Objectives : HRHDT has been known as a useful prescription with antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and immunosuppressive activity. To evaluate anti-atopic dermatitis effect of HRHDT, we treated HRHDT in NC/Nga mice model skin induced contact hypersensitivity. Methods : Contact hypersensitivity, a local inflammatory response of skin, was induced by spreading the back skin of NC/Nga mice with 0.4${\sim}$1% DNCB. HRHDT was prepared by dissolving 3% HRHDT in solution and treated 3 weeks on the back skin. Results : HRHDT significantly reduced TEWL and erythema by 0.4${\sim}$1% of DNCB treatment compared to control group. HRHDT also reduced IgE on serum obtained from blood of DNCB-treated mice. Conclusions : These results showed that HRHDT could be used as a pharmaceutical material with anti-atopic dermatitis effect by reducing IgE in contact, hypersensitivity atopic dermatitis NC/Nga mice model by DNCB.

Local food industry has been spreading all over the world. Korea is also actively applying and developing local food industry. However, relatively high distribution cost in Korean agricultural market is hindering its further growth. Distribution cost has close relation with shipping distance. Raised distribution cost brings major impacts not only on quality and price of products but also on greenhouse gas(carbon dioxide) emissions. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution for inefficient distribution system of the local food industry to reduce overall cost and greenhouse gas. In this study, we present a location selection model for local food regional center using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The location of local food regional hub center is decided based on expert opinions on five factors: accessibility, quality, population, size of area, and shipping distance. The relative importance of the five factors has been concluded as follows: quality (0.430) ${\gg}$ population (0.262) ${\gg}$ travel distance (0.201) ${\gg}$ accessibility (0.075) ${\gg}$ and area (0.033). We apply and analyze the environmental management system model for Local food industry to develop the regional hub center site selection criteria and to analyze the effects of greenhouse gas emissions in the local food industry. This study, by applying and analyzing the environmental management system of the local food industry, is believed to be a valuable asset for managing greenhouse gas emission in the local food industry. Also, the data will be used for the autonomous local food industry's direct sales stall management. Eventually, this study will contribute so greatly to the local food industry's competitiveness that even large distribution companies will give way for the local food industry.

There has been an increasing public concern about environmental safety and human health of field crops while customer consumes more and more field crops, to which overdose and residual chemicals were applied. As a solution for the problems, construction of sustainable agroecosystem is spreading out to pursuit the economic value of agricultural management as well as to meet environment concern. Public has extended their understanding on the preservation of environment and safeness of agricultural products, and governmental policy toward sustainable agriculture drives rapid increase of the production of sustainable agricultural products. Under this circumstances, it is time to encourage more consumption and to activate market system for the sustainable agricultural products. This study was initiated to diagnose the problems and future direction of domestic sustainable agriculture by analyzing the overall opinions of consumer on the sustainable agriculture. The results are as follows: The pursuit of low input management is a prerequisite to creat high valued agricultural products, and serious consideration should be taken to produce clean crops using natural products. Consummers are willing to pay 10∼50% more prices if the products get certified by official eco-label programs. It is believed that practice of sustainable agriculture using biopesticide and natural pesticide would accelerate the rapid extension of this pro-environmental agricultural management. To activate production and consumption of sustainable agricultural products correct informations on safety should be addressed to customer, and confidence has to be brought about from customer. This could be done by obtaining various and efficient distribution route, product competency for quality, upgraded sales strategy, maximum utilization of certificate system, and practice of recall system, so on.

While traditionally threatening human infectious diseases are decreasing, chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes, including cardiovascular diseases, are spreading rapidly. Reflecting the characteristics of chronic diseases that are difficult to treat, the management of risk factors and the preparation of health promotion policies corresponding to them have emerged as important concerns around the world. Providing so-called multi-sector approach such as health promotion and disease prevention policy and solution for community response, The value of primary care is once again highlighted in the changed medical environment. As the existing medical delivery system has become difficult to cope with the people's desire for rapid aging, disease paradigm change, and quality of life improvement, European Union countries have made various efforts to improve the quality of their primary medical system, which provides continuous, com- prehensive and coordinated management. This paper examines the current status and problems of the healthcare delivery system in Korea, draws implications from the European Union examples related to the strengthening of primary care, and discusses the plans for establishing a patient-centered future medical delivery system.

Three viral insecticides were differently formulated with a nuclear polyhedrosis virus isolated from Spdodoptera litura by addition of feeding attractant, anti-precipitate of polyhedra, spreading agent, and UV-protectants. Sucrose was effective for attraction of larval feeding to increase the mortality and for protection of polyhedra from inactivation by sunlight when added 1% to 5% of sucrose solution to the formulations. Contents of additives to the formulations were 0.5% in polyvinyl alcohol to prohibit the precipitation of polyhedra and 0.1% in Triton X-100 to spread and wet the formulations to the plant. Inactivation of the virus under sunlight was decreased when added 800g of white carbon to 100 L of water in the white carbon formulation and 30% of molasses to the molasses's. In the formulation of white carbon and molasses mixtures, activation of the virus was increased when mixtured 500g of the former with 10% of the latter. Three formulations were persisted their pathogenicity more than 95% of mortality at 3 days p.i. Encapsulation of the polyhedral surface was more distinctively coated with the carbon and showed more effective in the residual effects of the white carbon than others, but the molasses more attractive for larval feeding.

A crude oil leakage from a large atmospheric storage tank occurred on 4 April 2014 at 14:50 in Ulsan City, while storing the crude oil in the tank. Emergency Rescue Control Group was deployed in the scene. The company, Fire Service Headquarters and associated agencies got together in Command Post (CP) for discussing an effective corresponding strategy. Many solution plans were drafted in the debate such as power down, stopping the facilities, checking the density of inflammable gas, suppressing oil evaporation, moving the leaked crude oil to a nearby tank and a processing plant and avoiding marine pollution. All the solutions were carried out in cooperation with several agencies and partners. The oil leakage accident was successfully settled up within the process of responding, The Fire Service Headquarters and the company thought that the most important thing was the suppression of oil evaporation and the elimination of ignition source. With Fire Service Headquarters and several agencies' every effort, an explosion and a fire didn't occurred in the scene. This study suggest the improvement of the operating system in Emergency Rescue Control Group in case of petroleum leakage, explosion and fire accidents of atmospheric storage tank, different from a ordinary disaster. Assuming that petroleum leakage in atmospheric storage tank develop the explosion and fire accidents, the spreading speed of the flame and the burning time was experimented and compared with each other. Furthermore, this study concentrates on the effective field response plan prepared for the afterward explosion and fire accidents from petroleum leak in a storage tank, with the database experimented and analyzed in accordance with the angle of radiation in the foam nozzle and the pressure of pumping in a fire engine.

White LEDs(Light Emitting Diode) offer advantageous properties such as high brightness, improved reliability, lower power consumption, and long lifetimes. An LED is an electronic device that converts an electrical signal into a tight signal and is used not only in Optical Communication Indoor wireless optical illuminating rooms, but also for wireless optical communication systems. Currently, studies about these white LEDs have been being progressed, and in this raper, we discuss the multiplex and the multiple access method of VLC(Visible Light Communication) systems using white LEDs. In proposed system, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) apples to VLC system to reduce interference of VLC system, and improve capacity. The superiority of OOK modulation is presented in analysis of results by comparing VLC-CDMA communication system using OOK(On-off keying) modulation and BPSK modulation in AWGN(Additive White Gaussian Noise) channel and Diffuse channel. And we investigate the significance of a solution of interference by multipath by comparing BER in multipath channel and AWGN channel. In the proposed system, we assume Directed LOS(Line Of Sight) and Diffuse Link, and suppose VLC-CDMA using OOC(Optical Orthogonal Code) as methods to increase efficiency of system by removing ISI(Inter Symbol Interference) caused by multiple access, optical spreading code, and also present an analysis of its performance.

This study was performed to develop jumbo granules floated and spreaded on the water surface after application, having low production and formulation cost, and safe to environment for paddy herbicides and to establish the formulation recipe. The jumbo granules of azimsulfuron with molinate(0.075+7.5%) was formulated by KCl as water soluble carrier and paraffin oil as solvent to impose the floating and spreading force to granules. That showed 100% of total granules to be floated on and spreaded upto the water surface within 25 minutes after application. Change in carriers, surfactants and pH did not affected to improve the time-course degradation of azimsulfuron in jumbo granules, but salt formation of azimsulfuron added by 1.15M solution of NaOH a little. Addition of N-methyl acrylate and modification of formulation process affected decrease in degradation of azimsulfuron upto 1.2, 2.1, and 7.2% after 2, 6 and 12 weeks under storage at $40{\pm}2^{\circ}C$, respectively, which showed the establishment of formulation recipe of the jumbo granules.

In order to improve the quality of salted sea mustard, the conditions of blanching, salting, and storage were examined. The process in which sea mustard was blanched for 20 seconds in boiling seawater, soaked in saturated brine solution for 20 hours and then salted for 10 hours by the spreading 10~20% (w/w) of granulated dry salt to obtain the moisture content of about 60% or below, resulted a good color retention of chlorophyll and carotenoid pigments, and organoleptic quality. The shelf-life of the product estimated by 30-40% pigment retention was 50-60days when stored at $4^{\circ}C$ or below.

This study started from searching for cause and solution of the part where online shopping malls are easy to start but easy to choose. It is thought that online shopping mall business has sufficient merit in the situation of Korea which is rapidly spreading internet, and it started from the opinion that if it can strengthen the characteristics of successful business start-ups, it can increase the rate of failure and reduce the failure rate. Internet shopping mall education experts gathered and discussed in depth what is the way in which mall entrepreneurs can maintain business continuously. As a result of summarizing the opinions of many shopping mall experts, we concluded that the marketing capabilities of each company should be strengthened. In addition, the importance of entrepreneurship education has emerged. In particular, it has been concluded that strengthening the competence of marketing mix is an important factor that determines the success and failure of the company. In this case, the researchers started to study this question with the question of what factor of marketing 4P has the greatest influence on the success of start-up. I also decided to study the impact of entrepreneurship education. As a result of this study, marketing mix ability as an independent variable has a significant positive effect on the success of entrepreneurship. Especially, the effect of product mix among 4Ps is significant for successful entrepreneurship.
