연약점토의 함수비 변화가 고화처리토의 강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Water Content Change of Soft Clay on Strength of Solidification Agent Treated Soil)

  • The improvement effect of soft ground is estimated by unconfined strength mainly. The unconfined strength of solidification agent treated soil is likely to vary with ununiformed mixing ratio and water content change of in-situ ground place by place. So, it is unreasonable to apply a solidification agent mixing ratio obtained from laboratory test results on all over the soft ground. In this study, it was analysed how the unconfined strength would be effected by the water content of soft ground. For this study, a series of unconfined compressive tests are peformed on various water content soil samples. The test results showed that the strength was fallen to 30∼80% by two times increase of water content approximately, This means that strength of solidification agent treated soil is influenced greatly by water content of raw soft ground and mixing ratio of solidification agent. It was suggested that the method how to decide the mixing ratio with soft ground water content.

  • During recent years, the large soft ground improvements very rapidly increase with industrial development and it is the types and scales of structure that is enlarged by degree. Then, we must enter construct equipment to improve soft ground and we fulfilled works by carrying out soft clay soil to gain trafficability for them. For improving the soft ground, we lay geotextile on soft clay ground and fill the filter sand that can drain the pore water. Then, we landfill cover soil for come by trafficability of construction tools. Ater that we penetrate vertical drain for dehydration through soft ground. there are very complicated works. For these reason we suggest the methods of soft ground improvement constructions.

  • 연약지반의 깊이차, 연약대 및 경사면 등에 따른 지반침하의 영향에 의해 석탑구조물은 기울어짐, 변형과 균열현상 등이 발생함으로써 석탑구조물의 장기적인 보존에 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 연약지반 특성을 고려한 상부 석탑구조물의 거동에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 연약지반 특성에 따른 역학적 분석을 통해 연약지반의 깊이차와 기울어짐 발생에 따른 영향을 고려하여 석탑구조물에 끼치는 구조적인 영향을 파악하고, 개별요소해석기법을 통해 연약지반 특성에 따른 석탑구조물의 구조모델링 및 구조해석을 수행하고자 한다.

연약지반상에 자켓팩앵커의 적용과 거동특성 (Behavior and Application of Jacket pack anchor in Soft ground)

  • The excavation site in the new city of inchon songdo is distributed with soft reclaimed soil and marine deposit. So, the general ground anchor is not applied to this layer of soft ground as the earth retaining support system, because of settlement. And then, Jacket pack anchor which is newly developed in order to increasing the pullout resistance by certain grout bulb formation and expansion effect in soft ground is applied to this site instead of the general ground anchor. Though the maximum horizontal displacement shows about 30mm~100mm (The maximum horizontal displacement/excavation depth$\fallingdotseq$0.32~1.0%) according to excavation sequence, generally excavation work finished stably. Also, load cell after setting shows almost increasing trend with increasing horizontal displacement. It means that the settlement of Jacket pack anchor in soft ground is good. From the result of this case, we knew that Jacket pack anchor was able to use the earth retaining support system in soft ground. Using Jacket pack anchor in soft ground, The allowance of the horizontal displacement is applied more than general value considering soil factors.

  • Sand compaction pile (SCP) method is composed of compacted sand pile inserted into the soft clay deposit by displacement method. SCP-reinforced ground is composite soil which consists of the SCP and the surrounding soft soil. When a surcharge load is applied on composite ground, time-dependent behavior occurs in the soft soil due to consolidation according to radial flow toward SCP and stress transfer also takes place between the SCP and the soft soil. This paper presents the numerical results of cylindrical composite ground that was conducted to investigate consolidation characteristics and the stress transfer mechanism of SCP-reinforced composite ground. The results show that the consolidation of soft clay has a significant effect on the stress transfer mechanism and stress concentration ratio of composite ground

  • If the load of constructing vehicles during the construction work acts on the road or the ground surface on the soft ground, due to the excess stresses in soils the trafficability of the vehicles influences the constructing efficiency, constructing period and so on. Stress distribution in soils is the very important element to design and to solve the problems of settlement, safety of foundations and trafficability of constructing vehicle in civil engineering. This research represents the comparative estimation of the actual and theoretical measurement on the underground stress of outer layer for each soil after the observation of each top soil layer for its vertical and horizontal stress in (1)homogeneous sand ground (2) weak stratum with the sand soil (3) weak stratum with gravel of the soil model, and it also investigates the effect of subsidence of ground by the repeated load. The underground stress turn out to be different in the value of theoretical and actual measurement after the trial examination of model.

  • 해성점토가 주를 이루고 있는 연안지역에서는 높은 함수비와 많은 세립토 함유로 매립 및 투기도 많은 어려움이 따르고 있고 시공에 있어 성토재의 부족이라는 또 다른 문제에 직면하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제지애쉬 첨가 고화제를 혼합한 현장발생 유용토의 동상특성이나 강도특성을 고려한 배합비를 결정하기 위해 혼합토의 광물학적 분석은 물론 배합비에 따른 강성의 변화를 분석하기 위한 일축압축강도실험을 수행하였다. 또한 현장발생토의 고화처리 효과를 검증하고 노상재로의 활용성을 평가하기 위해 동상시험과 휠트래킹시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 제지애쉬 첨가 고화제를 6% 혼합할 경우 전반적으로 흙쌓기 재료의 품질기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며 본 연구 결과가 현장발생토의 활용에 대한 적합한 사용기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The general ground conditions in Korea are distributed in order of fill, deposit soil, weathered soil, weathered rock, soft rock. The fill soil and deposit soil located at the top have relatively low strength compared to the lower layer, and they are sometimes classified as soft ground according to the standard penetration test results. In this study, the PF method, a ground improvement method, was applied to the soft layer, a large plate load test was conducted on the improved ground, and the results were reviewed.

전기비저항탐사를 이용한 성토하부 연약지반의 변형 해석 (Interpretation of Soft Ground Deformation under Embankment using the Electrical Resistivity Survey)

  • 해안 매립 연약지반상에 도로나 제방을 성토한 경우 연약지반 속에서는 침하, 융기, 측방유동 등의 지반변형이 빈번하게 발생한다. 연약지반의 지반변형 거동을 지상에서 원지반을 훼손하지 않고 조사하기 위하여 전기비저항탐사법을 적용하여 보았다. 본 연구에서 해안지역의 점토질 퇴적층이 주로 분포하는 서해안 시화지구의 매립지역에서 실험성토를 실시하였다. 실험성토후, 성토하중에 의한 연약지반의 변형 영향범위를 확인하기 위하여 전기비저항탐사법을 실시한 결과, 수평방향으로는 성토 지역에서 남측으로 약 5 m 범위, 수직 방향으로는 지표해 약 5~6m로서 성토 높이의 약 1.0~1.2배 심도까지 높은 전기비저항으로 성토의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 성토에 의한 연약지반의 변형을 해석하는데 전기비저항탐사 방법을 적용이 가능한 것을 확인하였다.
