본 연구의 목적은 마르세유의 유로메디테라네의 사업 현황과 특성을 살펴보고, 국내 도시재생사업의 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유로메디테라네는 마르세유의 도시재생사업으로, 중앙정부와 지방정부가 공동으로 출자･협력한 거버넌스형 사업추진기구인 EPAEM을 통해 사업을 수행하여, 유로메디테라네가 마르세유의 활성화와 삶의 질 개선에 의미 있는 성과를 보임을 확인할 수 있다. 둘째, 도시재생사업으로서 유로메디테라네의 특성으로는 전면 재개발과 수복재개발 방식을 결합한 복합적 접근방법의 활용, 하드웨어적인 물리적 재생과 소프트웨어적인 경제･문화･환경적 재생을 결합한 통합적 재생의 활용, 거버넌스형 도시재생 사업구조의 활용을 들 수 있다. 마지막으로, 국내 도시재생사업의 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점으로 도시재생사업 단위의 복합화 및 대형화, 국가차원의 거버넌스형 추진기구의 활용, 적절한 민관 파트너십의 활용을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the perception of elderly residents on the residential environment improving projects and suggest the political implications. The survey include questionnaires about the importance and the satisfaction level on the project maintenance factors. The results were statistically analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). As the result of the study, firstly, it shows that 'the possible overkill area' on the IPA action grid includes none of factors except 'landscape' which is very similar to mean of performance score. the result of analysis means that the project is very efficient. Secondly, the policy is necessary to improve 'pedestrian passage', 'public open space' and 'transportation environment'. Considering elderly residents especially 'pedestrian passage' and 'public open space' are in need of improvement immediately. In detail 'traffic facility', building 'urban park' and 'pedestrian passage', 'paving of pedestrian passage', 'children's playground' are in need of improvement as well. The results of analysis on elderly and non-elderly residents of Yonnam project may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement.

This study is the application of a choice experiment to assess Mekong Delta urban households' preferences and motivations for ecosystem conservation in the U Minh forest. The study applied a choice modeling approach to estimate the economic values of the proposed ecosystem conservation program in the U Minh forest by accessing urban consumer preferences and their willingness to pay for the project. Discrete choice experimental data was collected from 450 residents in the cities of the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. The multinomial logit model was employed to identify consumer's stated preferences for the environmental and sustainability attributes of the conservation project. The results showed that Mekong Delta urban residents paid much attention to the proposed project to protect and develop the U Minh forest. In addition, the results showed that higher education, income, and knowledge of the U Minh forest revealed a higher likelihood of selecting the project, while the older residents would select the status quo more than the younger ones. The study also proved that the effect of participation had a strong impact on the willingness to pay for the project. The findings could be useful for policymakers to take action to raise resident's awareness and willingness to pay for the U Minh forest project.

본 연구는 정비사업에 참여하고 있는 참여자를 시공사, 공무원, 조합으로 구분하여 공공관리제도에 대한 만족도가 사업의 종합만족도를 경유하여 지속적인 사업참여의사에 미치는 영향구조를 비교 분석하고자 한다. 분석을 위한 평가요인을 도출하기 위해 선행연구 고찰을 통해 일반제도를 평가할 수 있는 평가체계를 1차적으로 도출하였다. 도출된 평가체계를 도시정비관련 전문가를 대상으로 FGI를 실시하여 공공관리제도 평가분야 및 세부 요인을 구축하였다. 다음으로 공공관리제도 평가분야에 대한 만족도가 사업의 종합만족도를 경유하여 지속적 사업참여의사를 분석하기 위해 가설 및 연구모형을 설정하고 PLS-SEM모형으로 이를 검증하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 시공사의 경우 사업계획수립 및 수단의 선정(5.848)과 사후관리 및 지속성(2.392)이 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 공무원의 경우 이용자의 이용 및 참여(3.249)와 사후관리 및 지속성(4.019)이 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다. 조합의 경우 조직의 운영(4.368), 이용자의 이용 및 참여(4.974)가 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 모든 사업참여자의 경우 종합만족도가 지속적 사업참여의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중남미 및 카리브해(LAC) 지역에서 한국의 도시개발협력이 점차 확대되고 있지만 이와 관련된 국내의 시장 참여 전략은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 콜롬비아의 도시계획체계, 도시개발사업, 한국의 협력사업을 분석하고 중남미 도시개발사업 협력을 위해 고려해야 할 사항을 도출하였다. 연구 방법은 먼저 콜롬비아의 주요 도시인 보고타(Bogotá)와 메데진(Medellín)의 국가 및 지역 도시 계획 시스템을 비교하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 콜롬비아의 토지구획정리사업, 대규모 공공임대주택 공급을 위한 마크로프로젝트, 한국과 콜롬비아의 도시개발협력 사례를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 한국의 도시개발 협력사업시 과제로는 첫째, ODA를 통한 원조사업은 투자형 개발사업과 같이 사업화로 연결시키기 보다는 향후 본사업을 위한 콜롬비아의 도시 네트워크 형성에 주력하는 것이다. 둘째, 인프라사업과는 다른 도시개발 협력사업의 재원조달구조를 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외의 개발사업인 만큼 개발 기간 및 규모를 단지급 규모이하의 적정 규모로 설계하여 성공사례를 만드는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to suggest the direction of urban regeneration policies of Gangwon-do in accordance with COVID-19 outbreak, and the results are as follows. First, it is inevitable to urgently execute the project from the perspective of cities and counties in Gangwon-do, where the promotion of urban regeneration projects has been delayed due to COVID-19 incident. As a result, it is highly likely to cause the employees overloaded and have negative effect on achieving the goals of urban regeneration, so, it is necessary to provide support measures at the government and provincial level, such as the actual execution index and the adjusting time of start and completion of particular business. Second, as the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues, it needs to strengthen the operation and monitoring of urban regeneration support centers in Gangwon-do and examine the changes in business operation plans in advance. In particular, the decrease in visitors to traditional markets and restaurants is expected to have a direct effect on small business owners engaged in the service industry. Therefore, it is necessary to actively consider the utilization plans of smart city regeneration, such as online shopping and non-contact payment. Third, it is necessary to phase in smart urban regeneration training focused on information weakness to narrow the digital gap, in preparation for general lifestyle changes such as contactless and non-face-to-face interactions. At a time when new light is being shed on local areas, which are quieter than heavily populated cities, a project that reflects the regional characteristics and culture of Gangwon-do is necessary.

도시의 변화를 포착하는 사진 기록은 지역 역사 기록을 보존하는데 필요한 중요한 기록이다. 국내에서는 7개 주요 도시(서울, 인천, 광주, 울산, 대전, 부산, 대구)에서 각 도시의 사진기록을 보관하는 도시경관 기록화사업에 착수하여 진행되고 있지만 도시변화를 담고 있는 사진기록을 적절하게 수집하지 못하고 있는 문제점이 있다. 이 연구는 대구광역시의 사업을 중심으로 현재 진행되고 있는 도시경관 기록화사업의 현황을 조사하였는데 대구광역시의 경우 일부 공모전 사진과 지방자치단체의 오래된 사진만을 보유하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 대구광역시 변화를 포착한 중요한 사진 기록물을 보존하기 위해서는 적절한 기증 절차가 시급한 것으로 분석되어, 이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 도시경관 기록화사업을 위해 기증을 기반으로 한 사진 기록물의 수집 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 기증 기반 사진기록물 수집 개선을 위해 이 연구에서는 시민의 사진기록 기증 절차와 기증된 사진에 대한 메타데이터 세트를 제안하였다.

Selecting an appropriate railway system in urban railway project is an important step for an efficient public transport policy. This paper attempts to solve the railway system selection problems in the (pre)feasibility study or preliminary research of urban railway project, by the rough transportation demand forecasting and financial analysis. There are two stages in this paper: in stage one, we review the worthwhile and various criteria which presented in precedent studies; whereas in stage two, an structured selection criteria is proposed for determining the appropriate railway system in urban railway project. The utilization of the proposed criteria is demonstrated with the case of a newtown in the metropolitan area. The results show that proposed criteria can be used to make the rational decision for governmental financial condition and social benefit.

Korea Rail Network Authority ordered Urban Transit Magrev System on the alternative tender lines. The project was contained order with GS Construction and Yooshin Corporation as a result of competition as 5 consortium. Urban Transit Magrev System route was constructed in the whole Yeongjong-dong and Yongyu-dong, Jung-gu, Inchen. The main project is via transportation center in Inchen Int'l airport ~ Work complex ~ Water park ~ Yongyu-station and has Total continuation of 6.1kilometers, Station of 6 spot, Car base of a spot, go out line(a single line) of 380meters. Scale of construction is Major of Roadbed, Railroad, Building, Inspection and Repair facilities. The first Urban Transit Magrev System in Korea is a new symbol of Korea and has polished beauty and creative artistry based on functional perfection. It was designed in harmony with Inchen Int'l Airport improving the dignity of SOC design.

Mix-used development in urban renewal project is done to effectively utilize the limited downtown. Generally unlike a single project, It features placing a large number of different facilities(residential, commercial, business, cultural, etc.) which is each other organically linked. The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of modeling guide for 3D preliminary cost estimation considering visual and intuitive judgement of space in mix-used development Urban Renewal project. In this research, introducing SME(Standard Module and Element) breakdown structure, FID(Finish Identity) for estimating building space unit-based quantity take off was implemented. It could narrow the discrepancy of opinion between the stakeholders with more accurate cost-estimates, comparing to the traditional methods.
