The magnetic suspension of a high T$\sub$c/ BipbSrCaCuO superconductor beneath toroial Permanent magnet was examined by means of an improved magneto-balancing method at 77K. Both the experimental values of the suspending position and the force exerted upon the superconducting specimen were in good agreement with those calculated from the magnetization curve of the specimen and the magnetic field map of the used permanent magnet.

The effect of cryoprotectants and suspending solutions on the preservation of marine heterotophic bacteria was investigated. Six halotolerant and four halophilic bacterial isolates suspended in either distilled water or artificial seawater were preserved in glycerol and dimethylsulfoxide at -70$\^{C}$, respectively. After one year of preservation, the recovery rates on the appropriate agar plates were estimated. The survival rate was found to be dependent on the strain tested, regardless of the preservation conditions tested.

모바일에서의 TCP 데이터전송은 무선 고유의 특성인 높은 에러율로 인하여 TCP의 성능에 많은 장애를 가져 오고있다. 특히, 셀간 핸드오프 등으로 인해 TCP의 빈번한 혼잡제어가 발생하므로서 대역폭 저하가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대역폭 저하가 발생하는 것을 억제하기 위하여 모바일 노드가 높은 에러 발생지역에 위치한 경우 시그널링을 이용하여 패킷 전송을 중지시키는 방법으로 핸드오프 영역에서 효율적인 전송이 이루어지도록 함으로써 TCP의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of service (landfill) costs (hereinafter, the "landfill costs") applied to the dissolution promotion committee and analyze the characteristics of landfill costs at the time where the dissolution of promotion body is increasing with the authority of the head of local government regarding the territory difficult with the continuous promotion by delaying or suspending the project for a prolonged period or suspending the project through the dissolution of the project body by the promotion committee and cooperative union since the flawless promotion of the maintenance project. Method: After revising the law in February 2012, the survey and analysis is made for the status of applying landfill costs and maintenance project scale of the dissolution promotion committee not confirmed in details around a total of 20 regions, including, 9 regions of redevelopment projects completed with the advance review, 7 regions of re-construction projects and 4 regions of urban environment maintenance projects from the total of 59 regions, Result: The influence on the landfill costs is shown to be greatest in the service expenses and management and supervision on this field has significance for the maintenance project perceived as private project, rather than public project, that the public management is neglected with insufficient presentation of operation criteria and so forth that it displays the tendency to lead to the discrete operation of the project body. In order to enhance the transparency of operating costs for the projects that are led by private capital, it is required to strengthen the role of public sector through enthusiastic intervention by the public sector in standardization of operation criteria, presentation of guideline and so forth.

The purpose of this study is to investigate decision making styles task management of urban homemakers. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables (ie. age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family life cycle, number of children) have effect on decision making styles & task management of urban homemakers. 2) to find out the relationships between decision making styles and task management of urban homemakers. 3) to find out independent influcene of background variables on task management. major findings are as follows; First, it is general tendency that decision making styles were human oriented in urban homemakers. Importance & Urgency of the task, age of homemakers, education of homemakers, family life cycle were significant variables to have influcence on task oriented decision making styles. Importance & urgency of task were variables to have influences on human oriented decision making styl s. Second, the tendency of dealing with task at once is the highest in the task management, on the other hand, the tendency of dealing with task in the next session is the lowest. Income is a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation to others, education of homemaker is a variable to influence on dealing with task in next session and importance & urgency of the task and the number of children were variables to influence on dealing with task immediately. Third, human oriented decision marking style was a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in delegation to others, in the next session, and in suspending/ in neglecting. Task oriented decision making style was a variable to influence on dealing with task immediately. Fourth, The urgency of task & income were variables to have direct influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in next session, and the urgency of the task, age & education of homemaker and family life cycle were varia les to direct influence on dealing with the task immediately. The urgency & importance of the task and age of homemaker were variables to have indirect on dealing with the task urgency of task & the number of children were variables to have indirect influence on dealing with the task in suspending/in neglecting through the medium of the human oriented decision making styles.

Effects of presservation methods on viability and virulence of Xanthosmonas compestris pv. oryzae were investigated. The incidence of colony-type variants from freeze-dried and deep-frozen cultures was also determined. The suspending medium for freeze-dried cultures containing $10\%$ sucrose and $1\%$ gelatin showed the highest viability, and the virulence was well maintained in the suspending medium containing $2\%$ dextrin, $0.5\%$ ascorbic acid, 0.5% ammonium chloride, $0.5\%$ thiourea, and $0.85\%$ NaCl. Serially transferred cultures became attenuated. Rough colonies which had wrinkled surface occurred at a frequency of $1.9\%$ to $15.8\%$ during freeze-drying and freezing. The rough colonies consisted of nonseptated filamentous cells and rod-shaped cells. The virulence of rough colonies was weak as compared with the normal colony type.
