The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the rational decision-making process and perception differences of housing transactions in the market environment. It was designed through an analysis of the factors influencing housing sales based on the rational behavior theory model. Objective evidence was provided for the impact factors affecting the attitude towards housing sales, with the spouse and children being identified as significant influencers. Additionally, children and friends were found to have an impact on subjective norms related to housing sales, especially for unmarried individuals under 40 years of age and those with low income, who were found to be more influenced by their parents. It was also discovered that the influence of these factors varied based on age and income levels. Younger individuals tended to rely more on their parents or friends, while those with high incomes showed stronger willingness to purchase homes. The presence of beneficial infrastructure for children was found to directly influence the decision to purchase a home. The study also provided objective evidence that the decision to purchase a home is influenced not only by economic factors but also by continuous encouragement and information from those around the buyer. These findings demonstrate the importance of the influence of close acquaintances in the rational decision-making process of home buyers. However, this study only investigated a limited portion of the factors influencing housing sales, as the market is affected by a variety of financial and governmental policies. Therefore, future research should consider various complex factors simultaneously when analyzing the influence of housing sales.

Recently, as the frequency of natural disasters has increased, causing enormous human and material damage, the importance of managing disasters is emphasized. In particular, as the concept of Build Back Better becomes meaningful, it has appeared that considering it during Post-disaster Reconstruction is a necessity. Therefore, in this study, the relative importance evaluation and correlation analysis were performed for each influencing factor through the derivation of the influencing factors that should be considered during the reconstruction approach stage of reconstruction after disasters, and a survey of overseas disaster-related experts. As a result of the analysis, 'Adaptability to the environment changes in the future was derived as the most significant influencing factor. It seems that the results of this study can be used as basic data when carrying out the reconstruction project.

Technology transferors and technology transferees decide to transfer technology with various motivations as they share benefits and risks. On top of economic benefit factors and risk factors provided by technology transferees, technology transferors also make technology transfer decisions by taking into account various factors such as government policies and systems, as well as their management strategies. In this study, the factors influencing the technology transfer in the chemical industry and the influence on the technology transfer intention are analysed. As a result of this study, factors influencing technology transfer are economic benefit factor, technological factor, risk factor, and socio-cultural factor. A significant differences in the influencing factors between the technology transferors and the technology transferees are that the economic benefit factors are more considered by the technology transferees and the technological factors are more considered by technology transferors in technology transfer. Technology transferees shows the stronger intention to enter technology transfer than the technology transferors.

The aim of this study is to analyse housing satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing-permanent, national, and happy housing-following the integration of housing types upon the full-scale supply of integrated public rental housing. By identifying key factors that influence residential satisfaction, our goal is to inform the planning of public rental housing complexes and derive policy implications. The study focuses on analysing discrepancies in residential satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing and comparing the factors influencing this satisfaction. Microdata from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's 'Housing Situation Survey' in 2021 is utilized for analysis, employing one-way ANOVA and binomial logistic regression methods. Empirical analysis reveals variations in residential satisfaction levels between residents of permanent and national rental housing, with national rental housing residents exhibiting higher satisfaction. The influencing factors of overall condition satisfaction are consistent for permanent and national rental residents but differ for happy housing residents. Additionally, the influencing factors of overall residential environmental satisfaction vary across all three housing types. Nonetheless, common factors across all types include housing noise and facility accessibility, highlighting their significance in complex planning. Subsequent studies may involve time series analysis to assess changes in influencing factors over time.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction in adolescent and influencing factor traits. In addition, the relationship between internet addiction and environmental coping strategies were examined. To examine the main purpose. analyzed as followed. According to the results of study. First, What have influencing factors on internet addiction? Second, How about were relationship between multidimensional factors correlation and multiregression analysis? Third, What about were prevention and coping strategies on internet addiction in adolescent period? According to the analysis with coping strategies researches, the results were presented as follows. Results showed that have positive correlation with internet use time, escape from reality, impulsivity, depression, anger control by examined results of Young addiction measure. Significant variables have influencing internet addiction with internet use time, escape from reality internet use, depression, anger control impulsivity. Based on these study results, This paper made a suggestion about prevention prescription and coping strategies of influencing factors on internet addiction in adolescent.

This study aimed to identify the factors that influence depression in stressed adults by age. Data were extracted from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, covering 3,333 adults aged 20 to 59 years who were highly aware of stress. Linear regression analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The study found that in the case of people in their 20s, education level, health-related quality of life, obesity, weight change, smoking, and subjective body type were significant influencing factors, with an explanatory power of 60.3%. In the case of people in their 30s, gender, household income level, living with spouse, economic activity, health-related quality of life, food intake, obesity, alcohol consumption, smoking, and subjective health were significant influencing factors, with an explanatory power of 30.3%. For people in their 40s, household income level, living with spouse, economic activity, health-related quality of life, smoking, aerobic exercise, and subjective health were significant influencing factors, with an explanatory power of 34.4%. For people in their 50s, gender, education level, income, economic activity, health-related quality of life, protein intake, fat intake, high blood pressure, diabetes, weight control, aerobic exercise, subjective health, and subjective body type were significant influencing factors, with an explanatory power of 42.3%. Therefore, as it was found through this study that the factors affecting depression in stressed adults differ by age, it is necessary to establish an intervention strategy for each age when trying to lower depression in stressed adults.

This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business doable, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research's outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. This research explores and develops digital transformation factors influencing the logistics service-provider sector in Thailand while also examining the impact sustainability factors associated with digital transformation. Divided into two parts, Part one of the theoretical study framework covers 21 factors relating to logistics, including drivers, objectives, implications, and success factors. The second part concerns 23 factors associated with logistics sustainability, including economic, environmental, and social aspects. This quantitative empirical research was conducted using an online questionnaire instrument, and a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test the proposed model. The findings from 545 samples collected between August and November 2020 from respondents working in logistics service-provider companies in Thailand show that digital transformation drivers and objectives seem likely to impact success factors and implications in digital transformation positively. Digital transformation success factors also positively impact logistics sustainability. In comparison, logistics sustainability has a significant impact on Thailand's logistics service-provider sector's economic, environmental, and social aspects. Lastly, this research highlights the significance of digital transformation success factors and extends the current knowledge about digital transformation factors and their potential impact on logistics sustainability.

Tourist Psychological Capacity (TPC) is an important issue of the Tourism Capacity research. We gained the tourist satisfaction through the questionnaire investigation in Mount Tai Scenic Area and obtained the tourist satisfaction function using SPSS17.0 regression analysis method. Then we got the best psychological capacity of tourists with the Marginal Satisfaction Method. Finally we verified the influencing factors on TPC. The study found that the best TPC of Mount Tai Scenic Area is 10323 persons; Female shows lower TPC than male. Moreover, female satisfaction is more easily influenced by visitors' number increasing than male satisfaction; TPC plays negative correlation with the increasing of age. Teenagers and adults have no much difference in TPC, but the seniors present a relatively lower TPC than other; The higher education, the smaller TPC.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of family function and to determine factors influencing family function. The subjects for this study were 451 adults and high school students among the general population from J city. Data were collected by questionnaire from Sept. 1 to Nov. 30, 1989. The measurement tool was the Family Function Questionnaire(APGAR) developed by Smilkstein. Data were analysed by statistical methods including Mean, S.D. t-test and ANOVA. The following results were obtained : 1. The mean Family APGAR score was 5.70$\pm$0.11, in a range from 0-10. 2. Scores from 0 to 6, which fall into the dysfunctional family range, were recorded for 266 families(59.6%) 3. Significant variables among general characterisics influencing family function were age, sex, marital status, educational levels. monthly income and occupation(p＜.001). 4. Significant variables among family characteristics influencing family function were family life cycle (p＜.01), utilization of family resources(p＜.01) and family atmosphere( p＜.001).
