This research investigates the role of entrepreneurial leadership in micro-enterprise development in the district of Majalengka in West Java, Indonesia. This study applied a qualitative content analysis method to understand the phenomenon of micro-enterprises comprehensively. The data of this research was collected using surveys, interviews, and a group discussion. The findings indicated that technological information adaptation plays a crucial role in the development of micro-enterprise development. Since the group of millennials dominated the leadership, it has provided more creativity by implementing technological information instead of the previous generation that faced difficulties in adopting the technology. This study noted that inadequate technology adaptation makes micro-business gradually lose customers, and the business was threatened to close. Meanwhile, the role of leadership drives the business development, sales have risen, the number of products has been increasingly diverse, and business capital and number of employees have grown. The establishment of an entrepreneur group could facilitate peer-to-peer contact, knowledge transfer, training, and intervention to enhance leadership and business development. This finding pointed out that the leadership will successfully influence business development when supported by several characteristics such as manage the business, capture opportunities, confidence, firmness, personal integrity, communication, and social and technical expertise.

As Korea experienced a Asian foreign exchange crisis in 1997 and a world financial crisis in 2008, the social structure of Korea has undergone many changes. The problem of polarization has become more serious, and the social class has become harder to move between strata. This problem has been accompanied by a growing sense of crisis that the power of social development can be lost along with the problem of population cliffs. Behind the crisis is a reflection of the fact that the growth-oriented economic policies and welfare policies implemented in various European countries can not solve the problem. As an alternative to this, the emergence of social enterprises is attracting attention. Social enterprises have the characteristic of seeking to generate economic profit in order to achieve the purpose of the public interest to provide jobs to the underprivileged. In recent years, the importance of social ventures to expand the scope of new social enterprises in innovative ways has increased. The social venture is a venture business in that it takes risks to develop new areas, not existing business areas, but it also has the character of a social enterprise to achieve the public interest. In other words, an innovative corporate model that provides a creative and challenging solution of social problems in the venture spirit. Although the interest and importance of social enterprises and social ventures are increasing, this academic research is still lacking. The purpose of this study is to introduce and analyze cases of successful social enterprises and social ventures in order to reflect these social interests and their importance and to fill the gap of previous studies. In addition, I hope that this study will stimulate interest and research on the start - up of social venture.
This study has been carried out to confirm public opinion on city restoration project, to suggest basic direction of future city restoration, and to suggest improvement polices, and finally, to grow as self-supporting social enterprises rehabilitating local economy to stabilize themselves as a model for job creation. In this study, we reviewed city restoration projects and suggested successive model by collecting various policy data for regional social service linking them with social enterprises, and for social job creation, based on city restoration projects.

This study aims to explore whether the consumers' perceptions of fashion social enterprises' motives for seeking social value affects the consumers' purchase behavior. Specifically, the relationships among the egoistic and strategic driven attribution (ESDA), value-driven attribution (VDA), positive authenticity (PA), negative authenticity (NA), anticipated satisfaction (ANS), and willingness to pay a premium price (WPP) were examined. 151 respondents participated in an online survey. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis. The results revealed that PA, which was positively affected by VDA, was negatively affected by ESDA. However, NA, which was positively affected by ESDA, was negatively affected by VDA. In addition, ANS affecting WPP was influenced by both VDA and PA. In conclusion, this study clearly shows that prioritizing the inherent purposes of social enterprises can lead to more consumers buying products, even though social enterprises set fashion products at higher prices.
The concept of humanity is considered as the common issue of various areas in the $21^{st}$ century. The diverse issues such as social design, social enterprise, and ethical consumption, etc., actually involves in the humanity. The unique aspect is that they focus on the disadvantaged group and want to do something for their severe situation in spite of the economic recession all the world faced. This paper shows how the social design appeared as a paradigm of the $21^{st}$ century design on the historical consideration, and tries to prove that the social design is not a new trend but the subtle movement that begun from $19^{th}$ century.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors which influence social and economic performance of social enterprises, and to examine the correlation of factors affecting social and economic performance. This study was conducted following the hypothesis that the organizational characteristics(organizational type, certification type, certification year, social service supply type, and external grants) of social enterprises affect social and economic performance, and that significant correlation exists between social and economic performance. This study collected the disclosure materials of 219 social enterprises certified between 2007- 2014 from the directory of the Korean Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The study results are as follows: First, organizational characteristics affect social performance(i.e. jobs for the vulnerable classes). In addition, certification year and external grants had a positive effect on social performance. Second, the organizational characteristics affect the economic performance(i.e. sales), and certification year and external grants had a positive effect on economic performance. However, organizational type had a negative effect on the economic performance(i.e. sales). Third, analysis found a positive correlation of factors affecting social and economic performance. This study suggests the need to diversify support policies according to the number of authentication years in order to promote self-reliance and sustainability by maximizing the social and economic performance of social enterprises.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social entrepreneurship on organizational performance and to identify network moderating effects on social entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Data collected from 189 employees working in social enterprises were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program. Results are as follows: First, innovativeness, proactiveness, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on social performance. Second, proactiveness, risk-taking, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on economic performance. Third, the network significantly moderated the effects on innovativeness, proactiveness, social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, and social performance. Fourth, the network significantly moderated the effects on proactiveness which was a sub-factor of social entrepreneurship, and economic performance. These results exhibited that the social entrepreneurship was effective to increase the organizational performance by activating the network and proposed a useful approach for further studies as an investigation method.
This study is an empirical analysis on Moderating Effect of Government support on Relationship between Social Entrepreneurship and Organizational Performance. Previous studies have focused on case studies for specific companies and studies on Social entrepreneurship have been carried out in recent years. As the interest in social enterprises is increasing due to the problem of social polarization, it is necessary to study the causal relationship between social entrepreneurship and organizational performance deeply, and the government continues to provide government support for social enterprises. However, there is a lack of research on the effects of government support on social entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Therefore, this study analyzes the Proactiveness and Risk-taking of social entrepreneurship and examines the causal relationship between the organization's economic performance and social performance and the moderating effect of government support on the members of the social enterprise in Chungcheong area based on the previous research It is expected that the researcher will give academic and practical value to practitioners. As a result of this study, it is shown that the risk sensitivity of social entrepreneurship has a significant effect on the economic performance, and the Proactiveness of entrepreneurship and Risk-taking of social entrepreneurship all have a positive effect on the social performance, The results of the study show that government support has only a positive effect on the moderating effects of the variables of enterprising and social performance among the variables. The results of this study suggest that social entrepreneurship in social enterprises is an important factor affecting organizational performance. Therefore, if managers of social enterprises continue to educate and apply social entrepreneurship to their members, The social and economic performance of social enterprises will increase, which will help to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In addition, although the government has implemented various policies to support social enterprises, there is no expectation of government support for organizational performance because of the lack of support from the government after social enterprise certification. And to develop the government's fine - tuned upbringing policy that can improve organizational performance.
Purpose - ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance) rating is an indicator to predict the sustainable development and long-term value creation of enterprises, which is becoming more and more important. This study divided the ESG rating into each sector(E, S and G) to identify which ESG elements are effective in enhancing enterprise value according to the characteristics of the enterprise, which is different from previous studies. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, Bloomberg ESG Disclosure Score was used to empirically analyze the relationship between ESG ratings and corporate value by taking the listed companies of China's Shanghai Composite Index from 2017 to 2020 as the object. Findings - First, the relationship between ESG ratings and enterprise value shows a statistically significant positive correlation, which supports the results of previous studies. Second, the analysis results from the classification of ownership structure of enterprises (state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises) show that compared with state-owned enterprises, the ESG ratings of non-state-owned enterprises is more closely related to enterprise value. Third, the analysis of various industries (manufacturing and non-manufacturing) shows that compared with manufacturing, ESG scores of non-manufacturing has a more positive effect on enterprise value. Lastly, the analysis by industry type (heavy-contaminated companies, non-contaminated companies) confirmed that ESG scores of non-contaminated companies has a positive effect on corporate value than heavy-contaminated companies. Research implications or Originality - This study classified ESG evaluation grades(E, S and G) for listed companies in China and analyzed in detail how they affect corporate value according to corporate characteristics, drawing implications for what ESG indicators should be focused on to increase corporate value.

A social enterprise is an enterprise that pursues a social purpose with financial resources obtained through its own profit-making activities.. In a rapidly changing market environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult for social enterprises to maintain sustainability. Due to the poor and limited resources of social enterprises, the core competency of human resources is the most important point. In order for social enterprises to maintain their sustainability, it is very urgent to create conditions so that workers can stably commit themselves in their work. Therefore, this study tried to increase the sustainability of social enterprises by empirically analyzing the factors that affect job commitment among workers of social enterprises. As factors affecting job commitment, job fit and organizational justice factors were derived. In addition, the moderating effect of emotional leadership was also analyzed in the relationship between them. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of social enterprises and 260 valid samples were used for the analysis. The empirical analysis results were as follows. Job knowledge, job skill, job experience, job desire as sub-factors of job fit, and distributive justice, procedural justice, which were sub-factors of organizational justice, had a significant positive (+) effect on job commitment. The impact of influence was in the order of procedural justice, job experience, job desire, distributive justice, job skill, and job knowledge. On the other hand, the significance of interactional justice was not tested. Emotional leadership was analyzed to play a moderating role between job knowledge, job skill, job desire, distributive justice, procedural justice and job commitment. However, moderating effect were not tested between job experience, interactional justice and job commitment. The results of this empirical study expanded the scope of existing job-related studies by empirically analyzing the factors affecting job commitment within the category of social enterprises at the academic level. At the psychological level, job experience was found to be one of the most important factors among various influencing factors. Significant implications necessary for future training for workers and implementation of various systems were presented.
