본 연구는 공공건설공사 중 조경공사 적산의 단가 비교로 적정 공사비 산출방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 2011년 상반기 실적단가에서 조경공사로 분류되는 12항목 중 유사기준인 7항목을 대비하며, 준용 공종은 5개 현장에 적용된 실적단가 80항목 중 비교 가능한 35항목을 유사기준인 2011년 3월의 표준품셈 단가로 대비하였다. 조경부문 7항목의 실적공사비율은 항목별로는 104.86%, 총공사비로는 92.09%이다. 실적공사비율이 높은 이유는 암반 적용 여부로 씨앗뿜어붙이기의 높은 비율도 있지만, 근본적인 이유는 잔디와 씨앗뿜어붙이기의 사면처리 비용 때문이므로, 품셈의 불합리성과 토양 종류별 기준별 보정계수 규정을 세분할 필요가 있다. 토목과 건축 준용부문 35항목의 실적공사비율은 항목별로 78.65%, 총공사비로는 71.31%(70.17%)이다. 이는 실적단가가 구조적으로 실제 금액을 반영하지 못하는 점과, 품셈은 인력시공에서 현실성이 결여된 때문으로 판단된다. 국토해양부 발표인 85.1~91.2%의 실적공사비율은 신규 전환품목 단가이므로, 이 결과는 실제적인 실적공사비율로 추정되며, 실적단가가 적정 비율을 보이도록 검증 후 보완하고 표준품셈도 이러한 실적자료 등으로 보완이 필요하다.

The purpose of the study, approaching from the aspect of the construction technologies, is to determine the architectural techniques of traditional wood architects in existence, through which the systems and techniques that create the inherent characteristics of Korean Architecture are clarified. With understanding traditional construction system and focusing on the fact that built environment results from the consistent standards and technologies of architects, this study inquires into the systematic standard and its formation that present in the process of planning for the overall scale and shape of a building from the following (four) perspectives. The study determines the characteristics of '間(Kan)' (unit; fundamental unit that measures Korean traditional houses) and the methods of columns disposition of which the '間 (Kan)' is made up. Once the necessary spaces are decided according to the size of a building, then floor plans are drawn with the standard unit, '間(Kan)'. The '間(Kan)', as a modular unit, is not only composing the floor plans, but also functioning as an Area unit, Space unit and Structural unit. Composition of '間(Kan)' varies with disposition of columns, and therefore multiform of floor and spaces are created. In this study, the '間(Kan)', as a standard unit, is used in the form of specific size and area, and it is demonstrated how the floor plans are developed by organizing the columns in accordance with the spaces requested.

With the recent emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the government is promoting the development of smart construction technology and institutional improvement through various policies to induce cutting-edge and technological innovation in the construction industry. As part of such smart construction technology, the application of BIM is being activated, and related regulations and guidelines are constantly being supplemented. In relation to BIM, there are many studies on the fields of library, design standards etc., but research on specific unit price utilization and unit price DB construction for calculating construction cost is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, a basic study was conducted on the linkage of the construction standard market unit price and the BIM library. Based on the basic research conducted in the future, we intend to establish specific standards for calculating BIM-based construction costs.

본 연구는 조경공사 표준품셈의 개정 작업이 진행되고 있는 현시점에서 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈과 일본의 공원식재공사 표준보괘의 식재 공종의 내용의 특성을 비교하여, 향후 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈의 발전에 기여하는데 연구의 초점을 두고 진행하였다. 표준품셈과 표준보괘의 특성을 파악하기 위해서 한국의 경우는 2010년 '국토해양부'에서 제정한 건설공사 표준품셈 공종내의 조경공사를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 또한 일본의 경우도 2010년 '국토교통성' 제정 토목공사 표준보괘의 공원식재공사 표준보괘를 연구대상으로 하였다. 그리고 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈과 일본의 공원식재공사 표준보괘 공종 중에서 식재 공종에 초점을 두고 품셈의 범위, 세부 공종, 품셈의 구성, 수목 적용 규격, 품셈의 내용 등의 비교를 연구의 내용적 범위로 한정하였다. 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈과 일본의 공원식재공사 표준보괘의 식재 공종의 내용을 비교하여본 결과, 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈은 독립적인 품셈과 품셈의 적용에 있어 융통성이 필요하다. 그리고 지주목에 대한 독립적인 품셈과 운반에 관한 품셈 규정 그리고 조경토와 관련된 품셈 등의 검토를 통하여 한국의 조경공사 표준품셈이 더욱 발전할 수 있다고 판단된다.

Objective : This study was done to clarify ambiguous non-standard weight and measuring units in medical classics. Methods : Using medical classics and research dissertations, we studied the basic definitions of weight and measuring units and the types of non-standard weight and measuring units. We compared non-standard weight and measuring units in the reference literatures, to determine the dose of herbs in the prescriptions. Results : There are three types of units in non-standard weight and measuring units. These are 'Quantity measuring unit', 'Resembrance measuring unit', and 'Eye measuring unit'. And we found historical efforts and progresses for proper ways to convert non-standard weight and measuring units to standard weight and measuring units. Conclusions : This research will be the basic data for the standardization of prescriptions. Additional study was still required for precise weighing and measuring in Korean medicine and pharmacy.

This study proposes a change from the currentexpected price integrated system, which is based on the standard of estimated unit manpower and material, to a new actual construction cost integrated system. In order to implement it, the standard method of measurement organization system as well as the communication area standard of estimated unit manpower and material should be changed Moreover, the work breakdown structure and itemized structure should be assorted.

ITS 기반기술 분야인 통신기술이 DSRC, CDMA, 무선랜(Wireless LAN) 등으로 다양화됨에 따라 ITS 서비스의 종류 및 기능도 점차 확대될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이에 다양한 ITS 서비스를 제공받기 위해 ITS 서비스 제공에 사용되고 있는 여러 통신기술이 하나의 통합단말기에서 운영될 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는 표준플랫폼에 대한 연구 및 개발이 진행되고 있고 최근 표준플랫폼 OBU(On Board Unit)이 최근 제작과 시현도 하였다. 하지만 개발된 표준플랫폼 OBU(On Board Unit)의 표준적합성에 대한 확인이 반드시 필요하며 이에 실제 ITS 시스템에서 효율적으로 동작되는 것을 보증하고 표준기술의 활용성을 높이기 위해서는 표준기술을 구현하여 충분한 기능 및 운영테스트를 거칠 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개발된 표준플랫폼 OBU(On Board Unit)의 표준적용을 위해 시험도로를 구성하고 테스트하였다.

The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is difficult to reflect the various site attributed variation in productivity using existing CSPU. The reason is that a criteria which site should be selection for enactment and/or revision of CSPU is not established. This study aims to provide essential data to be used for analyzing the labor factors in a way to secure efficiency and reliability of CSPU.

MODAPTS has been widely used for establishing the standard time of manual works because of easy application of the system. However this system was developed based on MTM, winch was one of the low task standard. Also in this system, it usually becomes a cause of error in accuracy that all the simultaneous motions(SIMO) should be analyzed in the sequent motions of two hands. In order to improve the weak points of MODAPTS, the structure of time unit and SIMO of MODAPTS was researched, and HITMAP was developed on the basis of Work Factor System which was one of the high task standard. HITMAP is composed of 26 standard elements and it's time unit is MD(1MD=0.1 second) and MGSRMPS is the motion pattern of HITMAP. In this study HITMAP shows more than 95% of accuracy to WF. Therefor, it is expected that HITMAP can be used for the improvement of productivity and incentive systems.

This study aims to come up with the revision of construction standard unit price for concrete pavement works to improve its applicability and availability by a construction site survey. Construction site survey was conducted from March to November 2021 with 36 construction sites. This results of the revision are expected to support to public construction project owner or estimator in construction cost estimation works.
