The accountability of cloud service which provides the cloud users with accountable services applies various technologies such as the compliance of service policy, monitoring and auditing, logging, and others. It ultimately intends to provide trustworthy cloud service by determining who is accountable for various problems happened during data processing and service offering. In this paper, we propose a cloud ecosystem formed from the chain of content and DRM Cloud service in order to offer secure and trust DRM cloud service when providing high value-added content service. Besides this, we analyse the requirements of cloud services for content owners and users and then propose some logging information to be recorded for trace of accountability and a structure of tool for monitoring.

Due to the spread of unreliable online information on the social network services, the users are faced with a difficult problem for determining if the information is trustworthy or not. At present, the users should make a decision by themselves throughly for the trustworthiness of the information. Therefore, we need a way to systematically evaluate the trustworthiness of information on the social network services. In this paper, we design a trust index, called KTI (Korean Trust Index for SNS), as a criterion for measuring the trust degree of the information on the social network services. Using KTI, the users are readily able to determine whether the information is trustworthy. Consequently, we can estimate the social trust degree based on the variation of KTI. This paper derives the various factors affecting trust from the properties of the social network services, and proposes a model to evaluate the trustworthiness of information that is directly produced and distributed over the online network. Quantifying the trust degree of the information on the social network services allows the users to make efficient use of the social network.

Malware attacks become more prevalent in the hyper-connected society of the 4th industrial revolution. To respond to such malware, automation of malware detection using artificial intelligence technology is attracting attention as a new alternative. However, using artificial intelligence without collateral for its reliability poses greater risks and side effects. The EU and the United States are seeking ways to secure the reliability of artificial intelligence, and the government announced a reliable strategy for realizing artificial intelligence in 2021. The government's AI reliability has five attributes: Safety, Explainability, Transparency, Robustness and Fairness. We develop four elements of safety, explainable, transparent, and fairness, excluding robustness in the malware detection model. In particular, we demonstrated stable generalization performance, which is model accuracy, through the verification of external agencies, and developed focusing on explainability including transparency. The artificial intelligence model, of which learning is determined by changing data, requires life cycle management. As a result, demand for the MLops framework is increasing, which integrates data, model development, and service operations. EXE-executable malware and documented malware response services become data collector as well as service operation at the same time, and connect with data pipelines which obtain information for labeling and purification through external APIs. We have facilitated other security service associations or infrastructure scaling using cloud SaaS and standard APIs.

In heterogeneous and distributed computing environments, with an increasing number of Web services providing similar functionalities, the reliability of Web services is a critical decision factor. To fulfill the open business model such as cooperation among enterprises, several Web services can be composed into the upper level business transaction. In Web services composition, the reliability of services is more and more critical. Though each unit Web service can be reliable, the reliability of the composed service is not guaranteed. Thus a way to efficiently assess and select composed Web services is needed. In this paper, we define new metrics for measuring the trust value of Web services, and propose an evaluation method to predict the trustworthy degree of the composed services based on the metrics. We also define a conceptual framework to support optimal Web services selection based on the proposed trust evaluation method. By selecting using the quantitative measurement rather than intuitive selection of the service user, it allows the service users to select the high reliable service meeting their quality requirements well.

The social network service is the bidirectional media that all of the users are be able to directly produce, process, and distribute the information without distinction of the producer and consumer. Over increasing the users rapidly, the users are be able to obtain and share the various information, but the problems occur due to the spread of unreliable information on the service. Moreover, it is spreading the problems violating the privacy and decreasing the reliability of the users by exploiting the open environment. Therefore, sensitive information can be delivered only to users which information producer can trust, and the users should get the information from the trustworthy users. Due to this necessity, it needs the efficient method can evaluates the reliability of the users. In this paper, we define the reliability in the service, make the trust parameter by using the function of the service, and propose the dynamic user reliability evaluation scheme evaluating the reliability of users. We draw the trust range on the reliability of users by analyzing the proposed reliability evaluation scheme.

In this study, the Commission proposed the mitigation of remedies by improving the role of medical disputes and preventing medical disputes. Medical disputes include a comprehensive description of medical malpractice, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and medical malpractice. Medical negligence refers to the neglect of medical care due to careless medical care in the treatment of patients, leading to patient injury and death. An inappropriate response in the process of international treatment could result in international trials and a decline in international credibility. In cases where medical disputes arise, health care is strictly necessary to determine the truth or absence of medical malpractice, and these expertise and experience are usually provided by emotion. With the neutral and objective emotions provided fairly and impartially, medical care expertise and experience can be fair, and the medical disputes can be resolved peacefully if the parties are trustworthy. The Health Care Dispute Mediation Committee should focus on enhancing the professionalism, objectivity, and reliability of medical care.

The research was carried out at the electronic Gw-mart located at Gangwon province. The secondary data and the various other reference materials were used for the research. This research brings forth the concrete activation plan for the activation of an electronic market in the Gangwon province. So, the activation plan for an e-market at Gang won can be done in six ways, first result of the undertaken research achieved in six ways- first, concentration has to be laid on the internet portal sites, second, the local sites should be well connected with the shopping mall facilities, third, a trustworthy shopping mall has to be established by maintains the product quality and quantity, fourth, a visible distinction should be made between the various products, fifth, the division of labor must be specified and a provisions should be made for a efficient after service.

Cyber counseling, one of the most compatible type of consultation for the information society, enables people to reveal their mental agonies and private problems anonymously, since it does not require face-to-face interview between a counsellor and a client. However, there are few cyber counseling centers which provide high quality and trustworthy service, although the number of cyber counseling center has highly increased. Therefore, this paper is intended to enable an appropriate consultation for each client by analyzing client propensity using Bayesian variable selection. Bayesian variable selection is superior to stepwise regression analysis method in finding out a regression model. Stepwise regression analysis method, which has been generally used to analyze individual propensity in linear regression model, is not efficient since it is hard to select a proper model for its own defects. In this paper, based on the case database of current cyber counseling centers in the web, we will analyze clients' propensities using Bayesian variable selection to enable individually target counseling and to activate cyber counseling programs.

Modern society has achieved rapid growth in economy and materials whereas it caused such problems as municipal extension and high density of population, Due to rapid change of social environment, it became more complicated and multifarious than ever it before. Helping the people all kinds of routine affairs police box is giving a negative image to the citizens, for its environment doesn't have got rid of its old fashion . It's being an unharmonious factor to its surroundings, a solution is needed. So, this study is focused on recognizing the change of value system with the flow of time, planning a new image of police box for the change and in consequence recovering the trustworthy between people and the nation. For this , by grasping the characteristics of each space and through space-dividing and design corresponding to it, the plan is provided to make a pleasant interior environment of police box and to make it a symbol of local society. As a result of this study, we will have the police box not only as an office providing the locals with security and service but also as eyes of the country which watches the municipal environment.

Internet portals have been revolutionized not only as simple search engines but also as a new space for the Internet users. They have developed to give satisfying search results for academic information users. academic fields. However, their attention was given to the quantity rather than the quality of the results. This tendency is now changing. This study addresses the problems in the search process using the current portal sites and presents an integrated scholarly information service where users can access more organized and trustworthy information linked with online technical keyword dictionary. When a user enter a keyword on a portal site, he/she can access to high quality scholarly information resources linked with keyword. This could assure the user to get an expanded knowledge with confirmation.
