This study reviews an English enhancement course implemented for medical and nursing college students of 2011 to improve their standardized English test scores. A total of 117 first-year students underwent the pre-test and the post-TOEIC in November 2011. After the pre-test, lectures on listening enhancement strategies and problem solving tactics on reading comprehension were supplemented with 4 times of enhancement-tests. Their pre- and post-TOEIC results were compared to see if such enhancement strategies were effective to improve their TOEIC scores. It was further to investigate, through survey questionnaires, how the subjects felt about a number of pre-test-type TOEIC exercise with what-to-listen and how-to-infer listening strategies and pattern-drill practices for reading comprehension. It was found that the scores of listening comprehension improved significantly for both major students whereas reading scores showed slight decrease among nursing majors. It is concluded that administering numerous pre-test-type-TOEIC exercise is effective for students to improve their listening scores supplemented with listening strategies Also, students' response showed positive toward the enhancement course.

We compare methods for detecting influential observations that have a large influence on the likelihood ratio test statistics that the two sets of variables are uncorrelated with one another. For this purpose we derive results of the deletion diagnostic, the influence function, the standardized influence matrix and the local influence. An illustrative example is given.

본 논문은 격자지보재의 규격자재와 비규격자재의 성능평가에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 격자보재는 강봉으로 제작된 아치형의 터널지보공을 말하며 터널 굴착시 지반의 변형을 최대로 억제하여 터널의 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 사용되어지는 지보재이다. 이런 격자지보재의 성능평가는 휨강도시험과 인장강도시험을 통해 평가할 수 있으며 터널표준시방서에서는 항복강도 500MPa 이상인 용접용 강재를 사용도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 저품질의 강재가 사용될 경우 현장에서 규격자재와 비규격자재를 육안으로 구분하기 어렵게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 격자지보재의 규격자재와 비규격자재에 대한 성능평가를 실시하여 비규격자재의 항복강도 저하의 문제점을 분석하였다.

The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design and testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic Train Operation), ATC(Automatic Train Control), and TWC(Train to Wayside Communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on Test line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems. This test line which is located in Sangju, have been constructed for testing 7 ＆ 8 line of Seoul Metro railway.

이미지 센서 및 모듈의 영상 취득 특성을 테스트할 때에는 테스트 기기마다 화소값을 비교하는 방법, 결함을 수치화하는 방법, 불량을 판별하는 방법이 천차만별로 다르기 때문에 이미지 센서 및 모듈의 영상 취득 특성을 테스트하는 장비는 테스트 대상 기기의 종류에 따라 따로따로 셋업되어야 한다. 일반적으로 테스트 내용은 표준화된 형식이 아니라 임의 형식의 기술문서로 전달되기 때문에 테스트 대상 기기에 맞추어 수작업으로 테스트 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 매우 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하며 오류의 위험성도 높다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 프로그램으로 현재 사용되는 테스트를 거의 모두 수용할 수 있도록 다양한 영상 취득 테스트를 단일 프레임워크로 표현하는 표준화된 기술 방법을 제안한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a nursing education program for hyperglycemia patient care using standardized patients. Methods: This study used a nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test non-synchronized design. A total of 50 senior university nursing students who had completed an adult nursing course participated in this study (experimental group, n=24; control group, n=26). This nursing education program was developed according to the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The collected data were analyzed using χ² -test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, paired t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. Results: Significant differences were shown between the experimental and control groups in clinical performance ability (F=277.41, p<.001), communication skills (F=47.18, p<.001), self-efficacy (F=3.81, p=.031), and learning satisfaction (t=2.25, p=.033). Problem-solving ability was not statistically significant between the groups. Conclusion: The nursing education program for hyperglycemia patient care using standardized patients was effective in improving nursing students' clinical performance ability, communication skills, and learning satisfaction. Therefore, it is proposed that the education program developed in this study be used as part of an education program to enhance nursing students' abilities in caring for hyperglycemia patients.

It required excessive cost and effort to evaluate the quality of shotcrete mix for field test. Also, due to a myriad of field variables, it is difficult to get a standardized result for field test. And it is impossible to simulate the shotting process for indoor test. In this study, in order to overcome these problems, we developed a standardized Shotcrete Shotting Test Machine. Using this machine we performed shotcrete quality test and estimated the applicability of developed Shotcrete Shotting Test Machine by comparing with the results of field test.

본 연구는 진료수행 시험 상황을 재연하여 실제 의사가 채점한 결과와 표준화 환자가 채점한 결과의 차이가 있는지, 첫째 날 응시한 학생과 정보가 노출된 둘째 날 응시한 학생의 점수 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 의과대학 4학년 101명이 4가지 세트(본태성고혈압, 수면장애, 기분저하, 무월경)로 구성된 진료수행 시험에 응시하였다. 학생들은 첫째 날과 둘째 날 중 표준화환자 채점 세트와 의사 채점 세트로 구성된 평가 일정하나에 무작위로 배정되었다. 각 진료수행의 평가지침은 병력청취, 신체진찰, 환자교육, 환자의사관계, 진찰태도로 영역을 구분하여 구성하였다. 각 상황별, 영역별 성취점수를 표준점수로 변환하여 집단 간 차이를 비교하였다. 모든 영역에서 여학생의 성취점수가 남학생의 성취보다 유의하게 높았다(P=.001). 표준화 환자가 채점한 집단과 의사가 채점한 집단의 평균의 유의한 차이는 없었다(p=.425). 연속되는 시험일자 중 둘째 날 응시한 군이 병력청취와 신체진찰영역에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구에서는 채점자의 신분에 따른 평가 결과에 차이가 없음을 다시 한 번 밝히면서 표준화 환자를 활용한 평가의 가능성을 확인하였다.

표준시험편이란 재질, 형상, 치수 및 성능이 권위 있는 기관에 위해 검정된 국제적인 시험편을 말하며 이것은 탐상기의 특성시험 또는 감도조정, 시간축의 측정범위 조정에 사용된다. 그런데 이 표준시험편은 초음파탐상 결과에 아주 크게 영향을 미치는 하나의 변수로 ASTM 이나 JIS에서는 이들 표준시험편의 규격, 재질 및 성분 등을 엄격하게 규격화하고 있다. 그 이유는 이들 성질들이 감도와 분해능 및 재현성에 아주 큰 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 따라서 결함의 크기 및 치수를 정량화하고 재현성 있는 결과를 얻기 위해서는 엄격한 품질의 표준시험편이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 ASTM 또는 JIS등의 규격품들은 상당히 고가이며 시중에는 품질이 검증되지 않은 표준시험편들이 일부 사용되고 있는 실정에 있고 이들 시험편의 품질 및 사용 적합성을 재고하기 위하여 각종 규격에 비추어 보고, 규격품들과 비규격품의 각종 성질들을 비교하여 그 사용 안정성을 고찰하고자 하였다. 그 결과 비규격품들은 치수 및 성분에서 많은 문제점을 안고있으며 비규격품들을 검증없이 사용할 경우 피검물내의 결함의 위치나 크기 측정에 오차를 유발할 가능성을 확인하였다.

This study has formed a clear definition of the elements of inquiry skills : inference, determining relationship, causal explanation, prediction, and created the goals of assessment and the items of assessment. They have been checked the validity and the objectivity and the clarity of the items by six professors of science education. At the same time, the two times of the field trial has been executed. and checked the discriminating power and the difficulty index and the effectiveness of distracters, and modified the items. The test developed in this way was administered to 1060 students of the eighth grade, randomly cluster-sampled from the universe, and standardized. The test is the aptitude test as well as the norm-reference test. and has twenty items. The testing-time is thirty minutes. And the cotent validity is 85%, the objectivity of the answer keys 91.7%, the mean of items difficulty 68.8%, the mean of discriminating power 0.39, the standard deviation 3.31, the reliability(K-R 20) 0.69. Because it is the standardized lest, it can diagnose the well-developed skills and the ill-developed skills of the students, and monitor the development of skills.
