The rapid progress of information technology makes the 3rd digital revolution after the 1st agricultural and the 2nd industrial revolution in the human history. The 1st agricultural-oriented society was based on the land and the labor, the 2nd industrial-oriented society was based on the capital and the technology 3rd knowledge-information-oriented society is where to make profit from creative brainworks and ideas based on human beings. The core of the knowledge-information-oriented society is the digital revolution from digitalizing information such as increase of the various digital contents in geometrical progression through internet.

A pair of point vortices of the same strength but opposite sign is called a vortex dipole. We consider the limiting case where two vortices approach infinitely close while the ratio of the strength to the distance kept constant. The motion of such point vortex dipole on the ellipsoid of revolution is investigated geometrically to conclude that the trajectory draws a geodesic up to the leading order of perturbation, whose direction is determined by the initial orientation of the dipole. Related issues are also remarked.

This paper predicts the speed-power-rpm relationship in regular head waves using various indirect methods: load variation, direct powering, resistance and thrust identity, torque and revolution, thrust and revolution, and Taylor expansion methods. The subject ship is KVLCC2. The wave conditions are the regular head waves of λ/LPP = 0.6 and 1.0 with three wave steepness ratios at three ship speeds of 13.5, 14.5 and 15.5 knots (design speed). In the case of λ/LPP = 0.6 at design speed, two more wave steepness ratios have been taken into consideration. The indirect methods have been evaluated through comparing the speed-power-rpm relationships with those obtained from the resistance and self-propulsion tests in calm water and in waves. The load variation method has been applied to predict propulsive performances in waves, and to derive overload factors (ITTC, 2018). The overload factors have been applied to obtain propulsive efficiency and propeller revolution. The thrust and revolution method (ITTC, 2014) has been modified.

Japan has established a strategic and concrete plan to respond in advance to the forthcoming Industrial Revolution era. The Fourth Industrial Revolution Strategy in Japan is divided into two types of strategies of utilizing strength and complementing weaknesses. The former belongs to 'real data utilization' and 'new robot development', and the latter belongs to 'global issues Solution'. In particular, the Japanese government is more aggressive than any other country in introducing the Japanese version of the Regulatory Sandbox system as a social verification system for the realization of the Society 5.0, which is regarded as the cornerstone of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study examines the key strategies presented in the main documents relating to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and based on this consideration, we propose a suggestion worthy of reference when Korea develops the response strategy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Quite a few historiographers of language science have measured the applicability of the term 'revolution' toward the line of work initiated by Chomsky, with the conclusion to the positive or negative effect as the case may be. This paper starts out with a brief review of this issue, with an interim conclusion that, while Chomskyan linguistics may be regarded as revolutionary in certain aspects, terms like 'revolution' and 'paradigm' are hardly applicable here in the way they were originally intended by Thomas Kuhn. It can be said, nontechnically, that the model of theory under discussion is at once 'revolutionary' and 'evolutionary' - in the sense that revolutions in linguistics have not resulted in abrupt loss of continuity with past 'paradigms', if there were any such. Chomsky's theory of language plays the same role of consolidation and refinement of structuralism that, say, the neogrmmarians played in their day. It has continued some fundamental traits of its predecessor, recovered others, and unwittingly rediscovered still others. But this is not the main thrust of the present paper. For, even if Chomskyan theory were to be looked upon as straightforwardly 'revolutionary', that revolution has not been a felicitous one. Some critic (Pieter A. M. Seuren, to be specific) goes as far as to say that "largely as a result of Chomsky's actions, linguistics is now sociologically in a very unhealthy state $\cdots$ to the point even of threatening to make that whole school of linguistics intellectually irrelevant." Besides, under the present state of language science that strikes one as typical of what Kuhn has characterized as "pre-paradigmatic" insecurity and disharmony, an unhealthy situation might take place if we were to think of the theoretical disagreements as conflicts between 'incommensurable' viewpoints-between 'rival paradigms' as it were-thereby avoiding or evading rational discussion. Another danger concerns the bandwagon effect, with linguists prematurely boarding each novel theory seemingly destined for popularity, for fear of being left clinging to an outdated 'paradigm.' Here lies another reason why the notion of 'revolution', Kuhnian or not, might as well be put aside, in the historiography of linguistics at the least.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the super-connected-based intelligent revolution, which is triggered by intelligence information technology such as AI and IoT. Radical changes in industrial structure being expected, major developed countries are counteracting it by preparing strategies to enhance industrial competitiveness for taking the lead in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Korea's national preparations, however, are considered to be insufficient, as it ranks only $25^{th}$ in the world. In compliance with the issue, preparing relevant policies and strategies such as establishment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee, government diagnoses the pending issue of information and communication industry and arranges countermeasures so that it intends to gain competitiveness in the industry and lays a foundation for leading the market.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the development and improvement direction of university education according to job type and investigate the types of knowledge required for employment after graduation for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in a converged society. Methods: From June 3 to June 10, 2019, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 90 paramedics working in firefighting, hospitals, different industries, and emergency patient transportation. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS version 18.0. Results: For employment after graduation in departments of emergency medical technology, character and sincerity education should be strengthened. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, educational innovations such as improving the field practice system and devising a convergence curriculum are needed. Preparation for the fourth industrial revolution should be accomplished through the development of convergence subjects such as forensic science, information and communications technology, and safety engineering. Ninety percent of the study respondents indicated their need for convergence subjects. Conclusion: The demands of future society should be responded to flexibly by holding and conducting convergence subjects. Furthermore, preparations should be made in anticipation of a shortage of 120,000 college freshmen for the 2024-2025 school year by increasing the competitiveness of departments of emergency medical technology.

In the late 2000's, a smart phone caused by the digital revolution has led to abrupt changes from our life. The internet of thing (IoT), which is considered as a next digital revolution, will be scrutinized in this paper. Students, who use smart phones in Silla University, were selected for the sample-frame. Approximately 78% students replied with a positive response to the digital revolution admit the new era with the intellectual curiosity and challenge. On the other hand, about 48% students showed uneasy response to the new civilization due to the lack of privacy and security issues of IoT; furthermore, friendship was their apprehension. This paper will provide potentially useful insights and directions for examining factors that affect different manners toward the next digital revolution.

The purpose of this study verify to influence the effect of the 4th industrial revolution recognized by airport operators on the airport management system and the moderator effects of convergence and leadership between these influence relationships. Data collected through a survey of airport operators using simple random sampling at six international airports in Korea. Data analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results found that the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on the airport management system. Also, moderator effects of convergence and leadership found significant statistically. In this paper, we asserts that it should be reconstructed the airport management system as a system suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper provide theoretical data and directions for empirical research to airport researchers, and implications for airport enterprise managers and airport policy planners. The findings of this study are particularly helpful for international airports that have adopted the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
