Korea Youth Policy Institute to achieve the research objectives, 'Korea Child Youth Panel Survey'(KCYPS 2010) using data from the First year 1 data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistic, t-Testing, ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study are as follows. parenting attitudes were an independent variable having a partially significant effect on middle school students' school adjustment. As a results, The level of parental monitoring and affection are high, the level of middle school students' school adjustment gets higher. On the contrary, the level of parents' inconsistency are high, the level of middle school students' school adjustment gets lower. • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional labor on fatigue in regular private participation of sports workers, and to provide basic data to improve the welfare and working environment of private security guards, the core of private security industry. The survey response of 260 private security guards was used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were drawn through statistical tests of factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Windows 18.0 statistical program. First, the private security guards who regularly participate in sports showed lower sub-variability of fatigue, physical, exhaustion, and nervous system fatigue than private security guards who did not participate in sports. Second, it was found that fatigue was lower as the inner variables became higher, and that as the surface behavior became higher, the fatigue factor was lower. In conclusion, regular exercise participation can reduce emotional labor and improve fatigue of civil security personnel.

Measurement tools used for this study included job characteristics were created by Lee, and modified by Hong, and job stress tool developed Kim & Ku and modified by Choi. And the tools used for assessing turnover intention were created by Mobley and Becker and modified by Kim. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson' Correlation and regression on SPSS 21.0 program. Result: Job challenge and job fitness among the sub-areas of job characteristics, job stress and salary were identified as factors influencing turnover intention. These factors explained 36.5% of variance of turnover intention. Conclusion: In conclusion, this results can be used to help the children's hospitals creates an environment where nurses can enhance Job challenge and job fitness also, reduce job stress which lead to turnover rate and turnover intention.

  • In the fire and disaster prevention administration of which is not developed in comparison with any other administrative system, the systematic improvement is necessary. For system's more development, financial resource of fire service must be increased sufficiently. If fire service's budget is not allocated sufficiently, fire and disaster were not prevented effectively. This study set up hypothesis based on theoretical background and past research. In this study, dependent variables are fire service budget and police service budget per person Whereas independent variables include demand characteristics, economical characteristics, political characteristics, and previous fiscal year's budget. Statistical methods for the hypothesis's verification are regression analysis, correlation analysis and t-test. The major finding on this study are as follows: First, regression analysis showed that significant variable were past budget variable and economical variable. But political variable and demand variable were not significant except for a emergency medical variable. Second, fire service budget's average was not different significantly from police service budget's average. The above result are contingent upon the theory described in this research. A sustained research and development effort will be necessary if substantial and meaningful progress is to be made in fire service budget.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of optimism, academic resilience, and major satisfaction of nursing students, and identify influencing factors of major satisfaction. The study was a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. A convenience sample of 286 nursing students was conducted from a university in Busan. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierachical multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 23.0. The average score of optimism, academic resilience and major satisfaction in nursing students were 3.85±0.54, 3.87±0.52 and 3.75±0.63 respectively. The degree of major satisfaction was positively correlated with optimism and academic resilience. The significant predictors of major satisfaction were optimism(β=.385, p<.001) and academic resilience(β=.356, p<.001), explaining 49.2% of the independent variables. Accordingly, in order to increase the major satisfaction level of nursing college students, it is necessary to develop a program that can improve optimism and academic resilience, and apply it in the nursing curriculum.

  • This study was to identify the factors influencing the interpersonal competence in nursing students. Data collection was conducted on 167 university students from November to December 2019. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression using the JAMOVI program. As a result of the study, the interpersonal competence of the subjects was different according to gender, personality, life satisfaction and weight satisfaction, and there was a positive correlation between psychological well-being and self-esteem. Factors affecting interpersonal competence include positive personality groups (β=.31, p=.027), psychological well-being (β=.21, p=.022) and self-esteem (β=.24,) p=.007), and these variables accounted for 25.2% of interpersonal competence. Therefore, in order to improve the interpersonal competence of university students, it is necessary to develop a program that considers their psychological well-being and self-esteem.

  • This study aimed to design a robot programming lecture for pre-service mathematics teachers to improve their TPACK-P (TPACK-Programming) and analyze its effectiveness. The lecture design involved stages of analysis, exploration, primary micro-teaching, and secondary micro-teaching, with each stage including design, application, and evaluation. The TPACK-P survey was conducted before and after the lecture, and the results indicated a statistically significant difference in TCK at the 1% significance level and TPK, TRACK, and TRACK(P) at the 5% significance level. Further analysis using dependent sample t-tests showed that the post-test mean was significantly higher than the pre-test mean in categories such as TCK, TPK, TPACK, and TPACK(P). These findings suggest that the designed lecture positively affected the growth of pre-service mathematics teachers' TPACK-P.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in response to work-life balance(WLB) and to investigate the effect of WLB on parenting confidence and to examine the moderating role of career management in the relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Through SPSS 18.0, the model structure was tested between WLB, parenting confidence, and career management by a t-test, regression test, and hierarchical regression test. A total of 505 cases were analyzed. The major findings were as follows: First, it was found that there was no difference in the level of WLB by gender. Second, it was found that there was a positive relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Third, it was found that career management moderated the relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Based on the findings, practical implications about married female workers and the importance of WLB in the organizations were discussed.

  • The present study was undertaken to analyze the effects of different types of treatment on excess post exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), flexibility, free radical and antioxidants in women using a horseback riding therapeutic device. Subjects were trained in regular horseback riding exercises for 12 weeks (3 times/wk). The effects of this exercise were examined by means of a single session of horseback riding that lasted for 30 min. 21 women were recruited from a public health center and divided into 3 groups (passive recovery group, passive+massage recovery group, and dynamic recovery group). 3 types of recovery patterns were determined after a single trial of horseback riding exercise. Their flexibility were determined pre-and post-training by Paired T test, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows: Among the 3 groups, the dynamic recovery group showed the highest levels of EPOC compared to the other groups, and also showed higher levels of anti-oxidants, as did the passive+massage recovery group compared to the passive recovery group. Moreover, horseback riding exercise greatly increased flexibility in the women. In conclusion, regular horseback riding training is recommended to enhance the flexibility of women and dynamic recovery is recommended to enhance EPOC and anti-oxidants after a single bout of exercise. Further study is needed in this area.
