최근 인플루언서의 글로벌 시장이 급성장하고 있는 가운데 인플루어서가 주목을 받게 되면서 인플루언서의 근로 특성과 근로 환경에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 인플루언서의 감정노동, 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향관계에서 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지가 직무소진에 조절효과가 있는지에 대해 실증적으로 살펴 보았다. 인스타그램을 통해 활동을 하고 있는 인플루언서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였고 구조방정식을 사용하여 통계처리와 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 긍정심리자본은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 감정부조화와 직무소진 간의 관계는 채택되었으며, 표면행동과 직무소진 간의 관계외에 변수들과 직무소진간의 관계에 유의한 상호작용을 가지지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of depression, suicidal thoughts, and habitual drug use in middle and high school students and examine their relationship with the oral symptoms experiences. Methods: The participants of this study were 54,948 middle and high school students who took the screening and health survey at the 16th "Youth Health Behavior Survey" (2020). The SPSS statistical software (IBM SPSS 23.0 for Windows; IBM) was used for data analysis. The significance level was set to 0.05. Results: Complex-sample logistic regression analysis was performed to confirm the relationship between the experiences of depression, suicidal thoughts, and habitual drug use and oral symptom experienced. The results indicated that the absence of depression, suicidal thoughts, or habitual drugs had a significant effect on oral symptom experience. Conclusion: A systematic counseling program for early detection of oral symptoms and oral health promotion as well as strategies for practicing correct oral hygiene are required. Additionally, it is necessary to develop a customized education program to promote health education in middle and high school students. It can be used as the basis for an integrated support system that students can use to grow healthy. A differentiated program on the topic of mental health promotion for each grade can be planned and its effects can be monitored.

본 연구는 대학생들의 구강건강수준에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 스트레스와 턱관절 장애를 조사하고 구강건강 관련 삶의 질과의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 자료조사는 2021년 6월 3부터 2021년 7월 8일까지 대전 일부지역의 대학생 227명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 독립표본 t검정, one-way ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 조사결과, 턱관절 장애는 모든 스트레스 하위요인과 양의 상관성을 보였으며, 구강건강관련 삶의 질은 모든 스트레스 하위요인 및 턱관절 장애와 음의 상관성을 보였다. 또한, 구강건강관련 삶의 질에는 턱관절 장애와 대인 스트레스 및 가치관 스트레스가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 대학생들의 스트레스와 턱관절 장애를 예방하여 구강건강관련 삶의 질을 향상시키는 체계적인 방안 모색이 요구된다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 다문화인식과 다문화효능감과의 관계에서 감성지능의 매개효과를 파악하여 간호대학생의 다문화효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 J도와 G시의 2개 대학의 간호학과 학생 179명으로 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient을 하였고, Process macro 4.0 프로그램을 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 다문화효능감은 다문화인식(r=.596, p<.001), 감성지능(r=.620, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 다문화인식과 다문화효능감의 관계에서 감성지능이 매개효과를 나타내었다(β=.471, p<.001). 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 다문화효능감을 강화하기 위해 다문화인식과 감성지능을 높이기 위한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of future users for services at senior congregate housing and to look into the development directions of the service standards for senior congregate housing. A survey was conducted among middle-aged people in their fifties, who lived in Seoul, using the systematic random sampling method. The final sample included 498 respondents. The survey was conducted from November 3, 2003 to November 14, 2003. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, as the need for housing services were high, it was quite clear that various services at senior congregate housing should be provided. Secondly, a service differentiation strategy should be proposed to meet the characteristics of the users. Thirdly, it was hereby suggested that service standards should be established in the following manner considering the relationship between the needs for services and the income level directly influencing the provision of services: 'Basic services' to be provided regardless of income, 'Optional services' to be selectable among the preferable services per income level, and 'Supportive services' to be provided for low-income people.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between financial management behavior and subjective level of consumption of rural households. In this study, financial management behavior was defined to include 'budgeting' and 'expenditure management'. Data were collected from the 215 rural households in 13 different provinces of Chungnam, and 203 households were used for the analysis. Frequency distribution, means, and path analysis were employed for the statistical analysis. Major findings were as follows. Budgeting behavior had a significant positive effect on rural households' subjective level of consumption, while expenditure management behavior didn't have any significant effect. This implies that active and systematic financial management behavior such as budgeting is more effective than relatively passive financial management behavior like expenditure management on the enhancement of economic well-being of rural households. Age, education, and number of non-farm earners had indirect effects on the subjective level of consumption through budgeting behavior. Income stability had a direct effect and income had both direct and indirect effects on the subjective level of consumption.

Generally, the analysis of railroad wear data is most effective method for the efficient railway maintenance. The wear of railway track affects loss of rough ride, noise or vibration of train and traveling safety. Moreover as the track is worn away, this promotes destruction of structural mechanism of rail track which can bring about increasing of rail track maintenance cost drastically. For this reason, it is very important and interested research subject to design railway track structure and to analyse train movement mechanism based on systematic analysis of the reasons causing rail wear possible in real field. In this research, for the efficient maintenance, Life Cycle Performance of rail track and maintenance characteristics are computed considering some track components such as track type, contracting type, sleeper type and roadbed type. Time - Wear probabilistic distribution relationship as well as multiple regression analysis based on time, curvature and wear data are computed to predict the service life remainder of railway track and to be adapted to safety assessment.

A systematic investigation for the reactivity and solvent effect was studied on the reaction of optical resolving agents with the optically active assistant compounds. The reaction rate constants of the nucleophillic substitution reactions were determined by means of conductometric method The linear solvent energy relationship based on the solvent parameters and the thermodynamic parameters was discussed on the reactions of various physiological active compounds and optical resolving agents The reaction mechanism was discussed from the kinetic results compared with the optical purity.

We describe and illustrate two pontoniine shrimps, Cuapetes grandis and Periclimenes ornatus, for the first time in Korea. C. grandis was collected in an artifical reef of Dadae, Geojedo Island by SCUBA diving in 15-20 m depth. This species was found in an oyster within an artificial reef and appeared to be free-living. P. ornatus was collected from Seongsanpo, Jejudo Island by SCUBA diving in 10 m depth. This species had a symbiotic relationship with sea anemone. This record extends their previously known range from southern Japan to the Korean peninsula and the number of known pontoniine species in Korea to four.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.
