This study aimed at examining the career decision level of Clothing and Textile major college students in Seoul area. With the increasing rates of youth unemployment, preparing college students for their future career and guiding them in making career decision is imperative. Students' satisfaction with their major and motivation orientation were considered as influencing factors, as well as their demographic characteristics. A survey was conducted to 282 students majoring Clothing and Textiles at seven universities and 277 completed questionnaires were used for analysis. The questionnaire measured respondents' major satisfaction, motivational orientation, career decision level, and demographics (gender, age, school and department names, class standing, expected graduation date, subjective social status, and GPA). Descriptive statistics, K-means cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance followed by Duncan multiple comparisons were conducted. The results indicated that Clothing and Textiles majors were overall satisfied with their major, but the satisfaction level was higher for female than male students. Those who were satisfied with their major were less likely to feel anxious about career decision-making. The High-Motivation group and the Intrinsic-Motivation group showed lower anxiety over career decision-making compared to Low-Motivation and Extrinsic-Motivation groups. This study has implications for college advisors in that it provides basic information on students' career decision level and the influencing factors.

본 논문에서는 인체의 목뼈 부문의 관절과 근육의 움직임을 다루도록 한다. 특히, 목뼈의 가쪽 굽힘과 돌림에 대한 각도를 측정한다. 측정한 값이 정상수치를 벗어나거나 통증을 동반하면 이상이 있는 것으로 간주하여 치료법을 제시한다.

본 연구는 응급구조학과 학생들의 전공 교육과정에 대한 수행도, 중요도 및 요구도를 분석하여 응급구조학 전공자의 학습 역량을 강화하는데 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충남지역의 3개 대학 응급구조학과 학생 217명으로 자료 수집기간은 2021년 12월 13일부터 12월 24일까지이며 1급 응급구조사의 직무 기반 핵심 역량을 바탕으로 구조화된 설문지에 응답한 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 응급구조학과 학생들의 학습 역량 강화를 위해서 Borich 요구도가 높은 '구급차량 관리 교육', '졸업 후 전문성 유지를 위한 교육', '병원 내 환자 감시 교육'과 LF 모델의 최우선 영역에 해당하는 '의료지도, 인계 교육', '내과적 응급환자 처치 교육', '병원 내 환자 감시교육', '병원 내 응급환자 진료보조 교육'에 해당하는 교과과정의 보강이 필요하다고 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes and performing confidence, and factors influencing patient safety of dental hygiene students. The questionnaire contained items on the subjects' general characteristics, attitudes, and performing confidence in relation to patient safety. The self-reported questionnaire was administered to 287 dental hygiene students in Gwangju and Jeonnam, Korea from September to November 2017. We performed an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS ver. 21.0 software. As a result of differences in attitude, and performing confidence according to the general characteristics, attitude toward patient safety scored 3.48 out of 5 points, and was more positive in students from 4-year colleges, with high major satisfaction, and in students who answered that they needed patient safety education. Performing confidence for patient safety scored 3.57 out of 5 points, and was statistically significantly higher in 4-year college students, with higher major satisfaction, amongst those with experience in patient safety education, and when patient safety education was needed before clinical practice or employment. There were positive correlations between attitude and performing confidence for patient safety. As a result of analyzing the factors influencing attitude and performing confidence for patient safety, attitudes were higher with higher performing confidence and performing confidence had the highest satisfaction rate of the major and patient safety education experience. Therefore, it is necessary to provide systematic education at universities reflecting the characteristics of dental medical institutions, as well as developing various education contents and education methods.

대학 입학 제도는 고등학교 교육뿐만 아니라 입학 후 전공에의 적응 및 수학능력과도 밀접한 관련이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 논문에서는 경희대학교 국제캠퍼스 이공계열 신입생들의 주요 과목으로 공동관리 되고 있는 미분적분학1을 2006학년도부터 2016학년도까지, 선형대수학을 2011학년도부터 2016학년도까지, 그리고 미분적분학2와 미분방정식과목에 대한 2011학년도부터 2015학년도까지의 학업성취도 및 입학전형을 비교, 분석하고 이공계열 신입생들의 전공에의 적응과 학업능력신장을 위한 개선점을 제안한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of satisfaction in major and career search efficacy on nursing students' career search behavior. Method: Data were collected from 544 students by means of self reported questionnaires about satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior from March 2 to April 5, 2010. Result: The average score of satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior was 3.61, 3.37, and 2.39 respectively. There were positive correlations between satisfaction in major and career search behavior, between career search efficacy and career search behavior, and between satisfaction in major and career search efficacy. Satisfaction in major and career search efficacy were significant predictors of career search behavior. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing student's satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior.

Marine casualties and environmental pollution have increased recently. Especially, the rate of incident of Coastal tankers is higher, but the assessment tool for safety management system is lack in this fields. However Oil Major Vetting System being professional assessment tool for tanker is widely applied in ocean going tanker by the worldwide Oil Majors. According to the analysis of the marine tankers' incidents which applied Oil Major Vetting System, the incidents were reduced rapidly for recent about 5 years. Using Oil Major Vetting System is helped to improve safety management and to prevent marine incidents. Therefore if applying a parts of the Oil Major Vetting Systems to the coastal tankers' Safety Management System, the Coastal tankers incidents would be reduced and improved gradually.

In this study, we tried to investigate the influence of the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology on their devotion to the major. Research results As a result of analyzing the correlation between the career maturity level of cosmetology majors and the sub-factors of devotion to majors, all questions showed positive correlations between the career maturity of cosmetology majors and devotion to majors. as a result of analyzing the influence of career maturity on major activity sub-factors of major involvement, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness statistically. As a result of analyzing the effect of career maturity on the major satisfaction subfactor of major immersion, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness, and certainty were shown to have statistically significant positive effects. Through research results, we aim to develop a positive career maturity for cosmetology majors, improve their immersion in their majors, and establish a sense of values through correct theory and practical education. Immersion education and ongoing guidance seem necessary. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology and their devotion to the major.

Effects of learning variables on academic achievement were major goal of this study. The differences of learning emotions, attitudes, flow and major satisfaction by grades of college students in medical school were proposed to conduct. Participants of this study consisted of 194 students of 1st and 2nd grade plus 121 students of 3rd and 4th grade in medical school. They completed the survey questionnaires composed of learning emotions, attitudes, flow and major satisfaction. Collected data were analyzed by t-test and stepwise multiple regression. Two kinds of results achieved as follows: First, there were differences of negative and positive emotions, and learning attitudes but were found no differences of learning flow and major satisfaction by grades. Second, there were significant effects of learning emotions and attitudes on academic achievement and also found differences of variables that affect academic achievement by grades. Based on these results, we think necessitate of considering learning emotions and behaviors in developing training programs and students support systems for medical school are obliged.

The purpose of this study is to find the structural relationships among major satisfaction, career search efficacy, and career exploration behavior with marine science high school students. For investigating this topic, 524 students were surveyed from the marine science high schools. In order to find out the structural relationships among major satisfaction, career search efficacy, and career exploration behavior, structural equation modeling was used. Followings were the results of the research: (a) Major satisfaction effected significantly on the career search efficacy. (b) Career search efficacy effected significantly on the career exploration behavior. (C) There was not significant direct cause and effects from major satisfaction to career exploration behavior, but indirect effect was significant. Some recommendations were suggested for increasing career exploration behavior of marine science high school students.
