivision, additional battery and so on. However, these additional devices were established on the vehicle by non-specialists such as the general public user or manufacturing and distributors of additional devices since the vehicle factory. Resulting from the additional equipments due to installation errors in these additional equipments connected to the electrical wiring insulation damage or electrical breakdown occurs, and finally leading to a fire caused by the additional equipments. Therefore, additional equipment established on the vehicle due to a fire in order to prevent accidents during the manufacturing process of these devices are installed. If not installed unless the manufacturing process, the installation of additional equipments established by professional who knows the vehicle structure that will be able to prevent the fire.

자동차 배출가스보증시험에 다변수 축차검사의 적용에 관한 연구 (Multivariate Sequential Rectifying Inspection with Applicability to the Motor Vehicle Emission Certified Test)

  • Currently the problem of air pollution caused by the motor vehicle emission is one of the most serious problems to be solved. Thus we needed the inspection method and technical innovation constraining the motor vehicle emission. In order to establish the more reasonable certified test, the multivariate sequential rectifying inspection plan designed in this paper has been applied to the domestic vehicles by analyzing the statistic characteristics of the emission distribution. This inspection method is designed to satisfy the evaluation measure constraining domestic vehicle emission, and it serves the defect rectifying system and performance certification of catalytic converts. As the prior parameter for the domestic vehicles, we used the data for the catalytic converts which passed the certified test excuted by the EPK. For the case of engine test, we used those data which passed the certified test of domestic vehicles. The multivariate sequential rectifying inspection plan of the vector parameter is able to minimize the average sample number and increase the pass probability of operating characteristic curve.

  • According to DEKRA (a Germany Certification and Inspection Agency)'s accident rate analysis by vehicle defect factor, as a result of analysis of the causes of accidents by flaws, it was found that braking devices accounted for 41%. Defects in the braking system are closely related to the accident, so it is very important to find faulty brking systems to ensure safety. The EU and USA uses ISO brake tester and the Korea is brake teater is first introduse in Japan for vehicle inspection and maintanance. KOTSA introduce the ISO brake tester in order to promote the advanced standardization of the inspection equipment and inspection tecnology, and examined the detection characteristics and applied it to the improvement direction of the brake tester to secure the driving safety.

콘크리트 하수관로 결함부 보수를 위한 자주차 개발 및 성능평가 (Development and Performance of Self-Propelled Vehicles for Repairing Concrete Sewage Pipes)

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 하수관로의 결함부를 보수하기 위한 자주차의 개발 및 성능평가에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 비굴착 방식인 자주차를 활용한 하수관로 보수를 위하여 구동 시스템, 보수 유닛 설계 및 보수재료 압송에 관한 성능을 고려하여 자주차를 개발하였다. 개발된 자주차의 성능평가를 하기 위하여 직경 500mm 콘크리트 하수관로에 결함부를 모사하여 보수실험을 수행하였다. 이후, 보수가 완료된 하수관로를 양쪽 끝단과 결함부에 플러그를 삽입하여 고정하고, 물을 주입하여 보수부위에서 누수 여부를 통한 수밀성능을 평가하였다. 누수량은 0.07L/㎡으로 허용 누수량 0.2L/㎡ 이하의 값을 나타내며 우수한 수밀성능을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 자주차는 우수한 보수성능을 나타내는 것으로 판단된다.

무인기용 발사장비의 추진와이어 파단 및 구조변형 방지를 위한 형상변경 사례 (A Case Study on Configuration Change for Preventing Propulsion Wire Fracture and Structural Deformation of Launch System of UAV)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify and resolve the causes of defects in the unmanned aerial vehicle launch system(propulsion wire fracture, rear rail deformation) and to prevent recurrence. Methods: The causes of the two defects were derived through fault tree analysis for each of the two defects and fault reproduction tests. In the case of propulsion wire, the installation of a high speed camera to check the behavior of wire was the driving force behind the defect resolution. Results: The results of this study are as follows; It was determined that the thickness of the washer was less than the maximum tolerance of the pulley was the cause of the propulsion wire fracture defect. Failure to comply with the launch procedure and insufficient safety margin were judged as the cause of the rear rail deformation defect. Accordingly, the configuration was changed to remove each defect. Conclusion: The case of this study was conducted to eliminate defects in the launch system for UAV. The causes of defects were estimated through fault tree analysis. After the configuration change, Structural analysis and launch tests were performed to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the modified configuration. As a result, the effect of the modified configuration was verified.

시동불능 자동차에서 발생한 화재의 원인 분석 연구 (A Study on Cause Analysis of a Fire that Broke Out on a No-start Motor Vehicle)

  • It is often thought that because no-start motor vehicles cannot start an engine, a fire cannot occur for motor vehicle causes. However, although the engine cannot start up, some parts may be live with electricity if a battery is connected. If the parts have problems, a fire can occur. This study analyzed the causes of fires occurring when a motor vehicle was loaded onto a tow truck to service no-start. It is suggested that no-start motor vehicles should separate a battery terminal to prevent a fire. And this fire is related to automotive products liability.

연속재생 DPF의 재생 성능에 미치는 차량 운행패턴의 영향 (Influence of Driving Pattern on Regeneration Performance of Continuously Regenerating Diesel Particulate Filter)

  • This paper is to investigate the influence of driving patterns of slow and high speed vehicles on the performance of continuously regenerating diesel particulate filter(DPF) system matched with operating conditions in field application. The DPF performance test for field application was carried out for two identical DPFs installed to slow and high speed vehicles. A slow speed vehicle was selected among local buses which have driving patterns to repeat running and stop frequently, while a high speed vehicle was prepared to have long route of high speed over 60km/h like inter-city buses. In this test, the regeneration performance on the DPF of slow speed vehicle deteriorated because of high soot load index(SLI) in spite of same balance point temperature(BPT) distribution for high speed vehicle. The DPF of slow speed vehicle melted in the end because the rapid increase of back pressure caused high temperature over $1200^{\circ}C$ in the ceramic wall of DPF. The PM components like ash collected to the filter in the DPF were analyzed in order to investigate the cause of the defect and provide an operation performance of DPF system. In the result of the analysis, high levels of lubrication oil ash(Ca, Mg, P, Zn) were detected.
