이 논문은 기업지원서비스의 유형화론 제시하고 이러한 유형화를 토대로 우리나라 기업지원서비스의 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 지역차이와 산업특성에 따른 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급패턴을 분석한다. 서울소프트웨어산업 집적지(강남ㆍ서초구 일대), 대전의 ICT산업 집적지, 그리고 구미의 전자산업 집적지에 대한 설문지와 기업사례 조사를 바탕으로, 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급이 산업특성. 지역의 성격, 그리고 기업의 성장단계에 따라 차별화된다는 것을 밝혀 내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out to offer direction to the Housing Management Support Center in terms of its key features and specific operational tasks. The research involved the property management office (n=35) and Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks (n=52). Advisory Services conducted a consumer survey, as well as a survey of expert interviews (n=15). Survey results were as follows: (1) the Managing Director and secretary residents were satisfied with the Diagnosis and Advisory services; (2) the administrative support services need to address housing issues, including a long-term repair plan and advice on using long-term repair reserves and "conflict resolution associated with public housing management"; and (3) there was a greater need for a "basic, common-sense Housing Management Information Base to provide services to the Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks". Based on the survey results, the main roles of the Housing Management Support Center are to act as a House of Commons Administrator to handle complaints with counseling, diagnosis and advice; to support the Resident Committees; to provide professional training, research, and investigation; to support community revitalization; to manage the business of guidance and inspection; to coordinate conflicts and disputes; to build a comprehensive source of information; and to build networks.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 사후 지원서비스로 설정하고, 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여, 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사후 지원서비스 요인 중 제품범주 및 가격 요인과 정보제공 및 문제해결 능력 요인은 가맹점의 만족과 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류지원과 슈퍼바이저 지원 요인은 신뢰와 만족에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재교육 및 훈련지원 요인은 가맹점의 신뢰와 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 판매촉진 요인은 신뢰 만족, 그리고 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관계품질요인들 간의 관계는 신뢰가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 몰입에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 만족을 통해서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 재무적 성과에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족과 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과요약과 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

This study aims to suggest the alternative policies and practices which policy makers can introduce and enlarge for work-family balance of employees. For purpose, this study analyzed the regulation of work time and parental leave benefits of employees. And the results of major projects in family friendly support services were examined. Based on these assessment, this study suggested various flexible work arrangements, papa's quota system in parental leaves, various family leaves for family care, establishment of FFSC in every metropolitan area, diversification of consulting project, and enlarging of certification project on family friendly workplace.

Reforming social relations requires changing the system of relations between state executive bodies, institutions subordinate to them and a citizen, which is characteristic for most of the country, in which the latter is a petitioner even if his indisputable rights and legitimate interests are satisfied. One of the most important areas of public administration reform is the formation and development of a system of administrative services and appropriate information support. The result of the implementation of this direction should be the creation of such a legal framework and its real implementation in administrative and legal practice, in which consumers of administrative services will have broad rights and powers and will not be passive subjects manipulated by civil servants.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the normative legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration. The purpose of this study is to provide the direction of the policy forwelfare of the home - based service by identifying the problem and improvement of the home - based service. In the fast growing society like korea social welfare policy for the home - based service. The core hypotheses, of this research that home - based services canexpand social support network and improve life satisfaction were aceptedor rejected, In other words, while the home - based services expanded the lold people social support network through the activities of social workers and volunteers, these services considering the findings of the this study, we can conclude that the current home - based services provided by social welfare have an effect upon increasing old peoples social support. But these services have no effect upon improving life satisfaction index.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 대학도서관이 교수 및 연구자를 위하여 제공하는 연구지원서비스를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 전국 대학도서관의 발전계획서를 수집하고 발전계획서에 나타난 연구 활동 지원 계획을 분석하고, 각 대학도서관의 홈페이지를 분석하였다. 또한, 이 연구는 심층분석을 위하여 국내 대학도서관 연구지원서비스를 8개 유형으로 분류하였다. 각 유형은 '주제가이드', '학술정보활용교육', '연구분석서비스', '연구상담지원', '연구윤리교육', '논문작성안내', '서지관리프로그램', '상호대차·원문복사'이다. 연구의 결과, 가장 많은 도서관들이 '맞춤형 이용자교육'을 중시하여 발전계획서에서 추진계획을 밝힌 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 '주제별 학술DB교육 확대', '맞춤형 연구지원 서비스 확대', '연구지원 서비스 체계 구축' 순으로 실행계획을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 대학도서관의 연구 지원 강화 방안으로 '주제가이드 서비스 제공의 활성화', '연구지원을 위한 도서관 학술정보교육 확대', '연구성과분석 서비스 도입', '연구윤리 확립 지원'을 제시하였다.

The present study aimed to examine the influences of four aspects of family friendliness (i. e., safety, accessibility, convenience, and amenity) and diversity of services designed to support children's development and parenting on parental satisfaction with services. The participants of this study comprised 259 parents (214 mothers and 45 fathers) who had at least one child aged 0 to 11 and lived in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, or Gyeongsang-do Provinces. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses. Our results indicated that the effects of family friendliness and diversity of services on parental service satisfaction differed by children's developmental level. For parents of elementary school-aged children, the safer the services and the more services they used, the more they were likely to be satisfied with the services provided. In contrast, the safety and the amenity of services had positive influences on parental satisfaction with support services for parents with toddlers while the safety had a significant effect for those who had preschoolers.

기록정보의 관리와 보존은 활용을 전제로 행해질 때 그 의미와 가치가 살아난다. 따라서 기록관들은 기록정보의 활용을 보다 극대화하기 위하여 기록정보의 검색 및 열람이라는 단순 서비스를 탈피하여 이용자 중심의 보다 적극적 기록정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 노력을 활발히 하고 있는 각국의 국립기록관의 기록정보서비스를 유형별로 즉 1) 교육자와 학생을 위한 학습지원서비스, 2) 연구자를 위한 연구지원서비스, 3) 일반 이용자를 위한 특정주제서비스를 중심으로 하여 각각의 서비스 내용을 심층 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 각국의 서비스 현황 분석을 기반으로 우리나라 국가기록원을 비롯한 기록관에서 기록정보 활용을 활성화하기 위하여 제공되어야 할 기록정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 궁극적으로 기록관별 기록정보 이용 활성화 계획을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 전문대학의 NCS 지원 웹서비스를 분석하였다. 분석 범위는 국내 2, 해외 1 포털사이트를 NCS지원센터 등으로 검색하였다. 검색 후 도출된 12개의 전문대학의 NCS지원센터 웹서비스 지원을 분석하였다. NCS 지원 웹서비스는 세 가지로 분류하였다. 첫째, NCS 지원서비스 현황분석, 둘째, NCS 지원 사업 현황분석, 셋째, 대학별 차별화된 NCS 지원 웹서비스 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 NCS 지원서비스는 NCS 지원사업 현황 서비스보다 양적 웹 페이지는 많이 있었다. 하지만 NCS 지원사업 현황 서비스는 NCS 지원서비스 보다 상세하고 실제 활용할 수 있는 자료로 제시되었다. 차별화된 웹서비스는 각 대학마다 NCS 웹서비스 지원을 극대화하기 위한 노력이 포함된 내용을 분석할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 결과를 토대로 전문대학 교육을 위한 NCS 지원 웹서비스의 질적인 향상을 기대해 본다.
