  • 파괴역학에서 가중함수는 응력확대계수를 계산하기 위하여 사용되어진다. 본 논문에서는 균열을 가진 횡등방성 압전재료에 대한 전기-기계적 분석을 행하여 평면변형률 상태의 압전문제를 Leknitskii 해석법으로 풀었고 가중함수이론을 압전재료에 확대 적용하였다. 가중함수이론을 이용하여 응력확대계수와 전기변위확대계수를 구하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a computer simulation program for analyzing load transmission characteristics of a helical gear system in design stage. In this analysis, the rotational delay, load distribution, root stress, and contact area are investigated. That is, the influence function of deflection is obtained by finite element analysis and the influence function of approach and gear tooth error are considered. Load distribution, rotational delay, and contact area are calculated by solving load-deflection equation which includes these influence functions and tooth error, and the influence function of the bending moment is obtained by finite element analysis. The root stress is calculated by the load distribution and the influence function of the bending moment. The results of the simulation are cross-checked through a specially designed experimental set-up.

Optimum time-censored ramp soak-stress ALT plan for the Burr type XII distribution

  • Accelerated life tests (ALTs) are extensively used to determine the reliability of a product in a short period of time. Test units are subject to elevated stresses which yield quick failures. ALT can be carried out using constant-stress, step-stress, progressive-stress, cyclic-stress or random-stress loading and their various combinations. An ALT with linearly increasing stress is ramp-stress test. Much of the previous work on planning ALTs has focused on constant-stress, step-stress, ramp-stress schemes and their various combinations where the stress is generally increased. This paper presents an optimal design of ramp soak-stress ALT model which is based on the principle of Thermal cycling. Thermal cycling involves applying high and low temperatures repeatedly over time. The optimal plan consists in finding out relevant experimental variables, namely, stress rates and stress rate change points, by minimizing variance of reliability function with pre-specified mission time under normal operating conditions. The Burr type XII life distribution and time-censored data have been used for the purpose. Burr type XII life distribution has been found appropriate for accelerated life testing experiments. The method developed has been explained using a numerical example and sensitivity analysis carried out.

  • 본 연구에서는 평면응력 및 평면변형률 문제의 유한요소법해석에 있어서 기존 의 면적좌표를 이용한 삼각형요소나 4절점 isoparametric 사변형요소보다도 정확도가 높은 에너지 직교함수(energy orthogonal function)에 의한 사변형요소를 개발하고 이 유한요소 프로그램을 이용하여 사각형 부재내의 집중하중과 분포하중에 의한 응력집중 현상과 소멸현상을 고찰하는데 있다.

Increase in Hypotonic Stress-Induced Endocytic Activity in Macrophages via ClC-3

  • Extracellular hypotonic stress can affect cellular function. Whether and how hypotonicity affects immune cell function remains to be elucidated. Macrophages are immune cells that play key roles in adaptive and innate in immune reactions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and underlying mechanism of hypotonic stress in the function of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). Hypotonic stress increased endocytic activity in BMDMs, but there was no significant change in the expression of CD80, CD86, and MHC class II molecules, nor in the secretion of TNF-${\alpha}$ or IL-10 by BMDMs. Furthermore, the enhanced endocytic activity of BMDMs triggered by hypotonic stress was significantly inhibited by chloride channel-3 (ClC-3) siRNA. Our findings suggest that hypotonic stress can induce endocytosis in BMDMs and that ClC-3 plays a central role in the endocytic process.

경사기능재료 사각 판의 열 탄성 변형과 응력 해석 (Thermoelastic deformation and stress analysis of a FGM rectangular Plate)

  • 경사기능재료 판에 대한 열탄성 변형과 응력 해석을 위해 Green 함수 방법이 채택되었다. 3차원 정상 온도분포에 대한 해는 적층판 이론에 의해 얻어진다. 열탄성 문제에 대한 기본 방정식은 각각 평면의(out-plane) 변형과 평면내(in-plane) 힘에 의해 유도되었다. 굽힙과 평면내 힘으로 인한 열탄성 변형과 응력분포는 Galerkin 방법에 근거한 Green 함수를 이용하여 해석되었다. 열탄성 변형과 응력분포 해석을 위한 Galerkin Green 함수의 특성함수들은 사각판의 제차 경계조건을 만족시키는 허용함수들의 급수 형태로 근사화 되었다. 수치예제가 수행되었으며, 경사기능재료의 물성치가 판의 열탄성 거동에 미치는 영향이 검토되었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of cancer-overcome BeHaS exercise program on shoulder joint function, stress, body image and self-esteem in women who have had surgery for breast cancer. Method: A non-equivalent control group pre-post test design with an experimental group (n=25) and a control group (n=25) was used. The experimental group participated in the program once a week for eight weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Chi square and t-test with the SPSS Win 17.0. Results: There were significantly increased in shoulder joint function (p=.012), body image (p=.001), and self-esteem (p=.013), and significantly decreased in stress (p=.003). Conclusion: The results suggest that breast cancer-overcome BeHaS exercise program had beneficial effects on shoulder joint function, body image, self-esteem and stress in patients who have had surgery for breast cancer.

An evaluation of the stress effect of different occlusion concepts on hybrid abutment and implant supported monolithic zirconia fixed prosthesis: A finite element analysis

  • PURPOSE. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of canine guidance occlusion and group function occlusion on the degree of stress to the bone, implants, abutments, and crowns using finite element analysis (FEA). MATERIALS AND METHODS. This study included the implant-prosthesis system of a three-unit bridge made of monolithic zirconia and hybrid abutments. Three-dimensional (3D) models of a bone-level implant system and a titanium base abutment were created using the original implant components. Two titanium implants, measuring 4 × 11 mm each, were selected. The loads were applied in two oblique directions of 15° and 30° under two occlusal movement conditions. In the canine guidance condition, loads (100 N) were applied to the canine crown only. In the group function condition, loads were applied to all three teeth. In this loading, a force of 100 N was applied to the canine, and 200-N forces were applied to each premolar. The stress distribution among all the components of the implant-bridge system was assessed using ANSYS SpaceClaim 2020 R2 software and finite element analysis. RESULTS. Maximum stress was found in the group function occlusion. The maximum stress increased with an increase in the angle of occlusal force. CONCLUSION. The canine guidance occlusion with monolithic zirconia crown materials is promising for implant-supported prostheses in the canine and premolar areas.

광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법에 의한 접촉응력 해석시 응력형상함수의 영향 (Influence of Stress Shape Function on Analysis of Contact Problem Using Hybrid Photoelasticity)

  • 본 논문에서는 광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법을 이용하여 접촉응력문제를 해석하는 경우의 응력형상 함수에 대해서 다루고 있다. 일반적으로 접촉응력문제는 반평면 문제로써 해석 되어지므로, 접촉응력의 경우 Airy 응력함수를 구성하는 두 해석적인 응력함수의 관계는 균열문제에서와 유사하였다. 그러나 이 관계를 그대로 접촉응력문제 (특히 특이점을 가진 경우)에 사용할 수가 없다. 그러므로 정확한 접촉문제의 해석을 위해 이들 두 해석적인 응력함수의 형태에 접촉하는 두 끝점의 조건에 따른 응력형상함수를 반드시 고려하여야만 할 것이다. 두 접촉끝점의 응력 특이성에 따라 4종류로 분류되는 이들 응력형상함수 중에서 오링 해석을 위한 중요한 두 종류의 응력형상함수를 선택하였으며, 이것의 유효성을 검증하였다.

아로마테라피 교육 프로그램이 취업준비 여대생의 스트레스와 자기효능감 및 자율신경계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of an Aromatherapy Education Program on Stress, Self-efficacy, and Autonomic Nervous System Function of Female College Students Preparing for Employment)

  • Purpose : The stress of job-seeking college students is gradually worsening due to the continuing recession in the job market. Therefore, this study aims to verify whether intervention with an 'aromatherapy education program,' which combines theory and practice, has greater effect on stress, self-efficacy, and autonomic nervous system function than simple inhalation of essential oils in female college students preparing for employment. Methods : A single-blind, randomized controlled trial was conducted once a week for a total of 4 weeks with 29 female college students preparing for employment. Interventions included essential oil inhalation combined with an aromatherapy education program (experimental group(EG), n=14) and essential oil inhalation alone (control group(CG), n=15); measurements were taken before, immediately after, and 2 weeks after completion of the intervention. Evaluations were conducted using the job-seeking stress scale, stress VAS, self-efficacy scale, and a pulse-wave measuring instrument. Results : There were significant differences between the CG and EG groups with repeated measurements of job-seeking stress (p=.003), cognitive stress (p<.001), and self-efficacy (p<.001). There was a significant interaction between group and time. There were also significant differences between the CG and EG in terms of autonomic nervous system changes stress index(p=.047), total power(p=.029), high frequency(p=.036), and low frequency/high frequency ratio(p=.049). However, there was no significant difference in low frequency between the groups. Conclusion : The aromatherapy education program was more effective in improving job-seeking stress, cognitive stress, self-efficacy, and autonomic nervous system function than simple essential oil inhalation. For the aromatherapy education program to be useful as a complementary intervention for stress management in job seekers, it will be necessary to gather additional evidence of its efficacy by conducting follow-up studies with diverse participants and expanding the numbers, and durations, of the interventions.
