국제수로기구(IHO)는 수로분야의 다양한 데이터와 서비스에 관한 표준개발을 위한 프레임워크로 S-100 표준을 개발하였고 이를 기반으로 차세대 전자해도 표준을 포함하여 제품 및 서비스에 관한 표준연구가 진행되고 있다. ECDIS 및 항해관련 시스템에서는 항해를 위한 항로계획을 수행하는데 생성되는 항로정보에 대한 표준규격의 저장 및 활용이 필요성이 높아 S-100 표준에 기반한 항로정보 표준 연구가 수행된 바 있다. 항로정보 표준은 다양한 항해관련 시스템에서 생성하는 항로정보를 상호 운용하기 위한 것으로 적용 가능성 검토가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 항로정보 표준의 적용방안 검토를 위해 항로생성 도구와 이를 활용한 표준기반의 항로정보 생성 및 결과를 검토 하였다. 세부 내용으로 첫째, 항로정보를 생성 할 수 있는 모듈로서 S-100 기반의 항로정보 표준에 맞게 메모리에 값을 저장할 수 있는 모듈, 둘째, 메모리에 저장한 항로정보를 xml 기반으로 저장 할 수 있는 모듈, 셋째로 xml로 저장된 항로정보의 로딩 모듈이 포함된다. 본 연구에서는 3개의 모듈 개발을 통해 항로정보의 정상적 생성여부, 생성된 항로정보의 저장 및 로딩 기능을 검증 하였다.

본 고에서는 최근 기술 개발되고 있는 위피 기반 LBS 단말 표준 플랫폼에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 위피 기반 LBS 단말 플랫폼은 이동 통신 단말기에 탑재되어 응용 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 모바일 표준 플랫폼 규격에서 위치정보를 획득하기 위한 API 이다. 이러한 위피 기반 LBS 단말 표준 플랫폼은 위치정보를 획득하고 처리할 수 있도록 단말 HAL API, 위피 C API, Java API 의 세가지 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이중 HAL 부문과 C 부문은 Generic I/O 기반으로 개발 정의하였고, 이에 대하여서는 본 고에서 상세히 설명한다. 이러한 표준 플랫폼을 통해 위치정보기반 컨텐츠의 활용, 모바일 단말기 개발자에게 위치정보의 활용할 수 있는 표준화된 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

이 연구는 공간영상정보의 대표적인 포맷으로 GeoTIFF, SDTS, HDF, BIIF를 크게 두부분으로 나누어 비교·분석하였다. 첫 번째는 각 포맷의 명세를 살펴보고 4가지 기준-확장성, 호환성, 범용성, 장기적인 안정성-에 기초하여 비교하였다. 두 번째는 실제적인 활용현황 및 호환성 평가로써 현재 많이 사용되는 상용 소프트웨어 5가지를 이용하여 각 포맷의 입출력 가능성과 서로간의 호환성을 조사하였다. 그 결과 4가지 포맷 중 현재로서는 GeoTIFF가 공간영상정보를 다루는데 있어 비교우위에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 앞으로 공간영상정보가 다양해지고 대용량화해짐에 따라 수많은 포맷이 개발되고 갱신될 것이므로 표준으로 하나의 포맷만을 계속 고집해서는 안 된다고 보여진다. 지속적인 연구를 통해 적절한 표준포맷을 제시함이 바람직하며, 또한 지속적인 정책지원이 따라야 할 것이다.

이 논문은 스마트축사 환경에서의 센서 데이터를 GS1 표준 기반의 EPCIS 이벤트 스키마 설계를 통해 운용하는 방법을 다룬다. 스마트축사 환경에서 사용되는 센서들의 종류를 정의하고, 이러한 센서 정보를 운용하기 위한 GS1 표준 식별자, 표준 이벤트/마스터데이터 구조, 표준 인터페이스로 정보를 설명하며, 스마트축사의 다양한 센서 정보를 저장/공유하는 스키마의 구조를 정의한다.

Electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) is an analytical technique that can provide the structural, physical and chemical information of materials. The EELS spectra can be obtained by combining with TEM at sub-nanometer spatial resolution. However, EELS spectral information can't be obtained easily because in order to interpret EELS spectra, we need to refer to and/or compare many reference data with each other. And in addition to that, we should consider the different experimental variables used to produce each data. Therefore, reliable and easily interpretable EELS standard reference data are needed. Our Electron Energy Loss Data Center (EELDC) has been designated as National Standard Electron Energy Loss Data Center No. 34 to develop EELS standard reference (SR) data and to play a role in dissemination and diffusion of the SR data to users. EELDC has developed and collected EEL SR data for the materials required by major industries and has a total of 82 EEL SR data. Also, we have created an online platform that provides a one-stop-place to help users interpret quickly EELS spectra and get various spectral information. In this paper, we introduce EEL SR data, the homepage of EELDC and how to use them.

The BIM libraries and technical contents in order to develop common technical standards that reflect the contents for a BIM design support should be based. It is essential to redress the technological burden on design office requirements. The technical contents consisted of Material Information, Standard Details and Cost Information are made by system of standard classification. By connecting BIM libraries with each of information including the contents, it derives the consistent BIM data application through the integrated model. In addition, we look forward to introducing and applying BIM more easily through securing common technical contents which remove the pressure of engineering developments of each individual architectural design office and prevent overlapping investments.

우리 사회가 점차 지식기반 정보사회로 변화해 감에 따라 수 많은 지식이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 많은 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리와 활용을 위해 정보시스템들이 구축되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 체계적인 관리체계의 미흡으로 인하여 각 시스템별로 다양한 코드체계를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 상이한 코드체계는 각 시스템간의 정보공유 및 활용의 효율성을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 표준데이터 코드관리시스템을 설계하여 교육정보 자원의 효율적 관리방안을 모색하였다.

To decide a reasonable investment priority of public enterprises, it is required to have an efficient evaluation standard. However, without having a standard, a budget for those enterprises has been allocated. In this research, for the efficient and reasonable budget allocation, it is discussed how to decide investment priority of information and communication enterprises of the government. In order to examine possible alternatives of the investment priority of information and communication enterprises of the government, seventeen enterprises were chosen from the enterprises of Ministry of Information and Communication. Public benefit, economic benefit, technology, politics, and step-up increase of budget were set up as evaluation standards and 16 specific standards were set up as subordinates. A hierarchical decision model was designed and analyzed by using AHP.

In medium and small firm, the management system which is simple and where there is a practicality is required Ill)re than the management system which is complicated and minute of the centered around large company so that the introduction of the standard costs can be activated and it can be usefully used as a tool of management decisions. A difference between the standard costs introduction plan proposed in this paper and the preexistance study literature are as follows. In this paper, by breaking from the whole cost accounting aiming at all item, that is the traditional introduction method, and presenting the product cost accounting method by group the standards setting object was minimized and simplified. In this way, if the standards setting object is simplified, it is quick at the perimeter environment change as the little man power and flexibly it corresponds to and the cost information calculation which is exact with the setting up and maintenance of the efficient cost standard becomes available. As a result of applying for real through S corp., the usability of the method that the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper produced the standard costs relatively short within period, it manages was verified. And the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper went by the various cost information for each products, the management class did the management will decision which was objective and reasonable in the putting first.

The communication protocol for interface among railway signalling systems is designed and established as national standard in Korean from a few years ago. So the communication link for information transmission among railway signalling system can be a good example of application of this standard. Communication protocol which is standardized among Korean railway signalling is considered to apply information transmission. And we confirmed there is no the states of deadlock of livelock in std. protocol which is applied formal verification which is one of the analytic method for inspection of safety characteristics in the design course of protocol. But the safety of protocol has to necessarily accomplish this normal analysis approach about satisfying requirement matters with such this analytic approach. In this paper we analyzed the safety characteristics of standard protocol for Korean Railway signalling through the requirement matters for safety transmission of railway transmission system which is required in international standard. So through this study we confirm whether it satisfies safety requirement matters of the level which require in international standard and tried to confirm whether standard protocol has enough safety character in the real railway field.
