  • The dispersed generation is recently increased introduction for the energy supply rationalization and effective management of power system. But the dispersed generation causes to the various trouble that isn't occurred in the past, for example, the two way systems have an effect on the mistake action of protection equipment and the power quality. In this paper, we research the influence on the harmonic when the dispersed generation is interconnected with distribution system. To achievement, we construct the interconnecting dispersed generation and distribution system which is applied to the permission of harmonic emission. After that, we simulate about the harmonic of distribution system interconnection dispersed generation by the PSCAD/EMTDC analyzing transient state of the power system.

  • We investigated the trouble and the influence by weather in the distribution facilities of the home and foreign and analyzed the damage of power system, in domestic and japan, which is related to the latest typhoon and damage from sea wind. The interruption of distribution system is occurred by abnormal weather is cause of the rainstorm, lightning within the country, a tree contact by strong wind in the US and an earthquake, typhoon, damage from sea wind in japan.

  • The properties of a cable Insulate capacity between surfaces with the variation of the interfacial breakdown, the addition of silicon oil, the variation of pressure and interfacial roughness were investigated. The Insulate trouble of a power cable is out of the interfacial parts, which breakdown the insulate breakdown capacity in a power cable. In this study, the analysis of electric field and the phenomenon of interfacial breakdown were reported by varying the surfaces condition of silicon rubber, XLPE used for connection materials of a power cable.

  • In this study gives detail on the composition and process of Quad-rotor blade Vehicle. It may seem simple but we have many trouble because of many subtleties. Unless designed carefully, it is very difficult to control of stability by reason of disturbances in the air and unbalance in the motor. We want to have a more stable output so add other electronics supplement, and change the battery in oder to increasing thrust. It cannot be done quickly, nor cheaply because it is more difficult than first ideas that control of Quad-rotor. But we complete manufacture of basically controllable vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

  • In this paper, we present design features, implementation, and validation of a satellite simulator subsystem for the Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2). The satellite simulator subsystem is implemented on a personal computer to minimize costs and trouble on embedding onboard flight software into the simulator. An object-oriented design methodology is employed to maximize software reusability. Also, instead of a high-cost commercial database, XML is used for the manipulation of spacecraft characteristics data, telecommand, telemetry, and simulation data. The KOMPSAT-2 satellite simulator subsystem is validated by various simulations for autonomous onboard launch and early orbit phase operations, anomaly operation, and science fine mode operation. It is also officially verified by successfully passing various tests such as the satellite simulator subsystem test, mission control element system integration test, interface test, site installation test, and acceptance test.

  • This paper deals with the variable-node element for fluid flow and the adaptive h-version mesh refinement algorithm. The transient element has been formulated by the Galerkin approach in which the pressure term is replaced with the penalty function. The present element having variable mid-side node and is suitable for constructing a locally refined mesh avoiding the use of the highly distorted elements. A modified Gauss quadrature is needed to integrate the element matrices to solve the trouble associated with the discontinuity of derivatives of shape functions. Several numerical examples show that the proposed element can be effectively used in the h-version adapt ive mesh refinement

  • Lacking for the skilled grinding operator possessed of the experiential knowledges in machine shop, there is the just requirement which includes the establishment of the optimal grinding conditions. Accordingly, we attemt to develope the selection system of optimal grinding conditions such as workpiece velocity, depth of cut and wheel velocity and to add the trouble shooting system by means of the neural network. Those systems are robust to the each machine error and environmental unstable state. In addition. we produce the loaming process that is progressed with additional data modified by skilled operators, and excluding is advanced to similarity of input data.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present the summary of trouble shooting result on the dendrite defect of SSM(Second Surface Mirror) which is one of major thermal control elements for satellite. Through this failure analysis on SSM dendrite, it is found that the dendrite defect may happen to silver coated layer of SSM if SSM is directly exposed to the environment containing sulfur or chlorine compound. As a preventive action, it is required that SSM shall not contact directly with rubber pad containing sulfur compound.
