독일은 현재 다양한 장애유형에 대해 보편적으로 확장된 사회안전망을 구축하고 있으며, 재활과 사회통합적 차원에서 장애인의 고용촉진정책을 적극적으로 시행해 오고 있다. 독일의 정당 가운데 사회 민주당(Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands)은 사회주의적 이념을 기반으로 국가의 강력한 개입을 통해 사회내 소외계층의 복지증진을 추구해온 전통이 있다. 그러나 신자유주의적 세계화가 확산되면서 사민당의 노선에 변화가 일기 시작하여 '신중도'로 불리는 새로운 복지정책의 이념이 나타나게 되었다. 이러한 가운데에 장애인고용정책에도 신중도적 노선의 이념이 반영되리라고 유추해 볼 수 있지만 이에 대한 연구는 아직 발표되고 있지 않다. 본 논문은 우선 독일 사민당의 전통적인 사회복지적 접근방향에 대해 살펴보고, 현재 집권하고 있는 슈뢰더 정부의 변화된 접근관점을 전통적 관점과 비교해 보았다. 그런 다음에 1998년 이후부터 추진되고 있는 슈뢰더 정부의 중증장애인 고용정책에 대해 전반적으로 살펴보고, 정책의 효과를 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 슈뢰더 정부의 신자유주의적 복지이념은 장애인 고용정책에는 적용되지 않고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 독일 장애인고용정책이 우리나라에 시사하는 함의를 제시하며 글을 맺었다.

본 연구에서는 과학영재학생들의 내적 및 관계적 요소가 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 달의 위상변화와 출몰 시각 변화에 대하여 사회적 공동구성과 과학적 모델링을 강조한 수업에서 나타나는 과학 영재학생들의 상호작용에서의 역할을 분석하고 유형별로 범주화하였으며, 선행 연구를 바탕으로 도출한 성격유형 자아개념 친구관계 부모관계 교사관계의 5가지 요소를 설문지와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 파악한 뒤 상호작용의 양상과 학생들에게서 나타난 각 요소의 연관성을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 평소 친구와의 친밀도와 학교수업 참여도가 상호작용과 연관성이 높은 요소로 나타났으며 성격유형이나 자아개념, 부모관계의 영향은 상대적으로 적었다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들의 상호작용을 활발하게 만들기 위해서는 개인 내부의 다양한 요인까지 고려해야 하며, 이를 위해 필요한 전략도 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 복지의 제공자 중심의 서비스를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 소비자주의에 대한 사회복지사들의 주관적 개념화를 파악하기 위한 것이다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 소비자주의에 대한 주관적 개념은 임파워먼트형, 시장기제형, 다중개방형, 전통가치형 등 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이들은 각각 소비자주의에 대한 특정적 확장적 차원에 의해, 전통적 개혁적 차원에 의해, 수단적 목적적 차원에 의해 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 사회에서 모호하게 이해되고 있는 소비자주의 개념을 구체화함으로써 소비자 친화적인 정책 및 실천 프로그램과 전문가 교육 프로그램 개발에, 그리고 소비자주의를 지향하는 장애인복지의 정책, 실천현장, 이론, 운동 등 제 영역들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 원활히 하는데 기여할 것이다.

Nowadays, the change of the social structure such as the elderly society and the broken traditional family conception is progressing rapidly. The social change produced a lot of problems, and the welfare from among these is the urgent problem. The welfare for the aged is very important problem in an aging society. The changes of industrial and economic structures also caused the increase of double-income families. The numbers of schoolchildren decreased rapidly because of the low birth and elderly society. So, many idle spaces of existing school facilities have emerged, and these left spaces is being blamed for the fiscal waste. If these idle spaces were used for the welfare-facilities, it will be of assistant to solve the problem about welfare and use the school facilities effectively. And then, the big profit from these enterprises can be used for the better welfare for education.

In these OECD countries, left-wingers Government focus on unemployment, but right-wingers Government cares more about inflation. It is that inflation and unemployment don't have differential effects across rich and poor and the happiness levels of these two groups are unaffected by identity of the Government in power. The poor people choose to left-wingers Government, but rich people prefer to right-wingers Government. I estimate whether above opinion is correct or not. Especially I check how my results change when I control for aggregate economy activity and government consumption, two variables that could be correlated with inflation and unemployment and affect each Government's happiness differentially. This paper, and I believe much of the happiness literature, can be understood as an application of experienced utility, a conception that emphasis the pleasures derived from private consumption and sentiment of it. In Granger Causality test, private consumption sentiment index related with industrial production interactively in Korea. The business cycles affect on private consumption sentiment index.

최근 사회서비스의 문제해결을 위해 공공성 강화 논의가 대두되고 있다. 그 중요성도 부각되고 있으나 공공성의 의미와 중요성에 대한 논의는 충분하지 못하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구들에 나타난 사회서비스 공공성의 개념을 범주화하여 살펴보고, 이를 종합하여 사회서비스 공공성 개념을 재구조화함으로 향후 과제를 모색해 보고자 하였다. 사회서비스 공공성은 주체의 공공성, 과정의 공공성, 내용의 공공성 차원에서 여러 요소들이 유기적으로 결합된 개념으로 다양하게 이해될 수 있다. 이에 기존의 공공성 개념보다 확장되고 전체적인 관점에서 논의할 필요가 있다. 또한 공공성에 대한 경험적인 검증과 유형화 연구는 현재의 공공성을 이해하는데 유용한 방법이 될 수 있다. 나아가 사회서비스 공공성은 단순한 개념 정립보다 담론의 과정을 통해서 현실적인 의미를 구체화하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 기존의 사회복지분야 선행연구들에서 나타난 사회서비스 공공성의 구성요소들을 재구조화하여 새로운 관점에서 정의하고자 하였으며, 앞으로의 연구방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

소셜 네트워크 게임은 비동기식 접속방식을 통하여 플레이어간의 지속적인 참여를 유도한다. 이러한 특징은 SNG 플레이어간의 적극적인 사회적 연결성을 요구하며, SNG의 주된 목적에 속한다. SNG의 사회적 연결성은 플레이어의 게임 내 행동속성을 공간 개념으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문은 SNG 플레이어의 행동을 Social Connectedness(SC)와 Non-Social Connectedness(NC)로 나누고 세부행동을 분류, 탐색하였으며, 실험을 통하여 각 행동을 비교하고 재미성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 결과는 SNG 개발에 적용할 수 있는 모델을 설계하는 데 있어 그 범위를 제안하며, SNG 플레이경험을 통한 플레이어의 행동을 단순화하여 대규모 플레이어의 행동을 빠르게 확인하기 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다.

In the study, conceiving that signifying processes like model, setting, advertisement and description are important to promote the purchase of clothes that would satisfy consumer's desire by their expressing mode, I considered the processes of components of which fashion ads consist. As for the methods to study, I regarded the results presented from prior researches of clothing & textiles and other disciplines for the components of fashion ads and objectified their image that may be interpreted subjectively: and then, I adopted to analyse them using advertisement-semiological method to make clear the signifying processes. The results are as follow: 1. Fashion ad, one of visual symbols to transfer brand image, conveys the image with which various components are combined like model, clothes, setting and description as signs. ① the image of clothes amy be differently expressed according to social, cultural norm and individual characteristics, in the case of clothes, therefore, the signified can be regarded as the transferred image by design of the clothes① sign, and the abstract conception which may be rise to mind by the image in a ceratin culture. ② Each signifier such as countenance, line of vision, attitude and hairstyle of a model conveys different image, or the signified, respectively, and it amy operate as a sign that can express the brand image symbolically. ③ The signifiers like background, color and property symbolize the advertised merchandise of clothes and define it attribute.. 2. In the case of fashion ads, key referent systems are fashion phenomena, contemporary role image, social psychology, common morality, and social, economical and milieu.

In order to have better understanding of the concept and meaning of soundscape, it is very important to consider entirely the objectives, activities, historical development processes and accomplishments of world soundscape project leading by R. Murray Schafer. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of this study is to inquire into the concrete development processes and practical activities of the soundscape in order to correspond to Schafer's conception of a tuning of the world. The establishment of WSP is based on noise pollution, listening attitudes and noisy music. Schafer formulated 5 types of item as a target, and wrote down concrete activities to achieve the goals. Especially, he devised the conceptual, educational, political and social strategies as the practical strategies of WSP. It is obtained various products by the activities of WSP from the planning starting year in 1969 to the stagnation period in 1979. That is, there are the social survey on noise-vancouver 1969, the book of noise, Okeanos, a study of community noise by-laws in canada 1972, the music of the environment, the vancouver soundscape, european sound diary, five village soundscapes, handbook for acoustic ecology and so on. The research activities of WSP arouse inspiration in many people interested in sound. Specially, it is emphasized the importance of increasing for their social roles in order to more actively improve and create the quality of sound environment. Also, it shows us the directions on how to lead our furture sound.

The following thesis has been composed with the inspiration attained from Paul Ardenne's conception on Contextual Art. In Europe and in the United States, there is a group of artists who emphasize in the importance of artist's participation in social, political, economical, environmental and moral issues. Since the 1960's, these artists have pondered on Modernism's ideas where art is contextually separated from humanly issues whereas the manners of such artists put on emphasis in the intent to participate in the real human social and ethical issues. Forerunner in this field of art such as Wolfgang Leib display hybrid or meta style in their work. His work displays a quadrilateral form of pollen which represents the simultaneous blending of two mixed ideas such as the abstract from the real. Thus heterogeneous style and philosophy which includes a range of medias and today's trend is observed in Contextual Art. Such art form is also found in landscapes where it is not seen as an observable object but rather an interactive object. It is correlated to Arte Povera of the Italian Art Movement, Support-Surface of the French Art Movement and lastly to the Fluxus. Through these art movements, we find a mutual antipathy towards putting art for sales in the capitalism market and reflect the social role of art in postmodern era.
