  • In this paper, a plastic film type submersion sensor capable of measuring submersion speed was developed. This submersion sensor is designed as a capacitive type, and it is a sensor that outputs the change in capacitance between the electrode of the submersion sensor and the grounded body as a voltage through a C-V(capacitance-voltage) converter. We developed an submersion sensor in which two electrodes of different lengths are connected in parallel to measure the submersion speed accurately by minimizing the influence of noise such as contamination. When both electrodes of the submersion sensor are exposed to water, the rate of change of water level suddenly increases, so the submersion speed is measured by measuring the time to this point. Since the difference in length between the two electrodes of the submersion sensor does not change in any case, it is possible to accurately measure the submersion speed.

  • As a generalization of conformal semi-invariant submersion, conformal slant submersion and conformal semi-slant submersion, in this paper we study conformal hemi-slant submersion from Kenmotsu manifold onto a Riemannian manifold. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the integrability and totally geodesicness of distributions are discussed. Moreover, we have obtained sufficient condition for a conformal hemi-slant submersion to be a homothetic map. The condition for a total manifold of the submersion to be twisted product is studied, followed by other decomposition theorems.

  • The object of the present paper is to study the almost Hermitian submersion from an almost Hermitian manifold admits a Ricci soliton. Where, we investigate any fibre of such a submersion is a Ricci soliton or Einstein. We also get necessary conditions for which the base manifold of an almost Hermitian submersion is a Ricci soliton or Einstein. Moreover, we obtain the harmonicity of an almost Hermitian submersion from a Ricci soliton to an almost Hermitian manifold.

  • In the present article, we introduce pointwise slant Riemannian submersion from nearly Kähler manifold to Riemannian manifold. We established the conditions for fibers to be totally geodesic. We also find necessary and sufficient conditions for pointwise slant submersion 𝜑 to be a harmonic and totally geodesic. Further, we study clairaut pointwise slant Riemannian submersion from nearly Kähler manifold to Riemannian manifold. We derive the clairaut conditions for 𝜑 such that 𝜑 is a clairaut map. Finally, one example is constructed which demonstrates existence of clairaut pointwise slant submersion from nearly Kähler manifold to Riemannian manifold.

  • In this paper, we define the almost h-slant submersion and the h-slant submersion which may be the extended version of the slant submersion [11]. And then we obtain some theorems which come from the slant submersion's cases. Finally, we construct some examples for the almost h-slant submersions and the h-slant submersions.

  • We investigate the new Clairaut conditions for anti-invariant submersions whose total manifolds are cosymplectic. In particular, we prove the fibers of a proper Clairaut Lagrangian submersion admitting horizontal Reeb vector field are one dimensional and classify such submersions. We also check the existence of the proper Clairaut anti-invariant submersions in the case of the Reeb vector field is vertical. Moreover, illustrative examples for both trivial and proper Clairaut anti-invariant submersions are given.

  • In this paper, we will study the tension field of the function related to a Riemannain submersion ${\pi}\;:\;N{\rightarrow}M$ with totally geodesic fibres. In case that the Riemannain submersion ${\pi}\;:\;N{\rightarrow}M$ particularly has a smooth map $f\;:\;M{\rightarrow}N$ which happens to be a section, we will show that tension field ${\tau}(f)$ of the energy functional can be decomposed into the horizontal and vertical parts.

  • We introduce anti-invariant Riemannian submersions from almost paracontact Riemannian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. We give an example, investigate the geometry of foliations which are arisen from the definition of a Riemannian submersion and check the harmonicity of such submersions.

  • The submersion monitoring system based on a reflective side-polished optical fiber submersion sensor with an optical fiber mirror was shown to be an effective alarm system with remote monitoringwhen the drainage capacity of a common utility duct is exceeded due to heavy rainfall. The proposed sensor was connected to an existing installed optical fiber network at a height of 250mm in a common utility duct, and then tested under sample materials(distilled water, river water, sea water, foul water, muddy water, petroleum, edible oil) at a distance of 1km from the sensor for remote sensing. In experiments, the proposed real-time sensor system reduced maintenance cost and improved monitoring efficiency by using a reflection-type side-polished optical fiber submersion sensor efficient for remote monitoring of a common utility duct.
