본 연구는 "청대추칩"이라는 신제품의 제품 개발 방향 설정을 목적으로 시행되었다. 이를 위하여 청대추칩의 속성별 소비자 가치추정을 실시하였다. 방법적으로는 선택형 실험(Choice Experiment)을 이용하였으며, 조건부 로짓 모형을 추정하여 각 속성별 지불의사금액을 도출하였다. 그 결과 중소기업 제품은 1,333원/개, 대기업은 1,752원/개, 대학은 1,703원/개, 포장 단위는 350원/개, 원료 등급은 548원/개, HACCP은 1,322원/개, ISO22000은 1,166원/개로 추정되었다. 대학 브랜드의 지불의사금액은 중소기업 브랜드보다는 높고 대기업 브랜드보다는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 대학 브랜드 제품을 다소 고급제품으로 인식하고 있으므로 이에 걸맞는 제품을 개발해야 할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 우선적으로 HACCP을 취득할 필요가 있고 우수한 원료를 사용할 필요가 있다.

Biomass lignin, a waste produced during the paper and bio-ethanol production process, is a cheap material that is available in large quantities. Thus, the interest in the valorization of biomass lignin has been increasing in industrial and academic areas. Over the years, lignin has been predominantly burnt as fuel to run pulping plants. However, less than 2% of the available lignin has been utilized for producing specialty chemicals, such as dispersants, adhesives, surfactants, and other value-added products. The development of value-added lignin-derived co-products should help make second generation biorefineries and the paper industry more profitable by valorizing lignin. Another possible approach towards value-added applications is using lignin as a component in plastics. However, blending lignin with polymers is not simple because the polarity of lignin molecules results in strong self-interactions. Therefore, achieving in-depth insights on lignin characteristics and structure will help in accelerating the development of lignin-based products. Considering the multipurpose characteristics of lignin for producing value-added products, this review will shed light on the potential applications of lignin and lignin-based derivatives on polymeric composite production. Moreover, the challenges in lignin valorization will be addressed.

Korea's five leading industries-chemical, automobile, shipbuilding, metal and electronics-have been the growth engines of the Korean economy for the last 30 years. However, with their performance weakening in the past few years, Korea's annual growth rate has dropped to less than 2%. Just as the Japanese economy struggled through the lost decades, Korea's leading industries have been facing signals of arriving at a Strategic Inflection Point ("SIP") since the mid-2000s. The objective of this study is to present an appropriate value strategy for Korean firms in leading industries to gain sustainable competitive advantages. This paper examines the following issues : First, it diagnoses the signs and timing of SIP for the five leading industries. Second, this study examines 78 Korean and Japanese firms in order to understand the adaptation strategies of the highest and lowest performing firms from a value strategy point of view. Third, it empirically analyzes the correlation between the indicators of value strategy and the accounting performances of the Korean and Japanese firms. The data set used in the cluster analysis were collected from KISLINE database of NICE Information Service and annual reports. The findings in the case analyses of high and low performing companies show that high value-added specialty chemical materials and electronic component manufacturers that had a strong focus on value creation were defined as high performing companies. And in the cosmetic and automobile industries, companies with a strong emphasis on value appropriation gained high performance. Furthermore, the study conducted a cluster analysis based on two indicators R&D and advertisement expense. The analysis shows that a significant gap exists in the operating incomes among three groups classified under the value strategy. The study recommends that Korean firms are requested to increase R&D expenditure, conduct M&A and collaborate with companies that own source technologies to narrow the technology gap and improve their segment portfolio from commodity to value-added products.

주얼리 상품의 디자인을 개발하려고 산학협동하여 수출상품을 개발하였다. 문화상품 전문제조업체인 (주)현대공방과 협약을 체결하여 한국의 특징적, 문화적 이미지를 표현하는 차별화된 디자인으로서 기업에 부가가치이익을 줄 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 상품이 되는데 디자인 방향을 정하였다. 국내의 첨단장비인 주얼 캐드와 R/P 시스템을 활용한 디자인의 고급화와 분업화, 전문성 확보, 아웃소싱의 제도적 정착을 기하고자 하였으며, 이러한 시도를 업계에 확산시킴으로서 경비절감과 협업화, 계열화, 조직화의 목적을 달성하여 수출산업에 기여하고자 하였다.

Gas & Oil plant construction projects are increasing recently all over oil-producing countries. An EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company, which participates in the plant projects, should possess pertinent engineering licenses and EPC management skills to create high added-value. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the EPC life cycle process due to such characteristics of construction projects as long duration of construction time and complicated processes along with the procured goods or services subjected to various logistics. The objective of this paper is to analyze the overall EPC life cycle for proper process and to examine various information and document. Additionally, the principal data for the analysis of the EPC process are derived from personal interviews with experts and specialty contractors of the plant projects. The results of this study would be widely used as a guide for efficient and effective management of overseas gas plant projects.

Cosmetic products are high value-added ones, and characterized by short life-cycles and income elasticity. Since most cosmetic products are procured through consults with salespersons, it is necessary to have detailed knowledge about basic cosmetics. In this paper, a possible relationship marketing strategy is suggested using the results of examining the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality in cosmetics industry. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows. In order to examine the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality on satisfaction which is a relationship performance, and the willingness to procure it again, this paper executed multiple regression analysis. The typical findings of this paper are as follows. The higher the specialty is, the better the brand image is, the higher customization and trust with customer are, the higher satisfaction and willingness to buy it again get. The analysis of relative influences of sub-factors revealed that trust was the strongest factor. In this paper, by revealing the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality on relationship performance, empirically suggested the results which show the same findings as those of previous researches. This result can be a method to establish systematic education systems in places selling basic cosmetic products and in cosmetics companies.

Due to the rapid development of Information and communication, the technology of multimedia presentation technology is evolving into the service that user can actively, realistically enjoy and play based on user's preference and taste not only for User's passive service. Especially, the industry related the realistic multimedia service that supports targeting Human emotion with the property of Human hearing is expected to be formed of the high value-added premium market. Audio technology is affected on human's emotion and the viewing environment around than video technology. Also the audio technology compared to video technology is a research part that appeals to human emotion and emphasize on psychological aspects. With this viewpoint, the development of intelligent and realistic audio technology needs highly specialty. In this study, "intelligent real-sound presentation technology" that support high quality and realistic audio and the "core technologies" that are composing of this will be introduced.

This study analyzed the punk style shown in the movie Sid and Nancy (1986), based on a true story. The purpose of this study was to prove that the styles of the main characters had some discriminatory mode as an anti-fashion with not only the value system of the subculture but also the diverse cultural codes applied, revealing their identity. The scope of this study covered the 1970s when Sid died while a member of the Sex Pistols, but was limited to the analysis of Sid and Nancy's costumes. As theoretical background, this study reviewed the preceding studies, specialty books, movie-related sites and their postings, and on-line news reports. To analyze the movie costumes, relevant scenes on the DVD were captured, and thereby, the scenes were categorized per character and style but a performance scene was categorized Sid and Nancy as same punky wedding style because of intention spirituality to marriage by director, and thereupon, 17-cut images were used for the analysis of main characters' styles. Sid's style consisted primarily of black leather jackets, symbolic T-shirts, and jeans, whereas Nancy's style implied a punk style with added fetish styles. Even in the same punk style, their identities were symbolized through bricolage. Through this, subculture styles, were able to confirm that in addition to the value system of subculture, discriminatory modes as anti-fashion with various cultural codes played a role in revealing their identity.

Goat milk production and processing is a dynamic and growing industry that is fundamental to the health of hundreds of millions of people worldwide and is recognized as an important contributor to many national economies. Goat milk has contributed significantly to the economic and nutritional quality of life in developing countries, particularly in the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Goat milk has played an important role in the health and nutrition of infants and the elderly, and is also known to be beneficial and therapeutic for people with milk allergies. The potential and value of the nutritional, health, and therapeutic effects of goat milk and specialized goat milk products are now attracting attention. Various products can be made from goat milk based on its chemical properties. In addition, special products such as hair, skin care, products, and cosmetics produced using goat milk have garnered more attention in recent years. Nevertheless, high quality products can only be made from good quality goat milk. Advanced technical treatments are necessary to produce high quality goat milk that meets consumer expectation of nutritional, hygienic, and good sensory products. Good taste has been a critical criterion when deciding to buy and consume goat milk and associated products. However, it may be possible to produce more value-added products that cater to the new trends in consumer needs and thus maintain economic sustainability of goat milk industry.

국제 고유가에 힘입어 최근 중동의 산유국 중심으로 신규 사업 잘주가 이어지고 있다. 플랜트 산업은 엔지니어링(Engineering)과 조달(Procurement), 시공(Construction)이 융합된 복합산업(EPC)으로 고부가가치 산업이다. 또한 조달부문이 전체 사업비 규모의 70% 이상을 차지하므로 구매조달의 성패가 사업의 성패로까지 이어진다. 그러나 해외에서 다양한 사업참여 주체에 의해 수행되는 사업특성 상 구매조달 업무흐름 전체를 파악하고 원활히 사업을 수행하기란 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 최근 구매 및 조달 업무의 합리화를 통한 이윤창출 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외 프로젝트를 수행하는 국내 주요 건설회사의 기존 구매조달 업무프로세스를 조사${\cdot}$분석하여 적정프로세스를 도출하였다. 또한 업무 프로세스상의 정보 및 문서의 입출력 정보를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 해외 사업에 참여하게 되는 신규 업체의 인력 교육과 실무 활용에 이해를 도울 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 구매조달 업무 시스템 개발을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
