The purpose of this study is to find student factors associated with the students' evaluation of university teaching, and to provide a meaningful reference to policy-making of teaching evaluation. Based on the surveyed questionnaires from 232 students who participated in e-learning course. in combination with applying descriptive statistics, this study analyzes (1) the influences of students' pre-motivation level of student based-on ARCS theory on class satisfaction, (2) the influences of students' grade, attendance, and class involvement on class satisfaction, and (3) the influences of e-learning experience on students' pre-motivation level and class satisfaction. Result of this study shows that: (1) students' pre-motivation level including Attention(A), Relevance(R), Confidence(C), and Satisfaction(S) is positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, (2) students' grade, attendance. and class involvement are positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, and (3) students' e-learning experience is not related with students' pre-motivation level, whereas it is related with class satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors and the degree of nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction. The sample consisted of 488 nursing students who had been in the clinical practice experience from 6 junior nursing colleges in Korea. Data for this study was collected from 20 May to 20 June, 2000. Data were analysed by SPSS/PC using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The highest motive of selecting a nursing science came to be 'having a good prospect for getting a job' (29.3%), major place of the clinical nursing practice was university hospital(46.5%), and the degree of satisfaction about the nursing science was 'relatively satisfied' (43%). 2.The fields that the highest satisfaction of the nursing student's clinical practice were DR(3.25), NR(3.18), ICU(3.11), and OR(3.10). The highest rank of the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction was 'feels more continuous nursing studying is required after getting a job or pass the RN exam'(4.24). 3. There was significant value between the Grade(2yr, 3yr) and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship (p<0.001), the clinical practice evaluation (p<0.05), and there was significant value between the satisfaction about the nursing science and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relation ship (p<0.05), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 4. There was significant value between 'the opinion of the clinical practice periods' and the satisfaction of the clinical practice place(p<0.05), the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship(p<0.001), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 5.The satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship influenced on the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction($R^{2}=.188$). From these results, it is suggested that the higher the satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship be like to improve the nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction.

Purpose: The study has been undertaken on several factors that may influence on the orthodontic treatment satisfaction with the subject of male and female university students who have experience in receiving the orthodontic treatment by visiting orthodontic clinic. Methods: This study has implemented questionnaire survey for 350 male and female university students who have experience in receiving the orthodontic treatment by visiting orthodontic clinic due to the mall occlusion, From the 350 questionnaires collected, a total of 291 copies (83.1%) excluding the questionnaires that have inconclusive response or erroneous response is used as the research analysis data Results: The orthodontic treatment satisfaction is significantly higher for students in large cities and mid- to small sized cities than students in rural area, and it was higher for students with mid-economic class that students of upper class and lower class. It is shown for a student that began the orthodontic treatment from the elementary school, a student that had 5 times or more of brushing teeth for each day had significantly higher level of satisfaction that students that are not. In addition, a student that knows well of the oral hygiene management method, a student that had the fluoride application treatment during the orthodontic treatment period and a student that used the toothbrush for orthodontic service had significantly higher level of satisfaction that students that are not. Conclusion: Factors influencing on the orthodontic treatment satisfaction are very diverse and it is considered that it requires effort to improve the quality of medical service and sufficient understanding on several factors to improve the orthodontic treatment satisfaction for patients as well as the encouragement for orthodontic treatment patients of the relevant people in orthodontic clinics that provide the orthodontic clinic service.

This study was designed to examine the educational conditions of a foodstylist and student satisfaction with the training. It looked at the educational conditions of the food-stylist department, one of relatively newly-emerging departments, and examined student satisfaction by each factor in order to have specific problem in the educational conditions. The purpose of this study was to maintain higher student satisfaction and to have competitive advantage over the other related departments. For the general information of respondents, most respondents said the monthly average income to be approximately 1.5 times higher than that of common workers in the country, showing that the food-stylist department is preferred by the class with economic ability. For admission motives, respondents used the information via mass communication when they choose it For general educational conditions, students have most satisfaction with the originality of department, at the score of 3.79, following by laboratory and vision in the order. The least satisfaction was in career guidance, reflecting that they have vague ideas where to work. For the theoretical course of study, it was found that ‘Introduction to Table Coordination’ had the highest satisfaction, 3.82, following by ‘Coloring’ and ‘Understanding on Oriental and Occidental Tablewares’ in the order. ‘Food and Beverage Service’ and ‘Public Health’ were found to have the least satisfaction, showing that those subjects do not cause any interest in terms of their property. For the satisfaction of practical training course, it was found ‘Cocktail Practices’, ‘Bakery and Confectionary Practices’, and ‘Understanding of Wines’ in the order, showing that practical subjects with high visuality have higher satisfaction. Further studies are necessary to examine the satisfaction with subjects from various classes, together with many course of study, and to develop statistical data that help us understand the needs of students more correctly for application.

본 연구는 중학생의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 가정의 경제적 수준과 정서행동문제(공격성, 사회적 위축, 우울), 부모구성 및 부모의 삶의 만족도의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 부모구성(부모, 한부모)과 부모의 삶의 만족도에 따른 네 집단을 구성하였으며 가정의 경제적 수준과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 정서행동문제를 매개요인으로 설정하여 다집단분석(multi-group analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석에는 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 초4 패널 데이터 중 5차년도 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 가정의 경제적 수준이 중학생의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 직접적인 영향력은 부모 모두와 같이 거주하며 부모의 삶의 만족도가 높은 집단에서만 유의하였다. 둘째, 가정의 경제적 수준이 중학생의 정서행동문제에 미치는 영향력은 부모구성과는 상관없이 부모의 삶의 만족도가 낮은 집단에서만 유의하였다. 셋째, 가정의 경제적 수준과 중학생의 삶의 만족도 관계에서 정서행동문제(공격성)의 매개효과는 부모 모두와 같이 거주하며 부모의 삶의 만족도가 낮은 집단 집단에서만 유의하였다. 넷째, 우울은 모든 집단에서 중학생의 삶의 만족도와 가장 높은 상관 및 경로계수를 지니는 변인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 중학생의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 개입방법과 연구의 제한점 및 함의를 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호학과 문제중심학습에서 튜터의 내용전문성과 튜터경험에 따른 학습자의 만족도 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상인 간호학과는 전체 학년을 대상으로 간호학 전공교과목을 통합한 hybrid PBL curriculum을 운영하고 있다. 튜터의 내용전문성은 최종 학위논문과 근무했던 임상분야를 기준으로 분류하였다. PBL 튜터경험은 초보자는 1년 이하, 경력자는 10년 이상인 경우이다. 3학년을 대상으로 6주 동안 PBL 수업 후 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 튜터의 내용전문성에 따라 학습자 만족도에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으나 튜터경험에 따른 학습자 만족도와 튜터의 내용전문성과 튜터경험간의 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 PBL에서 내용전문가로서의 튜터역할에 대한 중요성을 환기시켰다고 할 수 있다. 향후 다양한 학과와 전공분야를 가진 더 많은 튜터를 대상으로 한 추후연구가 반복되어야 하며 학습자 만족도 외의 다양한 변인과의 차이를 측정해봐야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 상인대학 소상공의 교육서비스 품질이 학생만족과 행동의도에 어떠한 상관성이 있는지에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 교육서비스 품질과 학생만족 및 행동의도 간에 요인관계를 기존 문헌과 선행연구를 중심으로 살펴보고 분석 대상으로 상인대학 교육을 이수한 전통시장의 상인을 대상으로 수도권 지역의 총 450명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교육서비스 품질과 학생만족 및 행동의도 관계에서는 유형성을 제외하고 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었고, 둘째, 학생만족은 교육서비스 품질과 행동의도의 관계에 긍정적 매개효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 학교도서관에서 고등학교 도서반 활동과 도서반 활동의 서비스 영향력을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위하여 사립인 S고등학교와 공립인 K고등학교 도서관을 방문하여 도서반의 신입회원 선발, 도서반 조직 운영, 활동이 어떻게 이루어지는지를 면담법으로 조사하였다. 또한 4개 고등학교 도서반 학생 77명을 대상으로 학교도서관에서의 봉사활동과 만족도를 조사하기 위한 설문지 조사를 수행하였으며, 학교도서관을 이용하는 일반 학생 386명을 대상으로 도서반 학생들이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 인식에 관해 설문지로 조사하였다. 연구결과, 도서반 학생들의 학교도서관 봉사활동에 대한 만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 일반 학생들의 도서반 학생들이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 만족도는 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구 목적은 대학교육의 학생만족도 영역에 대한 질문을 개발함으로써 학생 만족의 필수 영역을 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토, 교육수요자 FGI, 교육측정 전문가 자문을 거쳐 개발된 56문항에 대해서 S대학교 재학생 547명을 대상으로 온라인조사를 실시하였다. 개발 도구에 대한 요인분석을 통해 개발영역과 문항의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 대학의 학생만족도를 측정하기 위해 교과 과정 및 수업, 학생 지도, 교육 환경, 학생 지원, 대학생활, 학교이미지, 행정서비스 총 7개 영역과 54개의 문항이 도출되었다. 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Crombach' α 이용한 결과, 전체문항에 대해서는 0.970, 요인별로는 0.70~0.93으로 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 GFI 0.830, CFI 0.916, TLI 0.910, RMR 0.047, RMSEA 0.047로 연구 모델의 적합도가 양호하였다. 집중타당성 검증 결과, 개발된 문항들이 도구의 구성 영역을 일관되게 설명하고 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 대학교육 학생만족도 측정도구는 학생만족도 측정에 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 중국에 소재하는 대학들을 연구 대상으로 분석하였으며 대학교육서비스 품질요인이 학생 만족도에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치는지를 검정하는 것을 1차 목적으로 설정하였다. 이어서, 대학교육서비스 품질요인과 학생 만족도 간의 관계에 대해 대학의 교수방법과 교수과정 변수가 각각 긍정적인 조절효과를 갖는지를 확인 및 분석하는 것을 연구의 2차 목적으로 하였다. 첫째 대학교육서비스 품질요인은 학생 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 연구가설1은 채택되었다. 본 연구의 두 번째 분석과정으로서, 교수방법과 교수과정이 대학교육서비스 품질요인과 학생 만족도 간의 관계에 대해 조절 효과를 갖는지를 조절적 회귀분석의 방법으로 검증하였다. 두 변수를 조절변수로 한 분석하였을 시, 그중 교수과정은 유의미한 긍정적인 조절효과를 갖는다는 결과가 나타났으며 교수방법은 학생 만족도 성과에 상생협력 적합성과 시너지 효과를 기대하기 어렵다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 관점의 공헌은 대학교육서비스 품질요인과 학생 만족도에 간의 관계를 중국 대학을 연구 대상으로 하여 분석하였다는 점과 교수방법과 교수과정을 유기적으로 연계시켜 학생 만족도에 대한 영향을 분석하였다는 점이라고 볼 수 있으며, 실무적 측점에서 교수과정에 대한 심층적인 분석을 통해 대학 운영에 추가 요인으로 분석하는 것이 보다 효과적일 것이라는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.
