  • Recently, YouTube's growth started drawing attention. YouTube is not only a content-consumption channel but also provides a space for consumers to express their intention. Consumers share their opinions on YouTube through comments. The study focuses on the text of global entrepreneurs' speeches and the comments in response to those speeches on YouTube. A content analysis was conducted for each speech and comment using the text mining software Leximancer. We analyzed the theme of each entrepreneurial speech and derived topics related to the propensity and characteristics of individual entrepreneurs. In the comments, we found the theme of money, work and need to be common regardless of the content of each speech. Talking into account the different lengths of text, we additionally performed a Prominence Index analysis. We derived time, future, better, best, change, life, business, and need as common keywords for speech contents and viewer comments. Users who watched an entrepreneur's speech on YouTube responded equally to the topics of life, time, future, customer needs, and positive change.

  • The rapid progress of AI technology gives us the expectation to solutions to various problems in our society, and at the same time, it gives us anxiety about the side effects that can occur if AI develops beyond human control. This study was conducted in the early 20s with less objection to advanced devices. We attempted to provide clues to understand thoughts and attitudes of the targets about the future environment that will be brought by AI through the process of finding intent the acceptance of strong AI technology. For this, we applied the Theory of Planned Behavior, and further expanded this research model to identify factors affecting the attitude toward AI. As a result, the attitude toward AI and perceived behavioral control had a significant effect on the intention to use to strong AI. In addition, we found that the expectation of the benefit of improving task performance and the anxiety on the threat of relationship disturbance had a significant effect on the attitude toward AI. This study suggests implications for AI-related companies establishing the direction of technology development and for government setting a policy direction for AI adoption.

  • With the continuously increasing volume of e-commerce transactions, it is now popular to buy some products and to evaluate them on the World Wide Web. The product reviews are very useful to customers because they can make better decisions based on the indirect experiences obtainable through these reviews. However, since online shopping malls do not provide ranking results, it is not easy for users to read all the relevant review documents effectively. Product reviews include subjective and emotional opinions. Thus, the review search is different from the general web search in terms of ranking strategy. In this paper, we propose an effective method of ranking the reviews that can reflect user's intention by using opinion mining techniques. The proposed method analyzes product reviews with query words, and sentimental polarity of subjective opinions. Through diverse experiments, we show that our proposed method outperforms conventional ones.

  • Information systems that are not used cannot be useful. In order to increase user acceptance, it is necessary to understand why people accept or reject information systems. Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) is one of the most influential research models for studying determinants how users accept information systems. Recently, Knowledge Management Systems(KMS) have become important components of corporate systems as the foundation of industrialized economics has shifted from natural resources to knowledge assets. This paper applies TAM to investigate users' acceptance of KMS in public administration institutions. It sampled 182 users who had experience in using KMS. Many empirical researches have suggested that TAM can be integrated with other organizational theories to improve its predictive and explanatory ower. We extended the basic TAM by the integration of appraisal and reward satisfaction theory. There are many external variables that influence the perception and the belief of system users. We introduced two external variables(job characteristics, IT self-efficacy) and one additional perception variable, perceived appraisal and reward(PAR) in the basic TAM model. The LISREL model analysis is used for finding out the causality among variables and testing the model fitness. As result, The IT self-efficacy influences to the perceived ease of use(PEOU) and the PAR, and the PEOU influences directly to the perceived usefulness(PU), the PAR, and the attitude toward KMS. The KMS participation intention(PI) was influenced by the PAR and the attitude directly, andbythePEOUindirectly. Finally, this paper suggests some guidelines for the adoption of KMS in public sectors on the basis of the study results.

  • All of smart phone users not always make a good use of mobile shopping. The main cause is that in case of non-user of mobile shopping, potential apprehension to psychological and security weakness affects building up resistance on mobile shopping. In this paper, we designed models of innovation resistance heavily based on literature reviews and previous studies, and tried to find how perceived risk affects consumer's purchase intention in mobile shopping process. In conclusion, it shows that security, one of psychological factors, affects perceived risk in all aspects, while negative influence of society and cognitive dissonance just affect social risk and delivery risk, and uncertainty also just affects performance risk. Besides, it shows that all of variables made up perceived risk affects resistance of purchase. Especially social risk turns out to be a most influential factor to purchase behavior through smart phone.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand students' use intentions of Web Based Collaborative Learning (WBCL) system. To meet this purpose, we developed a research model based on the Decomposed TPB. This model contains 5 influencing factors: Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived easy of use(PEOU), Perceived Playfulness(PP). Data was collected 254 university students from two different institutions. Also, the analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing by using PLS 3.0. The result shows that influence factors except PEOU have a important and significant impact on user Behavior Intention(BI). Using WBCL system and learning tool, team leader(that is referent) and members can be a good interaction. For these same reasons, We found that especialy Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI) are special influence factors in reference group.
