철원 도피안사 철조비로자나불좌상, 동해 삼화사 철조노사나불좌상, 평택 만기사 철조여래좌상은 통일신라에서 고려시대에 조성된 철불로서 균열, 탈락, 박리박락, 각종 오염물 등이 발생하였다. 방사선 투과촬영을 활용한 철불의 손상도 평가 결과, 철불 내부에서는 균열, 이격, 탈락, 주물공, 보수물질 등이 확인되었다. 그러나 철의 강도로 보아 외부로부터 큰 충격이 가해지지 않는 이상 현재의 상태를 유지할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 철불의 제작에는 내형과 외형을 철심과 못을 사용하여 고정하였으며, 표면의 이음선과 양각된 명문, 따로 주조되어 결합된 손으로 보아 초중자주조법으로 조성되었을 것으로 판단된다.

The system and symbolizing ideologic meanings of the metallic Kwon in period of the Three-Kingdoms were comsidered by comparing to their cultural path and structal styles throughout the tree and the deer worship ideology. The results of this study are as followings; Firstly, the beginning of the Korean, mostly northern style was originated from metal tools of the Bronze age in BC 6c-7c. The maJ;lufature of the metallic adornment brought the pr-evailing use of metallic objects of craftwork after the supply of ironmongery. Secondly, the cultmal characteristics of the metallic Kwan in the kor-ean Peninsula were influenced f-rom the northern chinese tribes, Momg Go, Hung No, and Sien-pi who were transmitted from the scythian of the southern Russia having a prefenence for gold. Thir-dly, the metallic Kwon of the Kogmgo and the Baekje era was ideologically based on the ar-t of Buddism of the pattern of blazing flame, the carved pattern of flower- of herb, and the honey. sukle which were tramsmitted to china thr-ough the silk noad. Fourthly, the metallic K wam of the silla era consisted of the tree and the antler types in closely nelated to the tree and the deer ideology which were based on the background of shamanism. It should be raid that the metallic Kwan of the silla esa are connected to the type of nor-them ancient K wan. Lasthy, the metallic Kwan-Mo of the Kaja esa was mosthy original type of flower of herb even if kome of these ar-e similiar to the tree adornment type of silla. This type of flower of herb in based on the scythian type with a statue im silveer founded at Alexandnopol in the southern russia.

The regulation of labelling criterion for genetically modified (GM) foods has been enforced since 2001 in Korea. Therefore, GM soybean (GMS) or GM maize (GMM) processed foods must be labeled as GMO derived. We surveyed to see whether this regulation is kept relevantly or not and the distributive statue of GM processed foods. Using the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based on endogenous gene (Le1n, SSIIb), promoter gene (P35S), terminator gene (NOS) and transgenic gene (RRS, Bt11, Bt176, GA21, T25, Mon810), we detected GMS and GMM processed foods circulating at the market in Busan area. Out of total 100 samples, 38 items were showed to be contaminated with recombinant gene by qualitative PCR. Among 82 domestic and 18 imported items, 32 (39.0%) and 6 (33.3%) items were detected with GM ingredients respectively. Also among the 80 soybean and 20 maize processed foods, 23 (28.7%) and 15 (75.0%) foods were sensitive to detect GMS and GMM ingredients respectively. For the qualitative PCR positive foods, we chased identity preservation (IP) certificates. And we verified that the PCR positive crops were grown up, harvested and shipped separately from GMO but just mixed with GMO in the threshold of the non attentional contamination levels (3%). Thus we can not find out any regulation-violent case at all. The results of this study will help to keep the regulations of GM labelling and be informative to consumers who want to know the laboratory results of GMO testing.

본 논문에서는 온도와 습도 및 냉 난방을 조절하여 건물 내의 쾌적한 환경을 제공하기 위한 승압쵸퍼와 PWM 전압형 인버터로 구성된 태양광 발전 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템은 안정된 변조를 위해 원칩 마이크로프로세서를 사용하여 동기신호와 제어신호로 처리하였다. PWM 전압형 인버터와 위상의 동기를 위하여 계통전압을 검출하여 계통전압과 인버터 출력을 동상 운전하므로 잉여전력을 연계할 수 있게 하였으며, 건물이나 병원 등 특정 건물의 온도 및 습도센서에 적용하여 양호한 동특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 시스템에 적용한 결과 고역률과 저고조파 출력을 유지함으로써 부하와 계통에 전력이 안정하게 공급될 수 있도록 제어하여 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

한국의 지리학과는 짧은 기간 동안 괄목할만한 성장으로 한국사회의 발전에 많은 기여를 했음에도 불구하고, 지리학과의 사회적 위상과 영향력은 크게 향상되지 않았으며 수요 또한 매우 제한된 실정이다. 한국 지리학과의 낮은 사회적 위상과 제한된 수요는 한국의 지리학과가 그동안 사회의 급속한 변화와 발전에 대응하여 적극적인 활동영역의 확대와 적절한 지리학과의 수요를 창출하지 못했기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 반해 프랑스 대학의 지리학과는 사회의 발전에 대응하여 활동영역을 확대하는 동시에 사회적 변화에 부응하는 교육과정 체제와 내용구성을 통해 수요를 창출함으로써 그 위상을 높여왔다. 한국의 지리학과 역시 사회적 위상과 수요를 확대하기 위해서는 활동영역을 다양한 분야로 확대하는 동시에 사회가 요구하는 인적자원의 배출에 적합한 교육과정 체제와 내용구성을 마련해야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 전남 고흥 능가사 대웅전과 천왕문에서 발굴된 종이와 섬유의 해부학적 특성과 미량 화학성분을 광학현미경, 화상해석, 주사전자현미경(SEM-EDS)으로 분석하는 것이다. 모든 종이는 닥나무로 식별되었다. 인피섬유에서 분리된 투명막의 존재가 특징적이었다. 대웅전 벽에 붙여 있는 종이가 가장 손상이 심하였으며 천왕문에서 발굴된 책의 종이 세포는 비교적 보존 상태가 양호하였다. 천왕문의 동방지국상 아래에서 발굴된 섬유는 매우 좁은 세포폭을 갖는 실크이었다. SEM-EDS 분석에서 높은 실리카 함량이 발견되었다. 종이 내에서 발견된 칼슘, 철, 염소, 그 밖의 미량원소 분석 결과를 연대, 생산지 및 보존처리와 관련하여 고찰하였다.

본 연구에서는 서울시 지하공간에서 화재발생시 재난관리 및 재난의료 개선방안을 지하상가를 중심으로 기술하였다. 먼저 지하공간에서의 법령 및 제도를 건축법관련, 안전관련, 소방관련, 피난관련으로 고찰해 보았다. 서울시 지하상가의 분류는 공간 및 형태적 유형에 따라 나눌 수 있으며, 유형별 형태에 따라 관리주체가 다르게 나타난다. 이러한 개별관리체계로 인하여 화재 및 재난발생 시 현장의 통합지휘체계와 현장 응급구조에 문제가 발생할 우려가 있어 향후 통합관리를 위한 대책 및 시설관리주체의 개선이 필요하다. 재해 발생 시 이송이 실제 현장에서 이루어지려면 의료진과 응급구조사가 존재하고, 현장지휘본부와의 협조가 원활해야 가능하기 때문에 평소에 재해정보와 응급의료정보가 실시간으로 파악되어야 한다. 따라서 수용의료기관 분포와 진료능력등을 고려하여 재해 발생 시 효율적인 대처방안 수립이 필요하다.

The legal relationship between patient and physician is legally equal relationship. But, in times past, patients be compelled to sign an unequal contract, substantially. Because of the imbalance between supply and demand in the health care market. Today, the law of supply and demand in the health care market is running well. And as the cognition of citizens' rights grows, the relationship between patient and physician can also get a lot of changes. Patients have the right to know the information about medical care, and to decide whether or not to get treatment including invasions against their own bodies. In other words, Doctors have an obligation to explain to their patients. If doctors did not provide patients sufficient explanation or information, it violates the right of patients. This is a tort, or a breach of contract. To improve the remedy for violation of patient's right, patient is able to be protected by status as consumer. If patient is a kind of consumer in terms of medical consumption, he/she as consumer can enjoy supplementally the consumer's right. The patient as a consumer can exercise now a consumer's right as a constitutional right. In addition, with respect to consumer's rights, Framework Act on Consumers was enacted. This Act is based on constitutional provisions of Article 124 and the Act can be seen as a law that embodies consumer right because the provision of the constitutional law delegates specific contents. In the health care field, patients need to win recognition the statue of the consumer to hold the sovereignty of the consumer. In particular, if patients are consumers, they may be able to make good use of the quickly and efficiently collective dispute resolution and association lawsuit to rescue their damage, the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) of Framework Act on Consumers.

본 논문에서는 RISC 마이크로프로세서에 DSP프로세서를 추가하여 멀티미디어 기능이 강화된 응용에 알맞은 마이크로프로세서(YS-RDSP)를 제안한다. YS-RDSP는 최대 4개의 명령어를 동시에 병렬로 처리할 수 있다. 프로그램의 크기를 줄이기 위해 YS-RDSP는 16비트와 32비트의 두 가지 명령어 길이를 지원한다. YS-RDSP는 칩 하나로 RISC마이크로프로세서의 programmability 및 제어능력에 DSP의 처리능력을 제공하기 위하여 8-KByte ROM과 8-KByte RAM을 내장하고 있다. 칩 내에 있는 주변장치중 하나인 시스템 컨트롤러는 저전압 동작을 위한 3가지의 전압강하모드를 지원하며 SLEEP명령어는 CPU코어와 주변장치의 동작상태를 변환시킨다. YS-RDSP프로세서는 Verilog-HDL를 이용하여 하향식설계방식으로 구현되었고 C-언어로 작성된 사이클 단위 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 개선되고 검증되었다. 검증된 모델은 0.6um, 3.3V CMOS 표준 셀 라이브러리로 합성되었으며 자동화 P&R에 의해 10.7mm8.4mm코어 면적을 갖도록 레이아웃 되었다.

진정요법하의 치과진료에서 환자의 상태를 지속적으로 감시하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 여러 방법 중 가장 널리 사용되는 것 중 Pulse Oximeter가 있다. Pulse Oximeter는 비침습적 방법으로 계속해서 동맥혈액의 산소포화도를 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 장치로서 기기에 나타나는 산소포화도$(SpO_2)$는 실제로 측정한 동맥혈액의 산소포화도$(SaO_2)$와 거의 일치하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 진료실에 있는 세종류의 Pulse Oximeter를 이용하여 한 환자에게 동시에 두 개의 기기를 적용하였을 경우, 산출값을 상호 비교한 결과, 짧은(3회) 맥박수를 평균하는 기기가 낮은값이 나왔으며, 다른 두개의 Pulse Oximeter와 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 짧은 맥박수를 평균하는 기기는 반응이 빠르나, 산소포화도의 값이 작게 산출되고, 외부의 신호에 더욱 민감하여, 오류가 존재할 가능성 또한 높다. 기기의 특성을 알아, 술자는 적절한 기기를 선택하는 것이 중요하다.
