본 연구는 중학교 축구지도자의 리더십 유형과 운동 몰입 및 팀 분위기의 관계 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있으며 다음과 같은 결과가 나왔다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 분석한 결과 연령에서는 팀 분위기의 동료 관계 특성에서, 지도자와의 생활기간에 따른 변인으로는 상호적 리더십이 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 축구지도자의 리더십 유형과 운동 몰입의 관계를 알아본 결과 리더십 유형 중 서번트 리더십은 운동 몰입의 모든 하위요인에, 변혁적 리더십은 행동몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 중학교 축구지도자의 리더십 유형과 팀 분위기의 관계를 알아본 결과 팀 분위기의 하위요인인 역할특성에는 모든 리더십 유형이, 동료 관계 특성에는 서번트 리더십이, 팀 특성에는 상호적 리더십이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Study of human-robot communication is one of the most important research areas. Among various communication media, any useful law we find in voice communication in human-human interactions, is significant in human-robot interactions too. Control strategy of most of such systems available at present is on/off control. These robots activate a function if particular word or phrase associated with that function can be recognized in the user utterance. Recently, there have been some researches on controlling robots using information rich fuzzy commands such as "go little slowly". However, in those works, although the voice command interpretation has been considered, learning from such commands has not been treated. In this paper, learning from such information rich voice commands for controlling a robot is studied. New concepts of the coach-player model and the sub-coach are proposed and such concepts are also demonstrated for a PA-10 redundant manipulator.

In electric motor coaches, when the adhesion force coefficient between rail and driving wheel decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. The characteristics of adhesion force coefficient is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheels, such as moisture, dust, and oil on the rails and so on. This paper proposes the vector control structure for the improved re-adhesion control with paralleled control of induction motors under the sudden variation of the adhesion force coefficient.

In order to compare the dynamic loading effects of particular trains it is necessary to use methodology that separates the two inherent aspects of the dynamic response of the total dynamic system-the characteristics of the train and a bridge. Because the train signature profile is a function of axle spacing and axle loads, it can be calculated which is independent of the characteristics of an individual bridge. Thus the use of the train signature enables a rapid comparison of the effects of different trains to be made. If the magnitude of train signature for a new train type is less than of existing trains on a route then the route will be satisfactory for the new train. This study presents a quantitative analysis of the dynamic loading effects for various domestic real trains-PMC8, PMC16, Mugunhwa passenger coach, several freight coach, KTX and TTX(Tilting Train Express)- Using the train signature.

이 연구는 전문 스포츠 육상지도자의 전문성과 팀 분위기 및 운동만족 간의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2021년 대한육상연맹에 등록되어 있는 중학생부터 대학생까지 학생선수 221명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 펜데믹 상황을 고려하여 Google 온라인 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 통계 프로그램 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 그리고 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 육상지도자의 전문성은 팀 분위기에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 육상지도자 전문성의 하위요인 중 선수관리만 운동만족의 하위요인인 일상생활만족에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 육상 선수 팀 분위기의 하위요인 중 역할특성과 리더특성만 운동만족의 하위요인인 사회승인만족에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 골프지도자의 감성 지능이 고객 시민 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 그 관계에서 성별의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 청주지역 5개 실내·외 골프 연습장을 선정하여 교습받은 적이 있는 고객 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 318부를 분석하였으며, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 성별조절 효과 검증을 위해 다 집단 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 골프 지도의 감성 지능이 고객 시민 행동에 미치는 영향에서 감성조절의 구전 및 타인 돕기를 제외한 모든 변인에서 고객 시민 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 골프지도자의 감성 지능이 고객 시민 행동에 미치는 영향에서 남성의 경우 자기 감성이 구전을 제외한 모든 변인에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 여성의 경우 자기 감성이 구전에 미치는 영향과 타인 감성이 피드백, 타인 돕기에 미치는 영향 그리고 감성조절이 구전에 미치는 영향을 제외한 모든 변인에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 감성 지능에 대한 다양하고 심층적인 연구가 요구되며, 골프지도자의 성별에 따른 고객 시민 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구도 필요하다.

This paper proposes the simulation system for slip & slide test using virtual train. We can easily research the adhesion characteristics and adhesion control method with this equipment under the sudden variation of the adhesion force coefficient.

The purpose of the study shall be to achieve an understanding of learning and emotional support services for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. In-depth interview and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the service experiences of 10 adolescents being raised by their grandparents by analyzing their experiences at a health family support center. 1 agency in the Chungnam area was selected as a model for its program for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. Ultimately, 78 items as sub-concepts, 44 items as sub-categories, and 4 items as subjects were identified. Specifically, these included school achievement, peer group relationship, family relationship and significant others. In conclusion, they were found to experience slower physical and emotional development and tend to withdraw in social situations. They were also found to have experienced difficulties in communicating with other people and with school achievement. However, it was shown that these adolescents have made positive changes after participating in a program involving a family coach who supports and provides services for them. Also, they were found to have experienced psychologically changes, and improved in their school achievement and personal relationships. Consequently, we will require more effort to provide emotional support, adult role models, counseling intervention, and social support for them.

전동열차 운행시격은 적정 서비스 수준 유지 또는 경쟁력 향상 등 외부여건에 대한 고려보다는 수요를 기반으로 한 첨두시 재차수요와 열차별(편성량수에 따라 변경) 수송능력에 따라 일률적으로 산정되므로, 도시철도와 달리 수요 집중도가 낮은 수도권 외곽 광역철도 노선의 경우 첨두시 운행시격이 최대 20분 이상으로 설정되어 이용 편의성 부족으로 인한 경쟁력 저하 및 이에 따른 이용고객 증가가 곤란해지며, 이러한 수요 정체는 운행시격 단축의 저항 논리로 작용하는 악순환이 지속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광역철도 운행시격 산정의 문제점과 개선방안 도출을 위한 기초 연구로서 수요 특징과 운행시격 산정 기준을 제시하고, 운행시격 산정 기준의 문제점을 혼잡도, 편성당 차량수 및 시간 경쟁력 측면에서 검토하였고 철도운행시격과 수단이용률의 상관성 조사 및 운행시격 단축에 따른 비용-수익 분석을 통해 철도 서비스 측면에서의 운행시격 접근의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 운행시격 산정방식 개선을 위해 지역별 특성을 고려한 기준 적용의 탄력성 부여, 편성당 차량수 차별화, 철도 활성화를 위한 정부 정책적 고려 및 운행시격에 대한 철도 서비스 기준 설정의 필요성을 제안하였다.
