Mongolia is aiming at connect and expand global trade to third countries using Russia, China and East Asian ports. Also, trying to evolve infrastructure and super-frastructure in international maritime transportation. This paper presents maritime development trends in Mongolia and focuses on discussing the current situation of international maritime plan and points out some issues currently facing by the policy to develop promoting the country's maritime businesses. Finally, this paper presents some future directions for developing the maritime transportation in Mongolia.

In this article we show that the tests of Robinson (1994) may have serious problems in distinguishing between fractionally integrated processes in the context of deterministic trends. The results are obtained via Monte Carlo experiments. A simple procedure, based on the t-values of the coefficients from the differenced regression, is presented to correctly specify the time series of interest and, an empirical application, using data of the US GNP is also carried out at the end of the article.

Driver-specific technology in the automotive field has been commercialized for vehicle accessories, driver memory sheets, and side mirrors. In recent years, the demand for customized technology has expanded to include the user interface of an infotainment system (Infotainment System) and advanced driver support system (Advanced Driver Assistance System), and customized technologies for drivers have been studied. Therefore, this article describes the driver-tailored technology trends being studied in these fields, and examines the major research issues related to future driver-tailored technologies in the automotive field.

In this paper, we analyze the trends of deep-learning based plant data processing technologies. In recent years, the deep-learning technology has been widely applied to various AI tasks, such as vision (image classification, image segmentation, and so on) and natural language processing because it shows a higher performance on such tasks. The deep-leaning method is also applied to plant data processing tasks and shows a significant performance. We analyze and show how the deep-learning method is applied to plant data processing tasks and related industries.

This paper reviews the recent trends in optical access technologies and their future directions. As the number of hyper-connected, ultra-low-latency, and hyper-realistic services increases, the wireless path has become shorter and the optical access network has become deeply penetrated into the end user. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influnce of Postmodernism on 90's fashion trends, and to present applications of it's inspiration to print design. 90's fashion trends represented in fashion magazines, in fashion trend reports, and in related books were anlyzed. Informations referring to two selected target markets were collected by phone interview. In 90's fashion trends, seven fashion images seemed to be influenced from Postmodernism emerged. Based on these seven fashion images, several print designs were created and developed for one domestic market and for one export market.

The most important virtue that S&T information should possess is the promptness. In foreign countries, high-efficiency electric machineries have been developed in view of cost reduction, environmental issues, energy conservation etc. Especially they focus on developing energy conservation measures and demand-side management. Thus, patent application and secure of patent claims are on the rise as important issues in this field. In this paper, we analyzed patent application trends about inverters, ac/dc converters, reactive power control equipments, high-efficiency transformers and electric ballasts among high-efficiency electric machineries. First, we analyzed general technology trends, and constructed patent technology data. Second, we graphed patent application trends in terms of application years, assignees and nations.
