ZnO nanostructures have a lot of interest for decades due to its varied applications such as light-emitting devices, power generators, solar cells, and sensing devices etc. To get the high performance of these devices, the factors of nanostructure geometry, spacing, and alignment are important. So, Patterning of vertically- aligned ZnO nanowires are currently attractive. However, many of ZnO nanowire or nanorod fabrication methods are needs high temperature, such vapor phase transport process, metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), metal-organic vapor phase epitaxy, thermal evaporation, pulse laser deposition and thermal chemical vapor deposition. While hydrothermal process has great advantages-low temperature (less than $100^{\circ}C$), simple steps, short time consuming, without catalyst, and relatively ease to control than as mentioned various methods. In this work, we investigate the dependence of ZnO nanowire alignment and morphology on si substrate using of nanosphere template with various precursor concentration and components via hydrothermal process. The brief experimental scheme is as follow. First synthesized ZnO seed solution was spun coated on to cleaned Si substrate, and then annealed $350^{\circ}C$ for 1h in the furnace. Second, 200nm sized close-packed nanospheres were formed on the seed layer-coated substrate by using of gas-liquid-solid interfacial self-assembly method and drying in vaccum desicator for about a day to enhance the adhesion between seed layer and nanospheres. After that, zinc oxide nanowires were synthesized using a low temperature hydrothermal method based on alkali solution. The specimens were immersed upside down in the autoclave bath to prevent some precipitates which formed and covered on the surface. The hydrothermal conditions such as growth temperature, growth time, solution concentration, and additives are variously performed to optimize the morphologies of nanowire. To characterize the crystal structure of seed layer and nanowires, morphology, and optical properties, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) studies were investigated.

In this study, we propose the application of doping process technology for atmospheric pressure plasma. The plasma treatment means the wafer is warmed via resistance heating from current paths. These paths are induced by the surface charge density in the presence of illuminating Argon atmospheric plasmas. Furthermore, it is investigated on the high-concentration doping to a selective partial region in P type solar cell wafer. It is identified that diffusion of impurities is related to the wafer temperature. For the fixed plasma treatment time, plasma currents were set with 40, 70, 120 mA. For the processing time, IR(Infra-Red) images are analyzed via a camera dependent on the temperature of the P type wafer. Phosphorus concentrations are also analyzed through SIMS profiles from doped wafer. According to the analysis for doping process, as applied plasma currents increase, so the doping depth becomes deeper. As the junction depth is deeper, so the surface resistance is to be lowered. In addition, the surface charge density has a tendency inversely proportional to the initial phosphorus concentration. Overall, when the plasma current increases, then it becomes higher temperatures in wafer. It is shown that the diffusion of the impurity is critically dependent on the temperature of wafers.
On the basis of fabrication, the utilization of nano material in numerous industrial and technological system, obtained the utmost significance in current decade. Therefore, the current investigation presents a theoretical disposition regarding the flow of electric conducting Williamson nanoliquid over a stretchable surface in the presence of the motile microorganism. The impact of thermal radiation and magnetic parameter are incorporated in the energy equation. The concentration field is modified by adding the influence of chemical reaction. Moreover, the splendid features of nanofluid are displayed by utilizing the thermophoresis and Brownian motion aspects. Compatible similarity transformation is imposed on the equations governing the problem to derive the dimensionless ordinary differential equations. The Homotopy analysis method has been implemented to find the analytic solution of the obtained differential equations. The implications of specific parameters on profiles of velocity, temperature, concentration and motile microorganism density are investigated graphically. Moreover, coefficient of skin friction, Nusselt number, Sherwood number and density of motile number are clarified in tabular forms. It is revealed that thermal radiation, thermophoresis and Brownian motion parameters are very effective for improvement of heat transfer. The reported investigation can be used in improving the heat transfer appliances and systems of solar energy.

The effectiveness of CuSCN as a hole injection layer in large-area organic light-emitting diodes, organic solar cells, and thin-film transistors has been well demonstrated. Therefore, in this study, the surface, optical, and electrical analyses of CuSCN were carried out according to the solution process conditions in order to propose optimized film conditions. Various CuSCN solution concentrations were prepared to determine the film surface characteristics and to determine whether the film surface affects the electrical performance of the device. When the CuSCN solution concentration was low, the CuSCN film was not formed and coated in the form of islands, and when the solution concentration was increased, the CuSCN film was formed uniformly, which contributed to improving the conductivity of the device. In addition, a hole-only device was fabricated to demonstrate the role of CuSCN as a hole transport layer.

The NEMURO model is aimed to efficiently understand the interaction among factors of lower trophic level of a marine ecosystem, using data on solar radiation and sea water temperature. In this study, we analyzed the seasonal pattern of nutrients and planktons, and estimated productivity and biomass of planktons from 2002 to 2005. Nutrients($NO_3$, $NH_4$, and $Si(OH)_4$) which were used by phytoplankton showed a high concentration before the bloom of phytoplankton. Nutrients (DON, PON, and Opal) which were a byproduct of phytoplankton showed a high concentration in the same period as the bloom of phytoplankton. Both phytoplankton and zooplankton had two peaks in March and August. Estimated phytoplankton biomass from the NEMURO model showed a similar pattern with observed chlorophyll a concentrations. Biomasses of phytoplankton were bigger than those of zooplankton. Annual mean biomasses of small and large phytoplankton were estimated at 30.961 and $14.070\;{\mu}g\;l^{-1}$ respectively. Annual mean biomass of predatory zooplankton was greater than those of small and large zooplankton.

Nano bubble water is used in various washing processes, including cleaning of solar panels, salt rejection of roads, and cleaning precision parts of machines. High cleaning efficiency and water conservation are obtained by applying nano bubbles during pretreatment of the marine waste cleaning system. This study compared the salt rejection of nano bubble water, and it was revealed that marine waste was produced by wood immersed in 200,000 mg/L NaCl solution. Using tap water and nano bubble water for washing, comparisons of the surface salt concentrations of wood were determined according to the nozzle, orifice diameter, pump speed and washing time. Decreased surface salt concentration was observed on the wood surface with increasing washing time. Water consumption was optimal between 5- and 10-seconds washing time. Increasing orifice diameter of the nozzle reduced the spraying pressure, with consequent increase in the wood surface salt concentration, thereby establishing the importance of orifice diameter of the nozzle. Compared to levels obtained with tap water, salt concentration of the wood surface after washing with nano bubble water was 2.2% lower with sector nozzle, and 30.9% lower with circular nozzle. In the washing experiment using nano bubble water, the salt concentration on the wood surface was about 9.5 mg/L lower when washed with sector nozzle than the circular nozzle.

Also, t-cincreaseisdecreasein order In hydroponics, the accumulation of inorganic ions in the root zone are closely related to the irrigation volume. Therefore, the effects of irrigation volume on the growth and yield of tomatoes are very signigicant. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of irrigation volume on inorganic ions of root zone in hydroponic culture using coir substrate. The irrigation volume was adjusted to 4 levels depending on the integrated solar radiation for each growth period. The drainage ratio was calculated by daily amount of irrigation and drainage. The higher irrigation volume is, drainage ratio and water absorption tended to increase. But, the water absorption in the treatment of high irrigation volume was decreased in February and March compared to the treatment of medium high irrigation volume. By calculating monthly average irrigation volume and the drainage ratio, 120 to 1$40J/cm^2$ in January, 100 to $120J/cm^2$ in February, 80 to $100J/cm^2$ in March, 70 to $90J/cm^2$ in April and 60 to $75J/cm^2$ in May was detected as appropriate irrigation volume ranges which drainage ratio was 20-30%. The higher irrigation volume, the lower the concentration of ions decrease, which could prevent the accumulation of nutrients in the root zone. However, due to the characteristics of the coir substrate that absorbs ions, concentration of ions was significantly high when the drainage ratio was 20-30%. However, concentrations of P and K were sometimes lower in the drainage than that of irrigation water regardless of the treatment. Mg and S were the most highly accumulated ions even in the treatment of high irrigation volume. In low radiation season, there was no difference in the ion concentration in the drainage depending on the irrigation volume. In high radiation season, the lower irrigation volume, resulted to the higher ion concentration in the drainage. After March, it was difficult to prevent the increase of ions concetration in the drainage by only adjusting irrigation volume. Thus, it is necessary to decrease the EC of irrigation solution to prevent the accumulation of nutrients in the root zone.
East Asia is characterized by anthropogenic emissions resulting from the large population and fast economic growth of this region. Since the prevailing wind is westerly and northwesterly, emissions from Ul-jin can be expected to contribute to acidic deposition increase in downwind direction. Aerosols collected at the near coast site, Uljin geun, gyungbook and were analyzed for $NH_4{^+}$, $Mg^{2+}$, $Na^+$, $Ca^{2+}$, $Cl^-$, $SO_4{^{2-}}$, and $NO_3{^-}$ from Aug. 2012 to Feb. 2013. The seasonal averaged aerosol concentration showed the highest potassium and calcium ion in winter and the highest ammonium ion due to a meadow and high solar intensity in summer. Sodium and chloride ion showed the same ratio all seasons and sulfate and nitrate species showed the maximum value in winter Chemical components of aerosols collected at the near coast site, Uljin geun, gyungbook were lower by 16 to 73% than those collected at other similar environment site such as kanghwa, yangyang. Comparing air quality data at the near coast site, Uljin geun, gyungbook, There was found that Uljin coast site is less influenced by the sea salts(potassium, magnesium, calcium) and nss-$SO_4{^{2-}}$ percentage is 3~13% higher than similar condition site.

In order to achieve a high efficiency for the silicon solar cell, a passivation characteristic that minimizes the electrical loss at a silicon interface is required. In this paper, we evaluated the applicability of the oxide film formed by ozone for the tunnel silicon oxide film. To this end, we fabricated the silicon oxide film by changing the condition of ozone oxidation and compared the characteristics with the oxide film formed by the existing nitric acid solution. The ozone oxidation was formed in the temperature range of $300{\sim}500^{\circ}C$ at an ozone concentration of 17.5 wt%, and the passivation characteristics were compared. Compared to the silicon oxide film formed by nitric acid oxidation, implied open circuit voltage (iVoc) was improved by ~20 mV in the ozone oxidation and the ozone oxidation after the nitric acid pretreatment was improved by ~30 mV.

We have prepared alumina (Al2O3) doped zinc oxide (AZO) films by DC magnetron sputtering (MS) technique and obtained higher self surface texturing at a high target angle (f). We have characterized the films and applied it as a front electrode of a single junction amorphous silicon solar cell. At a lower f the deposited films show higher values of optical gap (Eg), charge carriers mobility & concentration, crystallite grain size and wider wavelength range of transmission. At higher target angle the sheet resistance, surface roughness, haze factor etc for the films increase. For f=72.5o the haze factor for diffused transmission becomes 6.46% at 540 nm wavelength. At f=72.5o the material shows a reduction in crystallinity and evolution of a hemispherical-type sub-micron surface textures. A Monte Carlo method (MCM) of simulation of the AZO film deposition shows that such an enhanced self-surface texturing of the films at higher f is possible.
