This paper describes a new voltage recorder for the voltage management of a power distribution line by using a new voltage measurement technique. The RMS(Root Mean Square) voltage measurement for the power line under the assumption of a sinusoidal input voltage is taken by the full-wave rectifier, half-adder utilizing operational amplifier(OP) circuit. A/D converter utilizing a dual slope converter converts an analog voltage signal into a serial pulse. The pulse is counted with a single chip micro-controller, converted with the RMS voltage, and saved into a flash memory. In the last, a new voltage recorder with compact size and multifunction is developed. Also, Voltage Management System that can analyze the stored data via RS-232C cable is developed based on Windows 95 and Visual C++.

부성저항영역에서 동작하도록 바이어스전압을 걸어 준 쌍턴넬다이오드회로의 차특성은 역시 전압제어형의 부저항영역을 갖고, 이 회로를 발진기로 동작시킬 때의 쌍회로의 중점의 전위는 구형파의 이완진동을 일으킨다. 본논고에서는 이 중점에서의 구형파에서의 주기 및 정 또는 부의 펄스의 폭을 바이어스 전압에 의하여 제어할 수 있다는 점을 감안하여 주기 T 및 정펄스시간 T1 또는 부펄스시간 T2를 착특성곡선으로부터 해석적으로 구하고 또한 실측하였다. 또한 T 및 T1 또는 T2와 회로제정수와의 관계를 검토하여, T가 일정하고 T1-T2가 바이어스전압의 변화량에 비례하여 조건을 만족시키는 회로정수를 정하고, 바이어스전원과 직렬로 신호전압을 압입하는 방법을 고려하여 구성할 펄스폭변조회로의 특성을 구하였다.

Electrical resistivity and switching phenomena in glass semiconductor of AsTe and AsTeGa is studied. Samples sliced from ingot which is air quenched or water quenched, show high resistivity at room temperature. The resistivity of the AsTe and AsTeGa is 1*10$^{6}$ .ohm.-cm and 5*10$^{6}$ .ohm.-cm at 27.deg. C. Switching phenomena take place in thin the thick samples. Holding voltage is different with the thickness of the samples and the characteristics of switching in the thin and thick samhles are similar. When square wave pulse voltage is applied, delay time is detected to 5.mu.sec by oscilloscpoe.

In this paper, a thermopneumatic PMDS (polydimethlysiloxane) micropump with nozzle/diffuser elements is presented. The micropump is composed of nozzle/diffuser elements as dynamic valves, an actuator consisting of a circular PDMS diaphragm and a Cr/Au heater on a glass substrate. Four PDMS layers are used for fabrication of an actuator chamber, actuator diaphragm by a spin coating process, spacer layer, and nozzle/diffuser by the SU-8 molding process. The radius and thickness of the actuator diaphragm is 2 mm and 30 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, respectively. The length and the conical angle of the nozzle/diffuser elements are 3.5 mm and 20$^{\circ}$, respectively. The actuator diaphragm is driven by the air cavity pressure variation caused by ohmic heating and natural cooling. The flow rate of the micropump in the frequency domain is measured for various duty cycles of the square wave input voltage. When the square wave input voltage of 5 V DC is applied to the heater, the maximum flow rate of the micropump is 44.6 ${mu}ell$/min at 100 Hz with a duty ratio of 80% under the zero pressure difference.

A algorithm for control and performance of a pulse-density-modulated (PDM) series-resonant voltage source inverter developed for corona-dischange precesses is presented. The PDM inverter produces either a square-wave ac-voltage state or a zero-voltage state at its ac terminals to control the average output voltage under constant dc voltage and operating frequency. Moreover it can achieve zero-current-switching (ZCS) and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) in all the operating condition for a reduction of switching lost. Even though the corona discharge load with a strong nonlinear characteristics, new high frequency resonant inverter is shown the wide range power control from 5% to 100%.

This paper deals with the harmonic reduction technique in square-wave inverters which can regenerate the dc power from dc bus line to ac bus line in substations for traction systems. To reduce the harmonics, two 6-pulse inverters are used for 12-pulse operation and zigzag-connected output transformers for eliminating the harmonics of 6(2m-1)$\pm$1 orders. And an ac filter is furnished at output side. In spite of the square-wave three-phase inverters, computer simulations show that the THDs of the output voltage and current are 2.55% and 0.554%, respectively.

본 논문에서는 저가격 인버터에서의 사각파 주입에 의한 센서리스 기법의 제어 성능을 보인다. 저가격 인버터는 소위 말하는 B4 인버터이다. 이 인버터는 저가격화를 위하여 스위칭 소자를 4개를 사용한 형태이다. 고주파 주입을 통한 센서리스 기법을 B4 인버터에 적용하였으며, 주입 고주파의 주파수는 1kH이다. 본 논문에서는 Matlab/ Simulink를 이용한 B4 인버터를 이용한 영구자석 전동기의 센서리스 시스템 모델을 설명한다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 회전자의 위치 추정을 위한 고주파 전류 성분 검출에 노치 필터를 사용하였으며, 추정된 속도의 리플 저감을 위하여 이차 저역 통과 필터를 사용하였다. 노치 필터에 의해 추출된 전류 파형에 고주파 전압을 곱하여 영구 자석 동기 전동기의 회전자 각도를 추정한다. Simulink 시뮬레이션의 통해 제안하는 기법의 타당성을 보인다.

The characteristics and change of electrode surface about Gap type surge arrester for protect DC subway rail were investigated with moisture absorption. Compared that tested about DC/AC discharge commencement voltage, residual voltage, Impulse, square wave impulse for DC rail surge arrester about Gap type surge arrester of moisture absorption state. The AC discharge commencement voltage acted greatly effect of moisture absorption than the DC discharge commencement voltage test.

본 논문에서는 12-펄스정류기의 고조파 저감을 위해 12-펄스정류기의 커패시터 중앙 DC버스에 보조전원장치의 설치를 제안하였다. 그리고 이 장치에 의해 고조파가 감소되는 이론적인 배경을 다루었으며 부하전류의 크기에 따라 보조전원장치가 어떻게 제어되어야 하는지를 밝혔다. 본 논문에서 제안한 보조전원장치는 구형파 전압원을 적용함으로써 능동필터와 같은 다른 방식에 비해 시스템 구조가 간단하고 보다 저렴하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 12-펄스정류기 고조파 저감법의 검증을 위해 소프트웨어 PSIM을 활용하였으며 제안된 방식의 유효성을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 DTV용 광대역 사각형 루프 안테나에 대한 설계 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 제안된 루프 안테나는 사각형 루프 안테나와 중앙 급전점과 연결하는 원형 섹터가 결합된 형태이다. DTV응용을 위해 75옴 입력 임피던스와 정합하도록 입력 반사계수와 이득 특성을 분석하였다. 최적화된 안테나를 FR4 기판에 설계하였고, 전압 정재파비(VSWR; voltage standing wave) < 2인 대역이 464-1,310 MHz으로 DTV 대역(470-806 MHz)에서 동작하는 것을 확인하였다.
