국민안전처는 2016년 국민의 생활안전 기반 강화를 위한 정책으로 맞춤형 소방안전교육과 소방안전문화 확산을 위한 정책을 추진하고 맞춤형 소방안전 교육체제 마련을 위해 소방안전교육 인프라 확충을 위한 방안을 계획 중이다. 이는 그간 우리사회의 안전에 대한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구가 선행되어진 이유이기도 하다. 현재 안전교육이 시행되고 있으나 실제현장과 같은 상황을 체험할 수 없고 교육에 대한 만족도도 기초적인 수준에 불과하다. 이에 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 효과적인 대안으로 VR 소방체험교육콘텐츠를 제안한다. 이는 가상공간에서 화재진압과 대피훈련에 대한 체험교육을 목적으로 1)소방체험교육현장에서 안전하게 활용 2)흥미유발을 위한 인터랙션 UI 제공 3)동작인식기술과 조작 컨트롤러를 개발 사실감 증대 4)예산절감의 경제적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이에 VR 디자인 환경요소와 VR 교육콘텐츠 개발사례를 통해 체험교육의 학습적 효과를 알아보고 UX 디자인방법론(Persona, Task Scenario)을 적용하여 VR 소방체험 시스템 구조와 하드웨어를 구성한다. 또한 HMD 환경에서 조작과 몰입 감을 유도할 수 있는 VR 전용 동작인식과 컨트롤러의 통합 플러그인도 개발한다.

GUMF (Global User Management Framework) that is proposed in this research can be applied to next generation network such as BcN (Broadband convergence Network), it is QoS guaranteed security framework for user that can solve present Internet's security vulnerability. GUMF offers anonymity for user of service and use the user's real-name or ID for management of service and it is technology that can realize secure QoS. GUMF needs management framework, UMS (User Management System), VNC (Virtual Network Controller) etc. UMS consists of root UMS in country dimension and Local UMS in each site dimension. VNC is network security equipment including VPN, QoS and security functions etc., and it achieves the QoSS (Quality of Security Service) and CLS(Communication Level Switching) functions. GUMF can offer safety in bandwidth consumption attacks such as worm propagation and DoS/DDoS, IP spoofing attack, and current most attack such as abusing of private information because it can offer the different QoS guaranteed network according to user's grades. User's grades are divided by 4 levels from Level 0 to Level 3, and user's security service level is decided according to level of the private information. Level 3 users that offer bio-information can receive secure network service that privacy is guaranteed. Therefore, GUMF that is proposed in this research can offer profit model to ISP and NSP, and can be utilized by strategy for secure u-Korea realization.

최근 3D 프린터의 발전으로 인하여 3D 프린팅에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 3D 프린팅은 사용자의 요구특성에 맞도록 제품을 설계하여 개인의 욕구와 다양한 요건들이 반영되어야 한다. 3D 프린팅 제품이 사용자의 요구특성에 따른 제품 구매 의도에 관한 활용방안 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 3D 프린팅 환경에서 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품 구매 의도의 영향요인에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 설문조사 및 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성 안전성이 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품의 만족과 구매 의도에 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 3D 프린팅을 활용한 컨트롤러 제품 제작 시 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성, 안전성을 고려한다면 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러제작의 가치를 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 개인 맞춤형 제품의 생산방식을 초기에 성공적으로 도입하고 이를 구체적이고 체계적으로 지원하는 개인 맞춤형 제품 개발 프레임워크에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

최근 그린 IT의 요구와 컴퓨터 자원에 대한 효과적인 사용요구가 증가되면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 필요성이 날로 증가되어 가고 있다. 2009년 버클리 대학에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 위협하는 10대 요소를 발표하였으며 그 중에서 보안과 관련된 사용자 인증에 대한 문제가 가장 시급하게 해결되어야만 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 효과적인 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 대표적인 사용자 인증 기법인 커베로스의 티켓 발행을 통해 사용자 인증에 대한 안전성을 보장하고, PKI의 사용자 인증을 통해 사용자 인증과 서비스 인증을 거치는 두 단계의 인증 처리 절차를 정의하였다. 제안한 인증 프로토콜에 대한 효율성과 안전성에 대한 검토 결과, 기존의 PKI 보다 구조적으로 복잡하지 않고 커베로스 보다 수행절차 및 시스템 구성을 간소화하여 응답시간을 줄였다.

The secure access the lighting, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire safety, and security control boxes of building facilities is the primary objective of future smart buildings. This paper proposes an authorized user access to the electrical, lighting, fire safety, and security control boxes in the smart building, by using color grid coded optical camera communication (OCC) with face recognition Technologies. The existing CCTV subsystem can be used as the face recognition security subsystem for the proposed approach. At the same time a smart device attached camera can used as an OCC receiver of color grid code for user access authentication data sent by the control boxes to proceed authorization. This proposed approach allows increasing an authorization control reliability and highly secured authentication on accessing building facility infrastructure. The result of color grid code sequence received by the unauthorized person and his face identification allows getting good results in security and gaining effectiveness of accessing building facility infrastructure. The proposed concept uses the encoded user access authentication information through control box monitor and the smart device application which detect and decode the color grid coded informations combinations and then send user through the smart building network to building management system for authentication verification in combination with the facial features that gives a high protection level. The proposed concept is implemented on testbed model and experiment results verified for the secured user authentication in real-time.

This The purpose of this study is to evaluate user satisfaction with village bathhouses, selected from a two-year pilot project of common facilities for senior in rural areas from 2014 to 2015. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire to evaluate user satisfaction, and 135 questionnaires were collected from 18 common meal facilities. User satisfaction was evaluated in five categories with a five-point scale: location and spatial composition; emotions and intimacy; safety; nutrition; and maintenance and management. The results are as follows. First, when overall user satisfaction was evaluated on a five-point scale, the average score stood at 4.24 out of five points and 90.03 out of 100 points. These findings suggest that users were generally satisfied with the common meal facilities. Among five categories, scores except safety stood at four points or higher, indicating higher user satisfaction. Second, communal meal in rural areas have been carried out already but the environment for communal meal like cooking equipment, wastewater disposal, and space have been poor. However, the environment is improved through this pilot project, which has a positive effect to user satisfaction. Third, space planning for barrier-free or sanitary in storage of food containers are not adequate, which is necessary to detailed planning and concrete guideline.

This study is in regard to the gas detection system and gas detection method utilizing smart phone. This study includes; 1) the sensor module attached to the smart phone to detect and measure flammable gas or toxic gas; and 2) gas detection APP which is installed inside the smart phone and recognizes the user information and location information automatically by reading RFID tag indicating the user or the location to detect gas through the contact area where RFID and blue tooth reader is installed inside of the above mentioned smart phone, and then measures the combustible gas or toxic gas by operating above mentioned sensor module and obtains the data thus measured, and above mentioned smart phone is characterized by its transmission of the above mentioned user information, location information and measured data which are obtained by above mentioned gas detecting APP to operation server via communication network. With this, reliability for the location detecting gas by the user, the result of the measurement, etc. can be secured. Furthermore, this provides the effect of preventing artificial manipulation at the time of input which is associated with the identification of the user to be measured by utilizing removable sensor module and application or the mistake resulted from wrong input by the user. In addition, by transmitting the measured data from the sensor module carrying out gas detection to operation server, this provides the effect of making it possible to process the data thus collected to a specialized data for combustible gas or toxic gas.

본 논문은 인명구조, 사고방지, 시설관리 등 수상환경에서 위치정보가 필요한 상황에서 무선 신호를 활용한 효율적인 위치 추적 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 유저의 배터리 파워 소모량을 고려하여 제한된 전력 내에서 위험도를 최소화한다. 수상의 일정 반경 내에서 유저의 송수신 신호 세기를 이용하여 유저의 위치를 알 수 있는데, 이 때 유저가 일정 반경을 벗어나는 것을 사전에 방지할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 유저가 일정 반경을 벗어나는 것을 방지하기 위해 위험도 함수를 정의한다. 위험도 함수는 위치정확도, 수심, 유속 등 수상 환경 위험에 관련된 다양한 요인들을 고려한다. 본 논문은 finger printing 기법을 이용한 효율적인 무선 측위 기술을 활용하여 일정 지역 내에 위치한 유저의 평균 위험도를 최소화하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.
