여가제약 협상노력과 레저스포츠참가의 관계 (The Relationship Between Negotiating Efforts on Leisure Restriction and Participation in Leisure Sports)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여가제약 협상노력과 레저스포츠참가의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 2009년 2월 9일부터 3월6일까지 26일간 걸쳐서 수도권지역 만 19세의 성인을 대상으로 일반인, 동우회, 클럽회원으로 설정한 다음 유의표집법(purposive Sampling methid)으로 250명을 표본 추출하였다. 본 연구는 레저스포츠참가자활동의 비참가자를 배제하기 위하여 레저스포츠시설들을 방문하여 표본조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가제약 협상노력은 레저스포츠 참가 빈도에 영향을 미친다. 즉 여가활동 열망변화 노력이 커질수록 참가 빈도는 높아진다. 둘째, 여가제약 협상노력은 레저스포츠참가 기간에 영향을 미친다. 이는 여가활동 에너지충전을 잘 할수록 강도조절을 잘 할수록 참가 기간이 길어진다. 셋째, 여가제약 협상노력은 레저스포츠참가 강도에 영향을 미친다. 이는 여가활동을 위해 노력이 커질수록 참가 강도가 높아진다.

스포츠 및 여가 활동 참여동기에 따른 세분시장별 애슬레저 웨어 제품구매행동의 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Purchase Behavior of Athleisure Wear by Segmental Market according to Sports and Leisure Participation)

  • This study identifies the socio-psychological factors on athleisure wear purchase behavior and focuses on the effects of participation motives in sports leisure activity. This research compares athleisure wear purchase behavior among the three groups segmented by participation motives for sports and leisure activity. An online survey on male and female consumers between the ages of 20 and 50 provided 319 responses that were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. The factor analysis and reliability analysis, cluster analysis, variance analysis, Duncan test, and Chi square test were conducted. The results were: 1) From a result of the factor analysis on consumers' sports leisure participation motives clearly showed factorial structures including social interaction, physical health, and pleasant feeling. 2) Cluster analysis indicated three groups of participation motives in sports and leisure activity such as passive motivating type, social interaction type, and wellness type. 3) Consumer groups showed significant differences in purchase reasons, preferred brands, product items, and pursued performance attributes for purchasing athleisure wear products.

The relationship between Social Media Sports Contact Motivation and Sports Activity

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of participation and the impact of social media sports contact motivation on sports activities. In order to clarify the purpose of this study, a total of 300 students from 150 male and 150 female university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces in 2020 were selected by the convenience sampling method. The survey tool used to achieve the purpose of this study is the questionnaire method. Therefore, the questionnaire, which has already been verified for reliability and validity in domestic and foreign previous studies, was re-quoted, modified, or supplemented for the purpose of this study. For data processing, SPSS Windows 20.0 Version was used. For specific statistical analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed according to the purpose of analysis. The results obtained through these results are as follows. First, it was found that the contact motivation for social media sports partially affected the degree of participation in social media sports. Second, it was found that social media sports contact motivation has a partial influence on sports participation. Third, the degree of social media sports participation was found to have a partial influence on sports participation.

규칙적 체육활동 참여가 개인의 행복감에 미치는 영향과 참여유도 결정요인 (The regular physical activity impact on the individuals involved euphoria and determinants of engagement)

  • 본 연구는 개인이 행복한 삶을 영위하는데 있어 규칙적인 체육활동 참여가 미치는 영향력과 체육활동 참여 결정요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 '2014년 국민생활체육참여실태조사' 자료를 이용하여 규칙적 체육활동 참여 집단과 그렇지 않은 집단 간 행복감 차이 교차분석, 다중회귀모형을 통한 규칙적 체육활동이 행복감에 미치는 영향력과 영향요인을 분석하였다. 교차분석과 이항로짓 분석을 통해 집주변 체육시설 인지 여부에 따른 체육활동의 참여 차이와 영향요인도 분석하였다. 분석결과 규칙적 체육활동에 참여하는 집단이 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 행복감이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 연령, 교육수준, 직업유무, 소득, 결혼여부, 건강수준이 행복지수에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 집주변 체육시설 인지 여부와 규칙적 체육활동 참여와의 관계 분석 결과는 두 변수 간에 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 집주변 체육시설 인지 여부가 참여 동기로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

신체 노출 스포츠웨어 소비자의 신체존중감 및 외모관리행동에 대한 질적 연구: MZ세대 여성을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on the Body-Esteem and Appearance Management Behavior of Generation MZ Female Consumers of Body-Exposing Sportswear)

  • This study explored the relationship between Generation MZ female consumers' participation in sports activity, consumption of body-exposing sportswear, body-esteem, and appearance management behavior. In-depth interviews were conducted with twenty Generation MZ female consumers who regularly participate in sports activity and consume body-exposing sportswear. Based on transcriptions of in-depth interviews conducted with research subjects, the researcher and two assistant researchers collectively categorized and compared common characteristics found in their responses, categorized according to themes using units of words/terms and paragraphs. The main finding were as follows. Firstly, Generation MZ female consumers participated in various sports activities for an average of approximately one hour, three times per week. The effects of such participation were improvements in physical and psychological health. Secondly, Generation MZ female consumers considered aesthetical, functional, and economical factors when they consumed body-exposing sportswear, regardless of the activity in which they participated. This sportswear served to increase the efficiency of exercise and also played a motivational role. Thirdly, the overall body-esteem of Generation MZ female consumers who participated in sports activity regularly and consumed body-exposing sportswear was high. Fourthly, Generation MZ female consumers who regularly participated in sports activity and consumed body-exposing sportswear were practicing active appearance management behavior in order to show how their body had been shaped by sports activity. In addition, they were pursuing four self-images: "polished image pursue", "self-care image pursue", "natural image pursue", and "trustworthy image pursue".

근린 체육활동시설이 운동시간과 주관적 건강 수준에 미치는 영향 분석 - 국민생활체육참여실태조사(2013~2015) 자료를 중심으로 - (The Impacts of Neighborhood Sport Activity Facility on Exercise Time and Subjective Health Level - Focused on the National Sport Participation Survey (2013-2015) in Seoul, Korea -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of neighborhood sports activity facilities on the exercise time and subjective health level using the National Sport Participation Survey data(2013-2015) in Seoul, Korea. We conducted path analysis including exercise time, subjective health level and various environmental factors. From the survey data, we extracted individual's characteristics including subjective health and exercise time. In addition, we calculated physical environment variables of neighborhood units. The results of this study are as follow. First, most of moderating variables such as gender, age, income and job showed expected relationships with exercise time or subjective health level. Second, the perceived level regarding neighborhood sports facilities such as public sports facilities had a strong positive association with exercise time and subjective health level. Third, the area of public sports facility, neighborhood park and the number of schools had positive effects on the exercise time and subjective health level. Lastly, land use mix and the number of intersections showed a positive effects on exercise time. To sum up, the results indicated that public sports facility, neighborhood park and perceived environment on neighborhood sports facility are critical factors of residents' exercise time and subjective health level.

댄스스포츠 활성화를 위한 동호인의 참여 동기에 관한 연구 (The Study on The Participation Motivation of Dance Sports Activation in Dance Sports Club Members)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 3월부터 2019년 4월까지 2개월 동안 진행되었으며, G 광역시의 댄스스포츠 동호인들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 조사대상은 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며, 자기평가기입법으로 응답자에게 직접 작성토록 하였고, 댄스스포츠 통호인들을 대상으로 총 300부를 최종적으로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 23.0 버전의 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 전산처리하였다. 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach' α 방법을 실시하였고, 각 변인간의 상관성과 공선성을 확인하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 각 변인간의 인과관계를 살펴보기 위하여 다증회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 참여 동기(인지 지향, 건강지향, 기술지향, 시설지향)는 재미요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여 동기(건강지향, 기술지향, 시설지향)는 운동중독에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재미요인은 운동중독에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해 보면, 참여 동기가 재미요인과 운동중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 원인은 댄스스포츠 동호인들의 심리적으로 긍정적인 참여 동기가 운동에 대한 재미와 운동 중독에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

중학생의 방과 후 스포츠클럽활동 참가가 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the After School Sports Club Activity on the School Life Satisfaction in the Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 방과 후 스포츠클럽활동 참가가 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 2012년 9월 현재 D시 산하 중학교의 중학생 명부를 모집단으로 선정, 유층집락무선표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출한 다음 640명의 유효 표본을 최종 조사대상으로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 조사도구는 설문지였다. 독립변인은 참가유무, 참가정도(빈도, 기간, 강도)이었으며, 종속변인은 학교생활만족(교우만족, 교사만족, 학습활동, 학교행사, 규칙준수)이었다. 이러한 자료를 기초로 예비조사를 거쳐 본 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 최종 자료를 SPSSPC+ 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t검증, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 위와 같은 연구방법을 통하여 얻어진 결과를 종합하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 방과후 스포츠클럽활동 참가집단이 비참가집단에 비하여 학교생활만족 정도가 높다. 둘째, 중학생의 방과후 스포츠클럽활동 참가정도는 학교생활만족에 영향을 미친다. 구체적으로 참가빈도가 많을수록 학교생활만족 정도가 높고, 참가기간이 길수록 학교생활만족 정도가 높으며, 참가강도가 클수록 학교생활만족 정도가 높다.

노인의 여가참여유형에 따른 생활만족도의 (Differences in Life Satisfaction by Leisure Participation Types of the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a typology of leisure participation, investigate determinants of leisure participation types, and analyze differences in life satisfaction by the types of leisure participation of the elderly. The data source for this research was the 2014 Time Use Survey conducted by the Korea National Statistical office (KNSO). The statistical methods for the analysis were mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, Duncan test, cluster analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Leisure participation were classified into five types based on five categories; social activities, religious activities, media, sports, time-spending activity. The five types were named "general", "insufficient", "religious oriented", "media oriented", and sports oriented" type. Gender, health condition were identified as important determinants for the types. Life satisfaction was different according to leisure participation type of the elderly. Religious oriented type showed the highest score of life satisfaction and media oriented type showed the lowest.

미혼취업자의 여가시간 및 영향요인 연구 (Leisure Time of Unmarried Workers and Influencing Factors)

  • This study explores how unmarried workers use their leisure time according to the 2009 Korean Time Use Survey. The purposes of this study are: 1) to investigate leisure time as it relates to leisure participation rates and leisure participation time and 2) to analyze the effect of socio-demographic variables on leisure time and leisure participation by unmarried workers. The following is a summary of the major findings. First, leisure participation differed with variations in leisure activities. Unmarried workers participated in media contact, human relations activities, and hobby activities more than other activities. Participation in learning activities was higher on weekdays than on Sunday. Men participated in sports and outdoor activities more than women on Sundays. The participation rate of media contact was the highest, while the participation rate of volunteer activities was the lowest. Second, influencing factors on leisure time included gender, age, monthly income, and gender role attitudes when work time was controlled. For example, unmarried workers with egalitarian attitudes spent less leisure time. Third, gender was the strongest determinant of leisure participation. The probability of women's leisure participation was higher than men except in regards to sports and outdoor activities, and hobby activities.
