As a survey-type article, the paper reviews the recent results on a (generalized) universal covering space in digital covering theory. The recent paper [19] established the generalized universal (2, k)-covering property which improves the universal (2, k)-covering property of [3]. In algebraic topology it is well-known that a simply connected and locally path connected covering space is a universal covering space. Unlike this property, in digital covering theory we can propose that a generalized universal covering space has its intrinsic feature. This property can be useful in classifying digital covering spaces and in studying a shortest k-path problem in data structure.

The paper studies an existence problem of a (generalized) universal covering space over a digital wedge with a compatible adjacency. In algebraic topology it is well-known that a connected, locally path connected, semilocally simply connected space has a universal covering space. Unlike this property, in digital covering theory we need to investigate its digital version which remains open.

In this paper we introduce the notion of universal free product for operator systems and operator spaces, and prove extension results for the operator system lifting property (OSLP) and operator system local lifting property (OSLLP) to the universal free product.

Some function of a complete finite measure space (for short, CFMS) into the duals and pre-duals of weakly compactly generated (for short, WCG) spaces are considered. We shall show that a universally weakly measurable function f of a CFMS into the dual of a WCG space has RS property and bounded weakly measurable functions of a CFMS into the pre-duals of WCG spaces are always Pettis integrable.

Higson proved that every homotopy invariant, stable and split exact functor from the category of C⁎-algebras to an additive category factors through Kasparov's KK-theory. By adapting a group equivariant generalization of this result by Thomsen, we generalize Higson's result to the inverse semigroup and locally compact, not necessarily Hausdorff groupoid equivariant setting.

In recent years, the intellectual property rights (IPR) are increasingly becoming trade goods and the subject of international trade negotiations. During the past decades, intellectual properties earned critical importance for economic development in both developed and developing countries. Developed countries, headed by the United States, that recognize the economic value of the IPR in the world market are aggressively seeking for universal protection of IPR throughout the world. Intellectual properties have unique qualities that distinguish them from other tangible goods. Most importantly, they are public goods created on the basis of knowledge and information accumulated throughout human history and shared by different cultures. However, there is a growing tendency that the quality of public goods are being etched away as the property concept in IPR expands. In this paper, I discuss how copyright and patent laws incorporated the concept of property right as natural right to one's intellectual creations in early formation of the laws in Europe. I argue that copyright law and patent law are the historical products resulting from political, economic, and ideological factors interacting in a certain society. A history of copyright and patent points to that the intellectual property rights as natural lights of authors and inventors as argued by developed countries in international disputes, are not universal, but unique historical products. Copyright and patent laws have been shaped and developed as regulatory measures by governments to promote and control industries by providing authors and inventors with monopoly incentives. Since property right was used as a regulatory device it was restricted. This is to enhance the distribution of knowledge and information rather than to ensure the property right as an absolute right.

We first show that any complete MV-algebra whose Boolean subalgebra of idempotent elements is atomic, called a complete MV-algebra with atomic center, is isomorphic to a product of unit interval MV-algebra 1's and finite linearly ordered MV-algebras of A(m)-type $(m{\in}{\mathbb{Z}}^+)$. Secondly, for a semi-simple MV-algebra A, we introduce a completion ${\delta}(A)$ of A which is a complete, MV-algebra with atomic center. Under their intrinsic topologies $(see\;{\S}3)$ A is densely embedded into ${\delta}(A)$. Moreover, ${\delta}(A)$ has the extension universal property so that complete MV-algebras with atomic centers are epireflective in semi-simple MV-algebras

In Korea, the Basic Act is guaranteed through the "Act on the Guarantee of Convenience Promotion for Disabled Persons, the Elderly, Pregnant Women, etc." and various ordinances. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to introduce Universal Design (UD). By applying this where it is most needed, access to cultural properties is enhanced to promote multiple rights. Currently, the region with the largest population of the elderly in Korea is Gyeonggi-do, but the region with the highest proportion of the elderly is Jeolla-do. However, the Jeolla-do area is lagging behind in the revision of UD regulations or guidelines. Taking this into consideration and introducing it to each facility will also help to achieve balanced national development. In order to establish and apply effective universal design-related policies, it is necessary to diagnose the aspects of social change that affect our lives. In this study, the need for UD should be expanded as a basis for expanding social activities of socially disadvantaged people in Jeollabuk-do. Its goal is to diagnose the current status of UD and to suggest directions for application of improvements.

The universal mapping property and the Gelfand- Kirillov dimension of a skew enveloping algebra are studied and it is proved that every Poisson enveloping algebra is a homomorphic image of a skew enveloping algebra.
