  • the main purpose of this study was to inves-tigate the consumer dissatisfaction and com-plaining behavior in purchase and use by con-sumer value. The subjects participated this study were 204 female students. They were classified into 3 groups by important degree of instrumental value which is one of the 2 value categories that divided by the Rokeach. In order to assess consumer dissatishaction in purchase and use of clothing by those groups. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory was used and The Consumer Complaining Behavior Inventory was adapted to asses consumer complaining behavior. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory has 4 subscales(Price related factor Produt and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor Purchase decision-mak-ing related factor)and The Consumer Complaining behavior Inventory consisted in 3 subscales(Do nothing Private complaining Public complaining) Using SAS package in order to examine Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory scores anaslysis of variance (MANOVA) was excuted And turkety test a kind of post-hoc multiple comparisons methods was adapted to compare Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction In-ventory scores of each groups. in order to in-vestigate consumer complaining behavior by each groups and grade major pocket money a month the mean purchse price of clothing a month x2-test Frequency Percent were executed. Conclusion eached in this study are as fol-low: 1. Each group had differences in price re-lated factor Product nad Quality related fac-tor Information and Service related factor ex-cept Purchase decision -making related factor Groups which made much of value tend to dis-satisfy in price related facor Product and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor. 2. Group that made much of value had more high scores in private complaining complainto third party and the middle group had more high scores in private complaining . Group made little of value tended to do nothing. 3. Grade major pocket money a monty the mean purchase price of clothing a month didn't have difference signficantly in consumer behavior. but major had difference on private complaining.

  • The purpose of this study was to elicit types of food-related lifestyle of undergraduates and to examine the relationship between each ape of food-related lifestyle and an attribute of selecting a restaurant. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 368 students and data were analysed by frequency, factor, reliability and canonical correlation. Five factors were obtained from factor analysis of food-related lifestyle ; Factor1 'health seeking type', Factor2 'taste seeking type', Factor3 'Popularity seeking type', Factor4 'safety seeking type', Factor5 'mood seeking type'. Restaurant selection attribute were extracted into six factors, Factor1 'taste and service', Factor2 'interior‘, Factor3 'convenient for approach', Factor4 'marketing strategy', Factor5 'food quality', Factor6 ’menu and price‘ Canonical correlation analysis showed two significant functions. Canonical function1 showed that food-related lifestyles of taste seeking type and safety seeking type were indicated to have significant positive relationships with the food qualify, taste and service in the restaurant selection attributes. Canonical function2 also showed that a significant positive relationships between health seeking type and accessibility, and a significant negative relationships between health seeking type and taste & service and between health seeking type and menu & price. Finally the result of the study provide some insight into the types of marketing stratagem that can be effectively used by operator who manage restaurant.

  • Purpose : Recently, many researchers and golf coachers demonstrated that X-factor and X-factor stretch had a co-relationship with driving distance. However, its relationship is still controversial and ambiguous. Thus, the aim of this study was to examine the relationship among X-factor, X-factor stretch and swing-related factors, including driving distance in elite golfers. Method : Seventeen male elite golfers (handicap: ${\leq}4$) with no history of musculo-skeletal injuries participated in the study. Thirty spherical retro-reflective markers were placed on including the middle point of PSIS, the right/left ASIS, the right/left lateral acromion of the scapula, driver head and shaft grip. All motion capture data was collected at 100Hz using 6 infrared cameras. Carry distance, club speed, ball speed, smash factor, launch angle, and spin rate were collected from radar-based device, TrackMan. Results : Pearson's correlation coefficient method was used to find the correlations among X-factor, X-factor stretch and swing-related factors. Positive correlations between driving distance and other swing-related factors which include club speed(r=.798, p<.001), and ball speed(r=.948, p<.001) were observed. In contrast to the swing-related factors, X-factor and X-factor stretch had no relationship to driving distance. Conclusion : These results indicate that X-factor and X-factor stretch are not key regulators in driving distance.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use meta-analysis to evaluate factors and variables related to the emotional labor of hospital nurses. Method: The study included variables obtained from 66 recently published studies, doctoral dissertations, and master's theses. Results: The related variables were categorized into five factor groups: internal character factor, nursing care related factor, environmental factor, emotional response, and job response. For the defensive variable, job related response (effect size [ES]=-.17), environment (ES=-.14), internal character (ES=-.08), nursing care (ES=-.06), and emotional response (ES=-.06) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. For the risk variable, internal character (ES=.44), emotional response (ES=.46), environment (ES=.27), job related response (ES=.27), and nursing care (ES=.19) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. Conclusion: The results of this study identified defensive and risk variables related to emotional labor of hospital nurses. Self-efficacy, social support, leaders' care, and communication are important factors for managing emotional labor of hospital nurses.
