수정된 2단계 스킾-로트 샘플링 검사계획 (Modified Two-Level Skip-Lot Sampling Plans)

  • Skip-lot sampling plans for lot-by-lot inspection are more desirable than the continuous sampling plans for units in modern mass production system under the condition of the submitted product is good. Perry(1973a, 1973b) extended the Dodge(1955)′s skip-lot sampling plans to single and two-level skip-lot sampling plans and Parker & Kessler (1981) modified Perry(1973a)′s plans so that a sample of size one is taken from every lot skipped during the skipping mode. In this paper, Perry(1973b)′s two-level skip-lot sampling plans are modified by applying Parker & Kessler′s plan, designated as MTSkSP1, MTSkSP2, MTSkSP3. Operating characteristic(OC) functions, average sample numbers(ASN) and average outgoing qualities(AOQ) for the proposed plans are derived using Markov chain properties and compared each other and Perry′s plans. The proposed plans not only reduce the ASN but also avoid the danger skipping lots entirely when the lots are produced during sudden "out-of-control".

The general formulas of the operating characteristic(OC) function, average sample number(ASN) and average outgoing quality(AOQ) for the plan are derived using Markov chain properties. The operating characteristic curves, average sample numbers and average outgoing qualities of a reference plan, modified two-level, three-level and five-level skip-lot sampling plans are compared.

  • This paper is a generalization of single and two-level skip-lot sampling plans to n-level. On every skipping inspection of the n-level skip-lot sampling plan, not only the number of consecutive lots to be accepted but also the fraction of lots to be inspected can be freely choosed. The general formulas of the operating characteristic function, average fraction inspected, average sample number and average outgoing quality in n-level skip-lot sampling plan are derived.   • This paper presents another system of multi-level skip-lot sampling plan, which can directly retum to normal inspection from any skpping inspection level when a sudden shift for the worse in the process mean occurs. All the other properties of the proposed sampling plan are similar to those of the Choi's(1993) plan. The formula of the poerating characteristic function for the proposed n-level skip-lot sampling plan is derived. Sone poerating characteristic properties for the proposed plan are graphically compared with those of the Choi's plan.

  • 본 논문은, 품질이 좋은 제품일수록 검사비용을 줄여서 생산성을 높일 수 있도록, 1단계와 2 단계 스 로트 샘플링검사 계획을 n단계 스 로트 샘플링 검사 계획으로 일반화한 것이다. 이 다단계 스 로트 샘플링검사 계획에서는 매 검사단계마다 연속적으로 합격되어야 할 로 트의 수뿐만 아니라 구분의 크기까지를 자유롭게 택할 수 있게 되어있다. 또한 검사특성곡 선의 일반 형태를 도출하였고, 이를 이용하여 2단계 및 3단계 스 로트 샘플링검사 계획을 비교하였다.스 로트 샘플링검사 계획을 비교하였다. 비교하였다.

  • 다단계 스킵-로트 샘플링 검사계획(Choi, 1993)을 수정하여, 1단에 정규검사 2단에 단지(段地, terrace)검사를 둔 2단으로 분할된 스킵-로트 샘플링 검사계획을 설계하였다 스킵-로트 샘플링 검사계획은 제품의 품질이 우수할 경우에는 더 높은 단계의 검사를 수행하고, 그렇지 않을 경우에는 곧 바로 정규검사 또는 단지검사로 되돌아가도록 되어 있다. 마코프 연쇄를 이용하여 분할된 3단계의 샘플링 검사계획의 검사특성곡선을 도출하여 그 성질을 규명하고, Choi의 샘플링 검사계획과도 비교하였다.

  • In this paper, a optimal designing methodology is proposed to determine the parameters for skip-lot sampling plan of type SkSP-2 plan with double sampling plan as reference plan, when the lifetime of the product follows generalized exponential distribution. The two points on the operating characteristic curve approach are used to find the optimal parameters for the proposed plan. The plan parameters are determined so as to minimize the average sample number subject to satisfying simultaneously both producer and consumer risks at the acceptable and limiting quality levels respectively.
