본 연구에서는 고등학교 과학 교사들의 지질 시대 관련 개념들에 대한 이해 정도를 알아보고, 교사들의 개념 이해 정도와 원인이 교과서의 서술 내용과 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충북 지역 고등학교 과학 교사 40명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 현행 제7차 교육 과정에 따른 중등 교과서 및 지도서에 제시된 지질시대 관련 내용을 분석하여 비교하였다. 많은 교사들은 단순히 지구의 나이를 방사성 동위 원소로 측정한다고 생각하고 있으나, 자세한 측정 방법을 알지 못하고 있었다. 50% 이상의 교사들은 지사학의 5대 법칙을 동일 과정설, 지층 누중의 법칙, 생물군 천이의 법칙, 부정합 관계 그리고 관입 관계라고 생각하였다. 중등 교과서 및 지도서에 제시된 지구의 나이, 가장 오래된 암석의 연령, 지질 시대의 정의 및 기간, 지구의 나이 측정 방법 그리고 지사학의 법칙 등과 같은 지질 시대 관련 내용은 상당 부분이 올바른 개념을 제시하고 있지 않으며, 제시된 유형도 다양하다. 설문에 응답한 상당수의 교사들은 지질 시대에 관련된 내용에 대하여 잘못 이해하고 있으며, 이러한 교사들의 이해는 교과서와 교사용 지도서에 기술된 내용과 상당한 관련이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 교과서와 지도서에 제시된 지질 시대 관련 내용에 대한 논의와 수정이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the general education contents for undergraduate students at engineering related departments through need analysis in order to develop creative and integral talents. For this study, the need analysis was conducted by using focus group interviews, Borich's educational need equation and the Locus for Focus Model, and highly ranked priorities on both methods proposed as the highest priorities. As a result, 'drawing up a letter of self-introduction and a portfolio', 'understanding fields', 'understanding careers related to the major', 'presentation skills', 'knowledge for certificated exams', 'method to deduct creative ideas' were high on the list of top five priorities. The selected items by Locus for Focus Model show that undergraduate students at engineering related departments need general education contents associated with career development and communication by priority.

노년기의 활동 가운데 성(性)생활은 매우 중요한 활동임에도 불구하고 지금껏 우리 사회의 유교적 가치관과 노인에 대한 선입견으로 무시되어 온 것이 사실이다. 노골적인 성행위의 노출, 몇 번의 등급보류로 화제가 되었다가 결국 18세 이상 관람가로 결정된 "죽어도 좋아"라는 영화도 노인의 성에 대한 일반인들의 시각을 단적으로 보여주는 예이다. 이런 이유로 노인의 성은 은밀한 곳에서 노골적으로 표면화되어 노인들의 어린이 성추행이나 성범죄, 공원 내 불법매춘 등이 자주 매스컴에 오르내리고 있으며, 노년기의 성을 인정하지 않는 사회문화 분위기로 인해 현실적으로 고통 받는 노인들이 증가하고, 이는 노년의 만족스런 삶의 질 저하에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이와 같은 상황 속에서 만화콘텐츠는 노년기 성교육을 위한 가장 적절한 교구로 활용될 수 있다. 만화콘텐츠의 오락적 기능과 장르적 특성은 대상 노인들에게 성에 대한 이해를 보다 자발적이고, 쉽게 전달할 수 있으며 간접체험에 따른 동기 유발과 효과적인 활동을 위한 교구로서 기능할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 상담전문가 양성에 필수적으로 포함되는 과목인 '상담기법' 교재분석을 통하여 상담기법에 구체적으로 어떤 내용이 포함되어 있으며 심리상담기법과 진로상담기법 교재에서 다루는 내용의 차이는 무엇인지를 비교하고자 하였다. 심리상담기법 교재 5권과 진로상담기법 교재 4권의 내용분석을 통해 나타난 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 심리상담기법 교재와 진로상담기법 교재들은 교재의 특성에 따라 특정 내용을 중점적으로 다루고 있는 경향이 있다. 따라서 상담기법 교육 시, 교재를 선택 할 때 각 교재의 특성을 알고 선택해야 하며 그 교재에서 다루고 있지 않은 내용이 무엇인지 파악하여 이를 보완하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 교재 선택에 따라 중요한 상담기법을 배우지 못할 수도 있다는 점에서 상담전문가와 교육자들이 중요하게 고려해야할 문제이다. 둘째, 심리상담기법 교재와 진로상담기법 교재들이 포함하고 있는 내용 중, 공통된 내용들은 '상담이론에 근거한 기법', '상담관계', '면접 및 상담과정 기술', '내담자 평가와 이해', '다문화주의와 다양성' 등이었다. 반면, 심리상담기법 교재에만 포함된 내용은 '반응기술', '윤리적 문제', '상담자 자기이해와 관리'였고, 진로상담기법 교재에만 포함된 내용은 '진로정보', '진로의사결정과 적응', '진로계획과 실행'에 대한 내용이었다. 심리상담기법 교재에서 가장 비중 있게 다루어지는 내용은 '반응기술'이었고, 진로상담기법 교재에서는 '내담자 평가와 이해'였다.

This paper concerns with parent-child relationship program for the adolescents' parents(PCRP). The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for the strength of the relationship between parents and their children as well as to prevent adolescent's individual and social problems The contents of PCRP based on the theoretical background consist of our parts: understanding adolescent physical and psychological development understanding adolescent sexuality developing effective communication skills and developing conflict solving skills. Implicationsh for the program evaluation methods and further development of family life education are discussed.

This paper describes an intelligent image compression system called AIIC which is capable of adjusting image compression ratios ranging from 1:1 to 12,000:1 depending on available bandwidth. This system utilizes not only conventional image compression algorithms but also intelligent techniques through understanding image contents to achieve ultra-high compression ratios. This system was simulated on a micro-computer network.

In this study, we investigated the application of oriental history of mathematics in school mathematics teaching. We set up three study problems to achieve this purpose. First, we analyze the middle and high school mathematics textbooks and auxiliary books. Second, we survey the mathematics teacher's knowledge and degree of application on history of mathematics. Third, we develop the teaching and learning materials on oriental history of mathematics. We performed three study-methods to settle above study problem. First, we analyzed 24 textbooks and auxiliary books for study problem 1. There were 6 middle school mathematics textbooks and 6 auxiliary books and also 6 high school mathematics textbooks and 6 auxiliary books. We categorized the contents into "anecdote", "systematization", "application of problem", "expansibility of thought", and "comparative of the contents". Second, we surveyed the 78 mathematics teachers's knowledge and degree of application using questionnaire about knowledge and application on history of mathematics. The questionnaire was made up of four types of question; the effect of material about history of mathematics, the understanding of western history of mathematics, the understanding of oriental history of mathematics; the direction of development of teaching material. Third, we exemplified the teaching and learning materials about three categories: "anecdote", "comparative of the contents".

It is required for today's video contents to interact with a viewer in order to provide more personalized experience to viewer(s) than before. In order to do so by providing friendly experience to a viewer from video contents' systemic perspective, understanding and analyzing the situation of the viewer have to be preferentially considered. For this purpose, it is effective to analyze the situation of a viewer by understanding the state of the viewer based on the viewer' s behavior(s) in the process of watching the video contents, and classifying the behavior(s) into the viewer's emotion and state during the flow. The term 'Flow-emotion-state' presented in this study is the state of the viewer to be assumed based on the emotions that occur subsequently in relation to the target video content in a situation which the viewer of the video content is already engaged in the viewing behavior. This Flow-emotion-state of a viewer can be expected to be utilized to identify characteristics of the viewer's Flow-situation by observing and analyzing the gesture and the facial expression that serve as the input modality of the viewer to the video content.

최근 독서 장애인을 위한 국제 디지털 음성 도서 표준인 DAISY를 통해 장애인의 고등 교육을 위한 연구가 활성화되고 있으나 그림이나 수식과 같은 특수요소는 음성도서에서 독음해주기 힘들다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 중학교 및 고등학교 1학년 교과과정에 포함된 수식을 토대로 Contents MathML에 대한 한글 독음 규칙을 정의하였다. 또한, 정의한 한글 독음 규칙에 따라 Contents MathML로 표현된 수식을 독음해주기 위한 프로그램을 XSLT로 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 프로그램을 검증하기 위해 사용성을 검토하였다.

이 연구는 사회적 갑을관계, 비정규직, 노동조합, 파업, 임금 등 시의성 있는 사회 이슈를 다룬 웹툰 <송곳>을 원작으로 제작된 드라마 <송곳>의 스토리텔링을 기호학적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 소쉬르가 제시한 계열체, 통합체 개념을 바탕으로 드라마의 서사적 구조와 인물 및 소재의 특성을 파악하였다. 나아가 드라마가 사회적 이슈를 어떠한 방식으로 재현하는지, 어떠한 담론 요소를 구성하는지 알아보고자 작품 속에 투영된 이데올로기를 고찰하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 비판적 다원주의(Critical Pluralism) 접근방식으로서 기존의 지배 이데올로기를 비판하는 저항 이데올로기가 강하게 드러났다. 둘째, 성역할, 영웅, 가족 이데올로기와 같은 고전적 이데올로기를 강화하였다. 마지막으로 자기이해와 상호이해, 이기적 편향 등의 인간 성찰적 이데올로기가 확인되었다.
