The purpose of this study is to examine the organization of the standard liberal arts curriculum in accordance with the academic credit bank system (ACBS). With the growth of the system, the standard curriculum of the ACBS turned out to have many problems which have to be solved for securing and maintaining the quality of the system. In an attempt to improve the standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS, the study analyzed the problems of standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS according to three criteria: the organization of subjects in the six liberal arts curriculum areas, the completion of liberal arts and the exchange subjects between majors and the liberal arts. Based on the results of the analysis, the study suggests ways to improve standard liberal arts curriculum. In the future, research needs to be conducted to explore ways to implement the proposed standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS in real contexts.

본 연구는 우리나라의 국가수준 보육과정의 발전과정과 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정의 보육목표와 내용 분석을 통하여 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정의 의의를 살펴보고 성공적 정착을 위한 제언을 제안하였다. 우리나라는 국가수준 보육과정으로서, 표준보육과정이 2007년 제정, 공포되어 그동안 보육의 질 향상에 긍정적 역할을 해 왔으며, 2011년 5세 누리과정, 2012년 제2차 표준보육과정 개정, 3-4세 누리과정 제정 및 5세 누리과정 개정, 2013년 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정 개정에 이르기 까지 짧은 기간 동안 많은 변화가 있었다. 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정은 어린이집을 다니는 영유아가 0-1세 보육과정, 2세 보육과정, 3-5세 보육과정(누리과정)의 연계적인 보육과정으로서 구성함으로써 0~5세 영유아를 보육하는 어린이집의 특성을 반영하였다. 2013년 현재까지의 연구동향을 살펴보면, 2007년 표준보육과정 보급 이전의 연구는 대부분 표준보육과정의 필요성과 그 내용에 관한 연구가 이루어졌고, 표준보육과정 보급 이후 보육현장에서 표준보육과정에 대해 얼마나 알고 있으며 어느 정도 적용되고 있는가에 대한 연구, 표준보육과정의 활용도를 높이고 발전시키기 위한 연구 등 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 3-5세 보육과정(누리과정)의 연령별 구성에 대한 연구와 어린이집 표준보육과정과 초등교육과정의 실천적 연계를 위한 노력이 진행될 필요가 있다.

교육과정은 해당 교과 뿐 아니라 사회적인 필요에 의해 구성되는 것으로 충분한 숙의를 요구한다. 정보과 교육과정 표준 개발은 수시 개정 시 지식의 틀을 제공할 수 있을 것이기 때문에 매우 의미있는 작업이 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 Tyler의 교육과정 개발 원리에 근거하여 CSTA의 2003, 2011 교육과정을 비교하여, 한국 정보과 교육과정 지식 체계 표준 개발에 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적이 있다. 목적달성을 위해 다양한 교육과정 이론, 외국의 교육과정 등을 분석하고, 최종적으로 CSTA 2003과 2011 교육과정 표준을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교과의 표준을 개발하기 위해서는 교육과정 목적과 표준이 갖는 목적을 분명히 할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. 또한 외국의 교육과정 검토의 유의사항 및 평가 측면의 시사점을 제공하였다.

미국(CS2013)과 일본(J07-CS)은 고등교육의 수준에서 변화하는 사회를 반영하는 표준 정보교육과정을 구성하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 고등 정보교육과정 표준 구성에 대한 시사점을 제공하기 위해 미국의 표준교육과정 변화를 분석하고, 한국의 대학 교육과정 구성 현황 분석 및 내용 지식에 근거하여 과목을 구성하였다. 연구 진행 결과 미국의 고등 정보교육과정은 변화하는 컴퓨팅 환경을 반영하는 교육과정으로 진화하고 있었다. 국내 대학의 정보교육과정은 CS2013의 지식영역을 52% 정도만 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구는 일본의 교육과정 과목 구성방침에 근거하여 과목 구성의 예를 제시하였으며, 대학의 표준 정보 교육과정이 없는 상황에서 교육과정 구성을 위한 단초를 제공했다는 점에 의의를 두고 있다.

본 연구에서는 국내 교육여건을 고려한 토목공학을 위한 표준 교과과정을 제시하고자 한다. 미국의 20개 대학교와 국내의 6개 대학교의 이수체계도를 조사하고 교과구분 분석, 전공영역분석, 전공영역별 교과목 분석 등을 통하여 토목공학분야의 미국대학교의 교과과정과 국내대학교의 교과과정을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 표준 교과과정을 제시하였다. 제안된 토목공학 표준 교과과정이 일선 대학교의 교과과정 개선 시 활용되기를 기대한다.

Objectives : In order to make a proposal of a Korean standard dental hygiene curriculum, the job description of the National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board was analyzed to prepare a job analysis matrix of dental hygienist to select required core competency. Methods : Data were analyzed to test the job validity of dental hygienist and categorize the duties of dental hygienist. A proposal of a standard dental hygiene curriculum was mapped out by making a comparative analysis of the courses necessary for American authorization of dental hygiene curriculum, existing proposals of Korean standard dental hygiene curriculum and the courses of the departments of dental hygiene offered by domestic three-year colleges and four-year universities. Results : Basic medicine courses were reinforced or newly offered to provide an opportunity for students to transfer to a domestic four-year university or to a foreign university. In the field of clinical dental hygiene and practice, preventive dentistry, prophylaxis and practice were integrated, and the names of the related courses were unified to give a chance for students to engage in comprehensive dental hygiene practice. There were different courses for dental clinical science at present. In this proposal, students should earn 125 credits in total. Conclusions : Standard dental hygiene curriculum proposal was required by three-year and four-year colleges across the nation. To make it happen, the original names of dental hygiene courses should be used, and the dental hygiene certification and evaluation institute that is under the umbrella of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association should lay out the standard of the KSDHEP to facilitate the utilization of the standard dental hygiene curriculum proposal.

This study present the standard flow chart for civil engineering considering Korean education environment. The flow charts of USA's 20 universities and Korea's 6 universities are investigated. The standard flow chart are proposed based on the standard curriculum of civil engineering and flow charts of USA and Korea though analyzing of prerequisite of each subject. The proposed standard flow chart is expected when used to improve korean universities curriculum.

본 연구는 변화하는 정보기술과 사회적 요구를 반영하고, 각 학교급에 갖추어야 할 역량에 근거하여 정보과의 표준 교육과정을 구성하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해, 8개국의 정보과 교육과정을 분석하고, 고등 정보교육과정 표준의 지식체계를 프레임으로 하여 교육과정의 학습요소를 추출하였다. 구성된 표준 교육과정은 51인의 전문가의 검토를 통해 10차례에 걸쳐 의견을 수렴하였다. 연구 진행 결과, 정보과 교육과정을 통해 육성되어야 하는 역량을 정의하고, 해당 역량을 습득하기 위해 요구되는 학습요소의 구성, 그리고 학습요소의 학습을 통해 발현될 수 있을 역량 등 역량 중심 교육과정을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 정보과 표준 교육과정은 향후, 2022년에 개정될 정보과 교육과정 구성의 기본적 토대를 마련했다는 데 시사점이 있다.

SW 개발 프로젝트 시, SW 품질 및 생산성 향상에 저해 되는 SW공학 가이드 부재가 존재한다. 그 중에서 SW공학 발전과 전문 SW공학 인력 양성의 필요성 인식이 존재하고 있다. SW공학 인력의 역량과 전문성을 강화시킬 수 있는 지속적 성장 체계 확립과 인력 활용 가이드 제시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼 개발을 소개한다. 프로젝트 수행 시 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼은 SW공학 전문 인력 확보를 위한 기준을 제시 하여, 조직 SW 공학 역량 강화를 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 SW개발 프로세스에 대해 설명하는 SW프로세스와 SW품질 교육과정을 소개하고자 한다.

This study purposed to discuss and suggest how to apply the internationally circulated standard Korean language curriculum to the fields of education. For this purpose, principles of the curriculum development that use reference of criterions like setting the education goals and stages of the Korean as second foreign language at the Korean foreign secondary school with the cases were reviewed. Studies about the curriculums of Korean language as an unit of state were began at 2010 and being continued in 2017. These researches pointed out a standard of the Korean language education, which influenced the development of curriculums, evaluations, and textbooks. Korean language teachers need lots of informations how to adjust the curriculums because they recognize that the curriculum as a reference of criteria is very difficult to be utilized. Roles of the reference of criteria that were extracted from the review on the curriculum development of the Korean as a second foreign language are providing a content basis for setting the goals of the curriculum and setting the stages connected with the operation of semesters. After the macroscopic development, plans for the phase of a syllabus run along. At this stage, sources of the items of education should be offered and elaboration of the education contents may design the syllabus. Finally, through a series of process, programs for Korean language education and textbook will be completed. Through this whole process, standard curriculum provides orientation and guidelines for the process of the development.
