A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (sELISA) for detecting the presence of shrimp in processed foods was developed using rabbit polyclonal antibodies against tropomyosin produced by black tiger prawns (shrimp). Based on the standard curve derived using this method, the detection range of shrimp was determined to be $1-100{\mu}g/mL$. The cross-reactivity of these antibodies toward black tiger prawns, fleshy prawns, cocktail prawns, lobster, and blue crab was 100, 73, 155, 18, and 0%, respectively. When shrimp was heated for 10 min, the mean assay recovery of tropomyosin was 121-221% at $70-100^{\circ}C$ and 7.8% at $121^{\circ}C$. When shrimp was added to cream soup, weaning food, sausage, fish paste, and sauce, the mean assay recovery was 397, 639, 168, 234, and 0%, respectively. In sample tests involving 14 commercial items, the coincidence ratio of assay results and reference was 79%.

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of skin care foods on the synthesis of pro-collagen type I C peptide and suppression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1 secretion through an in vitro study using fibroblasts (Hs68 cells) and keratinocytes (HaCaT cells). Among the three skin care foods developed in this study, three beans cookie and avocado yoghurt influenced the production of pro-collagen type I C peptide and suppressed MMP-1 secretion; however, tiger nut Galsu drink did not exhibit these effects. All skin care foods, including three beans cookie and plain yoghurt ($50{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.001) influenced the suppression of MMP-1 in addition to other commercially available breast milk production support foods examined, such as Heath Heather ($50{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.001), Happy Mama ($50{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.01), BioLys ($50{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.001), Enfamama ($25{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.0001), and Pregnagen ($25{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.001). Avocado fruit yoghurt ($25{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.05), avocado fruit jam yoghurt ($50{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.01), Enfamama ($100{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.05), and Pregnagen ($100{\mu}g/mL$, p<0.05) influenced the production of pro-collagen type I C peptide and suppressed MMP-1 secretion. This result indicates that only avocado jam yoghurt significantly influenced both the prevention of skin keratinization and acceleration of recovery of skin fibrous structure. Therefore, avocado is a favorable ingredient for nutrition-balanced dietary foods or an essential ingredient in products for revitalization of human skin.

The ROK Army is promoting cutting-edge, future-oriented military development such as a mobile, intelligent, and hyper-connected Army TIGER system. The future infantry brigade plans to increase mobility with squad-level tactical vehicles to enable combat in multi-domain operations and to deploy various weapon systems such as surveillance and reconnaissance drones. In addition, it will be developed into an intelligent unit that transmits and receives data collected through the weapon system through a hyper-connected network. Accordingly, the future infantry brigade will transmit and receive more data. However, the Army's tactical information communication system has limitations in operating as a tactical communication system for future units, such as low transmission speed and bandwidth and restrictions on communication support. Therefore, in this paper, the information distribution capability of the future infantry brigade is presented through the offensive operation scenario and M&S.

Recently, as the use of drones for military purposes is increasing, such as the Russia-Ukraine War, North Korea's reconnaissance against South Korea, and Army Tiger 4.0's dronebot system, anti-drone technology is developing a lot in each country. However, traditional anti-drone technologies in the form of using conventional weapons or electronic warfare weapons have the disadvantage of being expensive, so anti-drone technologies that can be performed at low cost are currently being newly researched. Therfore, in response to these anti-drone technologies, many efforts are being made to increase the survivability of our allies. In line with this trend, this study assumes a virtual anti-drone system applied with cyber domain and electronic warfare domain technologies that can be performed at low cost, rather than a technique using expensive conventional weapons or electronic warfare weapons among various anti-drone technologies. In response to this, we would like to present a plan to increase the survivability of friendly drones.

The experiment was performed to evaluate the possibility of utilizing underground sea water for the seed production of tiger puffer, Takifugu rubripes. For this purpose, the effects of 6 different salinities (3.5, 7.0, 14.0, 20.0, 27.0, $33.0\%_{\circ}$) were determined based on the hatching rate of fertilized eggs, survival rate and the amount of food consumed by hatched larvae, where as the effects of 3 different salinities (20.0, 27.0, $33.0\%_{\circ}$) were also examined with rearing tiger puffer juvenile ($4.29{\pm}0.50$ cm in total length) for 50 days in the closed recirculating water system. As a results, either the hatching or the survival rate of more than $70.0\%$ were obtained from the fertilized eggs reared at the salinity of 27.0 to $33.0\%_{\circ}$, the early hatched larvae at 27.0 to $33.0\%_{\circ}$, and the 10-day-old larvae at 20 to $33.0\%_{\circ}$. At three different salinities, the survival rate of 20-day- and 30-day-old larvae turned out to be $89.0\%$ and $92.5\%$, respectively. The salinity for maximum food intake thus appeared to be from 27.0 to $33.0\%_{\circ}$. In this condition, 20-day-old hatched larvae consumed $323\~342$ Artemia nauplii and 30-day-old hatched larvae ate $1,559\~1,5791$ A. nauplii. The highest growth rate of fingerlings were observed at the salinity $27\%$ and followed by 33.0 and $20.0\%_{\circ}$, respectively. The relationship between the days of rearing (X) and the total length (Y) of the fingerlings were as follows : $33.0\%_{\circ}$ group : Y=0.107X-2.532 (r=0.982) $27.0\%_{\circ}$ group : Y=0.116X-3.195 (r=0.975) $20.0\%_{\circ}$ group : Y=0.116X-2.693 (r=0.987) The slopes of regression line estimated from $27.0\%_{\circ}$ and $33.0\%_{\circ}$ groups were significantly different from that of $20.0\%_{\circ}$ group.

I tried to understand a folk tale "The half-boy" in terms of analytical psychology. In the story, a lady without children prayed to the Buddha. The white old man came and gave three fishes, but the cat ate half of it. So, she ate two and a half. She gave birth to two perfect sons. The third son had one arm, one leg, and one eye. They grew well. Brothers went to take the civil service examinations, and the half-boy followed. But two brothers did not like the half-boy coming along. So, brothers tied the half-boy to the rocks and trees, and he picked them up with force and gave them down to the yard of the house. And the half-boy followed his brothers again, and brothers tied him with kudzu and put him in front of the tiger. The half-boy won the tiger by betting with cutting kudzu. The half-boy stripped off the tiger's skin. The host coveted the tiger skin and they played with janggi. The half-boy won the game and was permitted to take host's daughter. The half-boy went with a string, a drum, a flea, and a bedbug. He teased host's people with these. The half-boy brought a virgin and lived well. "The Half-Boy" folktale is an old story spread throughout the country. There are similar stories in India and Africa. Unilateral figures are universally distributed archetypal images. In numerous cultures gods and spirits are being portrayed as unilateral figures. In the creation mythology, half-figure beings have immortality. In Indonesian and African folk tales, the half-born boy goes to heaven and merges with its half and becomes perfect. Some of one-sided spirits are harmful to humans but some of one-sided birds, chickens, and spirits are helpful to people. Sometimes half being is a cultural hero who steals grain from heaven or gets some advice how to use bamboo. There are stories that half body becomes a whole body afterwards. But in this folktale and most of the similar folktales, half-figure does not change and maintains half-figure to the end. And as a half-figure he does various great things and marries a virgin. The half-boy symbolizes a psychic experience born in the unconscious. The unconscious contents may seem strange and weird at first and the collective consciousness does not want to accept them. But the unconscious exerts greater power and brings vitality and creativity to consciousness. This folk tale seems to have compensated for the stubborn collective consciousness of our society, which was a Confucian class society. It also allows people to change their attitude toward disabled people and recognize strengths and creativity of the handicapped.

This study aims to estimate the chronical year of 'Euiin'-Park's clothes excavated costumes from the tomb of 'Lady Euiim-Park's which has been stocked in Gyeonggi Provincial Museum. The methods of this study is, observed structure and style of clothes and characterize and compared with other similar clothes excavated from other tombs. The result showed Park's clothes was estimated to be from the mid to late 16th century. The elements that enable us to estimate the period are first of all the wearing of women's Dan-ryung, and the shape of the gore and sleeve. Second the shape of Jegory's collar, and Gyron-ma-gi. Third the form of layered skirt and Somaja[hat]. Fourth tiger hyung-bae which embroidered patches on the breast and back of official uniforms. Last, the style and types of Jinju-Ryu's who's the spouse clothes. It will be useful to estimate the chronical year of clothes excavated from unidentified tombs when refer this styles of clothes.

Visual art elements can most intuitively express the information expressed by a game character and play an important role in shaping a successful game character. We compares and analyzes the role design in the skins of the "Five Tiger-like Generals" series in Glory of Kings in terms of color, line, graphic and other visual elements. Different visual elements form different visual impacts and influences, which brings people different psychological feelings and presents different emotional colors. The reasonable use of visual elements gives people a refined visual experience and a comfortable psychological feeling, adding more influencing factors to the "immersion" of the game. It not only can strongly attract the attention and love of players, but also spreads traditional culture of the nation and the country. Therefore, whether the visual art elements of a game character can be appropriately used is an important part of the success of the game work. The analysis of visual art elements of game characters has important learning and research value.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Bel canto singing technique on voice quality in patients with vocal bowing and sulcus vocalis. Five patients with vocal bowing, and five patients with sulcus vocalis participated in the study. Each subject was assessed acoustically (Jitter, Shimmer, NNE) in the first and last session. Dr. Speech (version 4.0, Tiger-DRS) was used to compare acoustic parameters of pre- and post-treatment. The Bel canto singing technique consisted of breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, and phonation exercises. The results showed that the Bel canto singing technique tended to be effective on improving voice quality in patients with organic voice disorders.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a correlational analysis among pitch, nasalance, and acoustic quality parameters estimated by two speech analysis softwares NasalView(version 1.31), Dr. Speech 4.5(Tiger Electronics). Thirty females and 25 males with normal voice participated in the study. The Pearson correlation coefficient was determined through a statistical analysis. The results came out as follows; Firstly, there was a correlation between $F_0$ and voice quality parameters, however there was no correlation between $F_0$ and nasalance. Secondly, nasalance showed a correlation with voice quality parameters.
