As the Seated Iron Buddha Statues, Vairocana Buddha of Dopiansa Temple in Cheolwon, Nosana Buddha of Samhwasa Temple in Donghae and Sakyamuni of Mangisa Temple in Pyeongtaek were made during Unified Silla to Koryo Dynasty. These are damaged degradation which are crack, break-out, peel off and various pollutant. As a result of deterioration evaluation using radiography, crack, gap, break-out, pore space and restoration material are confirmed inside in the Buddha Statues. Based on iron strength, the Buddha Statues will be maintain current state as long as a high external impact is not applied. Also, iron core and nails used for fixing of internal and external framework were observed in the Buddha Statues. According to prominent line of surface, embossed inscription, hands cast separately and combined, the Buddha Statues were made by using division casting.

The system and symbolizing ideologic meanings of the metallic Kwon in period of the Three-Kingdoms were comsidered by comparing to their cultural path and structal styles throughout the tree and the deer worship ideology. The results of this study are as followings; Firstly, the beginning of the Korean, mostly northern style was originated from metal tools of the Bronze age in BC 6c-7c. The maJ;lufature of the metallic adornment brought the pr-evailing use of metallic objects of craftwork after the supply of ironmongery. Secondly, the cultmal characteristics of the metallic Kwan in the kor-ean Peninsula were influenced f-rom the northern chinese tribes, Momg Go, Hung No, and Sien-pi who were transmitted from the scythian of the southern Russia having a prefenence for gold. Thir-dly, the metallic Kwon of the Kogmgo and the Baekje era was ideologically based on the ar-t of Buddism of the pattern of blazing flame, the carved pattern of flower- of herb, and the honey. sukle which were tramsmitted to china thr-ough the silk noad. Fourthly, the metallic K wam of the silla era consisted of the tree and the antler types in closely nelated to the tree and the deer ideology which were based on the background of shamanism. It should be raid that the metallic Kwan of the silla esa are connected to the type of nor-them ancient K wan. Lasthy, the metallic Kwan-Mo of the Kaja esa was mosthy original type of flower of herb even if kome of these ar-e similiar to the tree adornment type of silla. This type of flower of herb in based on the scythian type with a statue im silveer founded at Alexandnopol in the southern russia.

The regulation of labelling criterion for genetically modified (GM) foods has been enforced since 2001 in Korea. Therefore, GM soybean (GMS) or GM maize (GMM) processed foods must be labeled as GMO derived. We surveyed to see whether this regulation is kept relevantly or not and the distributive statue of GM processed foods. Using the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based on endogenous gene (Le1n, SSIIb), promoter gene (P35S), terminator gene (NOS) and transgenic gene (RRS, Bt11, Bt176, GA21, T25, Mon810), we detected GMS and GMM processed foods circulating at the market in Busan area. Out of total 100 samples, 38 items were showed to be contaminated with recombinant gene by qualitative PCR. Among 82 domestic and 18 imported items, 32 (39.0%) and 6 (33.3%) items were detected with GM ingredients respectively. Also among the 80 soybean and 20 maize processed foods, 23 (28.7%) and 15 (75.0%) foods were sensitive to detect GMS and GMM ingredients respectively. For the qualitative PCR positive foods, we chased identity preservation (IP) certificates. And we verified that the PCR positive crops were grown up, harvested and shipped separately from GMO but just mixed with GMO in the threshold of the non attentional contamination levels (3%). Thus we can not find out any regulation-violent case at all. The results of this study will help to keep the regulations of GM labelling and be informative to consumers who want to know the laboratory results of GMO testing.

In this paper we propose an improved PV generation systems. Improved systems for temperature and humidity controlled heating and air conditioning offers a pleasant environment within the building, set up chopper and consists of a PWM voltage type inverter. The proposed system is stable modulation for a one-chip microprocessor using the synchronous signal and control signals was treated. The proposed system is a PWM voltage type inverter and phase of the synchronous to the grid voltage to detect the system voltage and inverter output to drive the statue, so surplus power to connection was able to, certain buildings such as buildings or hospitals, temperature and humidity sensor is applied to the good dynamic characteristic could be obtained. In addition, the system was applied to the high power factor and low-frequency harmonics by maintaining the output load and grid to power to be supplied to a stable control could get a good result.

Although the Dept. of Geography in Korea has contributed to the social development of Korea with a remarkable growth for a short period, their social status and influence have not greatly improved and the graduates in Geography do not have many job opportunities. The low social statue and the limited job opportunities of the Dept. of Geography in Korea was due to the failure of the creation of their demand and the expansion of their sphere in response to the social changes and developments of Korea. In France, the Dept. of Geography has raised their social standings through the suited curriculum system to generate their demand and enlarge their domain with the social changes and development of French. The Dept. of Geography in Korea also needs not only the expansion of sphere but the building of the proper curriculum system for the creation of demand.

The objective of this study is to examine the characteristics of historical papers and cloths found at Neunggasa temple, Goheunggun, Chonnam Province, Korea, using light microscopy, image analysis and SEM-EDS for fiber morphology and trace metal composition. All papers were made from paper mulberry. Transparent membrane, which was separated from bast fiber, was unique in these fibers. The papers found on the wall of Daewungjun were most highly degraded and those of the books, which were excavated under Cheungwangmun, were relatively well preserved. The cloths found under the statue 'Dong-bangjiguk' were silk, very narrow fiber without any marks. In the analysis of SEM-EDS, high content of silica was detected. Also small content of calcium was taken into consideration. Content of iron and chlorine were discussed from the viewpoint of potentially harmful elements for the conservation of paper. The composition of trace elements could not be used to determine the origins of papers.

In this study, the disaster management and disaster medical improvement was described in underground space(specifically underground shopping center) in case of fire disaster occurred. Firstly, statue and system was discussed concerning building law, safety, fire services, refuge. The underground in Seoul management is classified as to space and form and management agent is different according to the type form. Because the difficulty of emergency rescue arises due to individual management system unified system needs to be established and improvement of facility management agent is necessary. For the patient to be transfer on the ground, corporation between command head quarter and emergency rescue team are essential. And disaster information and emergency medical information are also need to be considered. Therefore, effective countermeasures for emergency saving is urgent considering distribution of medical institution and medical treatment.

The legal relationship between patient and physician is legally equal relationship. But, in times past, patients be compelled to sign an unequal contract, substantially. Because of the imbalance between supply and demand in the health care market. Today, the law of supply and demand in the health care market is running well. And as the cognition of citizens' rights grows, the relationship between patient and physician can also get a lot of changes. Patients have the right to know the information about medical care, and to decide whether or not to get treatment including invasions against their own bodies. In other words, Doctors have an obligation to explain to their patients. If doctors did not provide patients sufficient explanation or information, it violates the right of patients. This is a tort, or a breach of contract. To improve the remedy for violation of patient's right, patient is able to be protected by status as consumer. If patient is a kind of consumer in terms of medical consumption, he/she as consumer can enjoy supplementally the consumer's right. The patient as a consumer can exercise now a consumer's right as a constitutional right. In addition, with respect to consumer's rights, Framework Act on Consumers was enacted. This Act is based on constitutional provisions of Article 124 and the Act can be seen as a law that embodies consumer right because the provision of the constitutional law delegates specific contents. In the health care field, patients need to win recognition the statue of the consumer to hold the sovereignty of the consumer. In particular, if patients are consumers, they may be able to make good use of the quickly and efficiently collective dispute resolution and association lawsuit to rescue their damage, the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) of Framework Act on Consumers.

This paper proposed embedded application-specific microprocessor(YS-RDSP) whose structure has an additional DSP processor on chip. The YS-RDSP can execute maximum four instructions in parallel. To make program size shorter, 16-bit and 32-bit instruction lengths are supported in YS-RDSP. The YS-RDSP provides programmability. controllability, DSP processing ability, and includes eight-kilobyte on-chip ROM and eight-kilobyte RAM. System controller on the chip gives three power-down modes for low-power operation, and SLEEP instruction changes operation statue of CPU core and peripherals. YS-RDSP processor was implemented with Verilog HDL on top-down methodology, and it was improved and verified by cycle-based simulator written in C-language. The verified model was synthesized with 0.7um, 3.3V CMOS standard cell library, and the layout size was 10.7mm78.4mm which was implemented by using automatic P&R software.

A major concern in pediatric dentistry is maximizing risk management through optimal monitoring of respiratory function during sedation techniques, and Pulse Oximeter is one of the most popular devices for these purpose. Pulse Oximeter is non-invasive device for detecting the sensitive fraction between the saturated & desaturated hemoglobin. Several Studies proved that there is no significant difference between the $SpO_2$ and $SaO_2$. In this article, We examined three Pulse Oximeter $(3300MX^{(R)},\;OX90^{(R)},\;BPM200^{(R)})$. The Pulse Oximeter using shorter pulse beat averaging showed more sensitive reaction to the statue of the patient and lower saturation data. We compared pair of Pulse Oximeter applied to one patient at one time. and $BPM200^{(R)}$(using shorter pulse beat averaging) showed statistically low saturation.
