  • Augmented reality makes people feel realistic and reduces the damage to cultural properties that can come into contact with the actual cultural heritage. Augmented reality has the advantage that it can show the past appearance of the historical building or relics, the environment, or related information in addition to the current real environment. Despite these values and advantages, As a result of researches and analyzes of the Augmented Reality contents of the National Museum, 'palace in my hand', and the Miruksa project In the field of domestic cultural heritage warriors, augmented reality technology has shown a very negative attitude such as simply showing cultural heritage content or using it as a guide. However, various conditions such as display and sensor hardware and technology needed to realize augmented reality more effectively are improving day by day. And If you have various facilities such as the idea of adding storytelling to the exhibits and WiFi building, In the near future, it will be equipped with a display system of cultural heritage contents that combines augmented reality with a more complete one.

  • In May 2002, a destructive stem rot of Obedient plant (Physostegia virginiana) occurred sporadically in an exhibition farm of Hamyang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Korea. The typical symptoms of the disease were stem rot, crown rot, wilt or blight. Upper parts of the infected stems were mostly blighted. White mycelial mats were spread over lesions and the sclerotia were formed on the stems near soil line. The sclerotia was globoid or irregular in shape, 1${\sim}$3 mm in size, and brown in color. The optimum temperature for fungal growth was about $30^{\circ}C$. The typical clamp connections were observed in the hyphae of the fungus grown on PDA, and hyphal diameter was 3.6${\sim}$9.4 ${\mu}m$. On the basis of mycological characteristics and test of pathogenecity to host plants, the fungus was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii. This is the first report on the stem rot of Physostegia virginiana caused by Sclerotium rolfsii in Korea.

  • This study was carried out to investigate distribution on the alien plants in the Gyeong-in Ara Waterway. The alien plants were a total of 82 taxa: 17 families, 63 genera, 80 species, and 2 varieties. This number corresponds to 25.5% of alien plants identified in Korea. The proportion of alien plants in every year was increased from upstream to downstream. As the result of the analysis on vegetation stratification, bank of waterside was covered with artificial materials preventing existence of vegetation, and had step-type cross section. Floodplain was composed of waterfront area. An array of vegetation was not typical dispersion, and terrestrial and alien plants were dominated the Gyeong-in Ara Waterway. Evaluation of naturalness based on the vegetation stratification showed grade 3 or 4. In order to solve a problem, method and level of restoration should be decided based on the result of diagnostic assessment. Therefore, we need to restore the step-type cross section as pool type one. From waterside to bank in this waterway, we recommend to introduce natural plants by imitating reference species composition. Since, an invasion of alien plants is expected to be accelerated due to the continuous artificial disturbance, we recommend to quantitative investigation on the invasion of alien plants and monitoring on the change of distribution.

  • From 2004 to 2005, the stem rot of Disporum sessile D. $D_{ON}$ caused by Sclerotium rolfsii occurred spoyadieally in an herbs exhibition farm of Hamyang, Gyeongsangnam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Korea. The typical symptom is water-soaking, dark brown on the stem and rotting, wilting. The infected plants were mostly died. White mycelial mats were spread over lesions, and then sclerotia were formed on stems and near soil line. The sclerotia were globoid in shape, 1$\sim$3 mm in size and white to brown in color, The optimum temperature and sclerotia on PDA was 30$^{\circ}C$ and the hyphal width was $3{\sim}10{\mu]m$. The typical clamp connections were observed in the hyphae of the fungus grown on PDA. Pathogenicity of the causal organism was proved on D. sessile according to Koch's postulate. On the basis of mycological characteristics and pathogenicity to host plants, this fungus was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Saccardo. This is the first report on the stem rot of D. sessile caused by S. rolfsii in Korea.

  • Stem rot of perilla (Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara) occurred sporadically in the exhibition field at Gyeongsangnam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services in Korea. The infected stems are water-soaked, rotted, wilted and finally leads to the death of the whole plants. The sclerotia, 1-3 mm, white to brown, spherical, were formed on lesions and the surface of soil line. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth and sclerotia formation was $30^{\circ}C$ on potato dextrose agar and the hyphal width was 4-9 ${\mu}m$. The typical clamp connections were observed in the hyphae of the fungus. On the basis of mycological characteristics and pathogenicity to host plants, this fungus was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Saccardo. This is the first report of stem rot on perilla caused by S. rolfsii in Korea.

The typical symptom was started with watersoaking lesion on the stem then gradually rotted, wilted, and blighted, the severely infected plants were eventually died. The sclerotia of the pathogen were globoid in shape, 1~3mm in size and white to brown in color. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth and sclerotia formation on PDA was $30^{\circ}C$. The hyphal width was 4~9 ${\mu}m$, and the typical clamp connection structures were observed in the hyphae of the fungus grown on PDA. On the basis of mycological characteristics and pathogenicity to host plants, this fungus was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Saccardo. This is the first report of stem rot on E. marginata caused by S. rolfsii in Korea.

  • This paper considers the historicity and aesthetical implications of in the art world of Paul Ryan(1943-2013) who designed the aestheticization of relational circuit of society by realizing the value of social transformation being inherent in video with cultural practices and suggesting the interdisciplinary method of leaning and research in the early video art history. To do this, in Chapter II, I review the first artwork presented firstly in the art gallery exhibition "TV as a Creative Medium" in 1969, in which Ryan proposed a video medium as a communication system and experimented the concept of 'feedback' in Cybernetics. And Chapter III focuses Ryan's discursive activities contributed to magazine Radical Software and artist-collective Raindance Corporation with growing interest in communication technology. At this time, Ryan regarded video medium as the tool for cybernetic expansion. Finally Chapter IV deals with the development of ecological method based on "a shared perception of environmental realities" and verifies Ryan's vision that video medium would be most effective means of social change and communication.
