Recent advancement in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) has paved the way for WSNs to enable in various environments in monitoring temperature, motion, sound, and vibration. These applications often include the detection of sensitive information from enemy movements in hostile areas or in locations of personnel in buildings. Due to characteristics of WSNs and dealing with sensitive information, wireless sensor nodes tend to be exposed to the enemy or in a hazard area, and security is a major concern in WSNs. Because WSNs pose unique challenges, traditional security techniques used in conventional networks cannot be applied directly, many researchers have developed various security protocols to fit into WSNs. To develop countermeasures of various attacks in WSNs, descriptions and analysis of current security attacks in the network layers must be developed by using a standard notation. However, there is no research paper describing and analyzing security models in WSNs by using a standard notation such as The Unified Modeling Language (UML). Using the UML helps security developers to understand security attacks and design secure WSNs. In this research, we provide standard models for security attacks by UML Sequence Diagrams to describe and analyze possible attacks in the three network layers.

The Master Data is constructed for the wide use within the institution, and it is mainly used in the enterprise. In this research, we have conducted research for the purpose of building master data on infrastructure that can be used by public institutions in the country. To do this, we analyzed individual attributes of the standard data set provided by the public data portal. Among these, we extracted standard elements that match the characteristics of the Master Data. Finally, the standardized elements are verified through the standardization system that is utilized in the country.

We have proposed modeling methods of mariners' standard behavior for collision avoidance by analyzing mariners' recognition process in a previous study. As a subsequent study, the aim of this study is to build a model of mariners' execution process which is one of six processes in the condition of collision avoidance. In this study, thus, the structure of mariners' information processing on the process of taking avoiding actions is described and the relation between mariners' behavior and necessary factors in the process is analyzed. And then we have built a model of mariners' standard behavior for execution process based on the characteristics of mariners in ship-handling, which are obtained from the international collaborative research on human factors. It is tried to define the contents of execution process based on the standard behavior of mariners for collision avoidance and to formulate information processing of mariners.

Context-aware computing has been attracting the attention as an approach to alleviating the inconvenience in human-computer interactions. This paper proposes a context-aware system architecture to be implemented on an UoC (Ubiquitous system on Chip). A new proposed technology of CRS (Context Recognition Switch) and DOS (Dynamic and Optimal Standard) based on Context-awareness system architecture with pre-processor, HPSP(High Performance Signal Processor) in this paper. And proposed a new algorithm using in network topology processor shows for Ubiquitous Computing System. implementing in UoC (Ubiquitous System on Chip) base on the IEEE 802.15.4 WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) standard. Also, This context-aware based UoC architecture has been developed to apply to mobile intelligent robots which would support human in a context-aware manner.

This is a survey study to measure degrees of understanding regarding Information literacy in Korean university students based on ACRL standards. In the results of the survey there were no meaningful differences between individuals age, gender, major, and University. There were also no meaningful difference between the five ACRL standards. However, there were meaningful differences between the performance indicators in each standard. For example in the first standard, the performance indicator 'Determines the nature and extent of the information needed', had the highest score. had the lowest score. In the second ‘Effective Access of Information', had the highest score. In the third ‘Evaluate and Incorporate Information', had the highest score>and had the lowest score. In the fourth ‘Use of Information', , had the highest score. In the last ‘Information Ethics', there was no meaningful difference. This study also showed outcomes regarding the details in each standard.

The designated professional institutions are individually establishing and operating information systems to manage R&D projects and information of researchers; however, systems of each institution do not allow sharing of information, resulting in researchers entering their information and achievements multiple times in each individual system. This paper investigates and analyzes the factors that hinder the research, and designates duplicate entry of researcher information due to the current system designs as the cause. This paper proposes an integration of personnel information as a solution to the issue and suggests a standard for the subject areas and management items for the integration of information. Ultimately, this paper suggests an establishment of a standard database model that is based on the proposed standard, a model that enables the convenient establishment of an information system. According to the results, it is estimated that this process will be effective to over 30% of estimated researchers whose information is entered in duplicate in the individual information system.

HL7 is well-Known standard protocol for text data generated in hospital information systems. Vital sign information web viewer systems is also the standard protocol for medical image and transfer. In order to embrace new technologies as telemedicine service, it is important to develope the standard protocol between different systems in the hospital, as well as the communication with external hospital systems. In this paper, we proposed integration method between vital sign web viewr systems and hospital information systems. Through the proper data exchange and modification of information management, HIS will offer better work flow to all hospital employee.

Distribution systems for operating the various systems should be operated organically. Distribution systems for organic operations extend the functionality of the system and system integration for the extension is doing. However, in systems integration for each unique non-standard definition of linkage and exchange systems are used. Non-standard definition of a unique linkage and exchange systems in the maintenance and expansion will result in many negative results. To solve these problems, the system and the exchange of information about the links between systems should define standards. IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) power to solve these problems in the field of the Common Information Model (Common Information Model, CIM) standard (IEC61970, IEC61968) is defined as the transmission and distribution system integration and standardization for the exchange of information. In this paper, standardized system for building CIM-based distribution automation system should describe the process of building. In addition, the process of establishing a common information model needed (CIM) defined and associated services for a defined set of models is proposed in the standardization process.

In recent years, due to its high efficiency and better performance, the high efficiency video coding (HEVC) has become the most common compression standard in the field of video coding. In this paper, the framework of HEVC is deeply analyzed, and an improved HEVC video coding algorithm based on all phase biorthogonal transform (APBT) is proposed, where APBT is utilized to replace the discrete cosine transform (DCT) and discrete sine transform (DST) in original HEVC standard. Based on the relationship between APBT and DCT, the integer APBT is deduced. To further improve the coding performance, an optimal HEVC video coding algorithm based on hybrid APBT is proposed. The coding performance of the proposed HEVC coding algorithm is improved without increasing the complexity. Experimental results show that compared with HEVC standard algorithm, the improved HEVC video coding algorithm based on hybrid APBT can improve the coding performance of chrominance components by about 0.3%.
