  • The symbol of the sacred tree represents the world tree. They were influenced by Tree worship in Northern mounted nomadic groups, and the first is quite obvious, that the sacred tree is a palm tree. The Assyrian sacred tree possesses characteristics, making the tree iconographic and rather artificial. The tree typically has a thin trunk arranged in two or three tiers. Each tier is separated by horizontal plates or bands. The top of the tree is crowned with a palmette form. Wavy streamers emanate from the tree abd terminate in palmettes in a criss cross fashion. The central trunk is topped with a palmette and surrounded the trunk with palmettes emphasizing a link to date trees. The number of branches on the tree is limited, and there are usually seven, fifteen or thirty branches. The connection of these numbers with those of the week, and of the lunar wax and wane is so obvious. The branches on the tree may have indeed represented a calender of some sort. Mainly based on the excavated tomb articles of the three kingdoms and referred to Chinese and Japanese ones, Sacred Tree pattern showed that was lightly influenced by the times and area, but was slowly changed and developed to different types through those each ages generally. The Sacred Tree type was three part in according to the wavy streamers emanate from the tree abd, Sacred tree type I, Sacred tree type II, Sacred tree type III[the Mountain(; 山)-typed piled up Sacred Tree].

  • The many cities are changing in the city form where the person and nature are mixed. Namely, the government invests many expense in tree field of distance space for the change in the green city. In this paper, we design and implement a tree growth management system using PDA built in 13.56MHz RFID reader and CBD(Component Based Development) for ubiquitous computing environments. Our system provides history management to increase business efficiency for location coordinate of tree and history information of tree which using RFID, the RFlD tag is attaching the new tree and that is inputting GPS location information in PDA and provides tree information of tree by location coordinate to history management. Finally, we show from a performance analysis that our system achieves about 85% average tree read rate of RFID under test scenario environments.

  • This paper is the introduction of our work on distributed load scheduling in single-level tree network. In this paper, we derive a new calculation model in single-level tree network and show a closed-form formulation of the time for computation system. There are so many examples of the application of this technology such as distributed database, biology computation on genus, grid computing, numerical computing, video and audio signal processing, etc.

  • Overlay multicast is proposed as an alternative approach for providing muticast services. A logical infrastructure is built to form an overlay network on top of the physical layer. In this paper, we propose an efficient overlay multicast in wireless ad hoc networks. The overlay multicast tree adapts to the changes in underlying networks. The multicast tree adjusted according to the local member information.

  • In this paper, we present the analysis of Tree-LDPC codes using EXIT(Extrinsic information transfer) charts methods. Two different EXIT charts schemes are compared. One is based on the closed form equation and the other is based on Monte-Carlo simulation. The thresholds by these two schemes match well with the threshold by DE(density evolution) scheme. Simulation performance is also shown with the obtained thresholds.

  • This paper presents an approximate algorithm for computing Fault-tree probabilities. The method is essentially composed of three steps. In the first step, a Fault-tree is converted into a network form. In the second step, We change the network into a parallelized diagram. In the third step, the approximate fault-tree probability is calculated from the parallelized diagram. In this paper, in order to verify the method two hypothetical Fault-tree is used by examples. The results show that the method is very useful, even though it is an approximate technique, since it needs not to search the minimal cut sets and has the simple computing rontines.

  • Multi-dimensional data play a crucial role in various fields, as like computer graphics, geographical information system, and multimedia applications. Indexing method fur multi-dimensional data Is a very Important factor in overall system performance. What is proposed in this paper is a new dynamic access method for spatial objects called HL-CIF(Hierarchically Layered Caltech Intermediate Form) tree which requires small amount of storage space and facilitates efficient query processing. HL-CIF tree is a combination of hierarchical management of spatial objects and CIF tree in which spatial objects and sub-regions are associated with representative points. HL-CIF tree adopts "centroid" of spatial objects as the representative point. By reflecting objects′sizes and positions in its structure, HL-CIF tree guarantees the high spatial locality of objects grouped in a sub-region rendering query processing more efficient.

  • It may be fully known that Korea is the main producing country of pine tree form the pan-Asian viewpoint of the geographical distribution of the pine tree. Through the study on the reason why the pine tree became a tree of the maximum cover degree in Korea and the observation of natural preservation status of all sorts of trees in the DMZ area for nearly 20 years after the Korean Armistice, it has come to know that almost all of the pine tree were banished. This phenomenon has been resulted by the ecological characteristics of the pine tree itself which has no sprouting power at all, war disasters, deforestation and incendiary fire that have been steadily occurred until now since the time of Armistice.

  • We propose a tree-based integration of infrastructure networks and MANETs (TUM) to efficiently extend the scope of mobile Internet protocol to mobile ad hoc networks and devise a tree-based routing protocol (TBRP) that is suitable for the TUM architecture. Infrastructure networks have a number of fixed Internet Gateways that connect two heterogeneous networks. Mobile nodes form a number of small trees named pMANETs, each of them growing from anchor node which can communicate directly with an Internet Gateway. A new node registers with foreign agent and home agent along the tree path without resorting to an inefficient flooding. Furthermore, the TBRP sets up a routing path efficiently by exploiting the tree information without relying on flooding. We show by resorting to simulation that our approach is competitive against the conventional AODV based approach.

  • Existing XML editors, which are usually tree-based, require knowledge on the XML from users. But this requirement should be removed in order for any user to create XML documents easily. In this paper, we developed a new XML editor which provides both the usual tree-based interface and the form-based interface derided from the original document. Editing XML documents through forms will be especially effective in the places such as enterprise or municipal office where a large amount of documents of same format need to be generated. Forms, which are HTML documents, are generated automatically through the XSLT using both template XML document and XSL document, and displayed on the built-in HTML browser. When a form is filled out by user, it will he transformed into its corresponding XML document and stored into the XML repository.
