외국의 농촌청소년 개발사업의 현황과 시사점 (A Study on the Rural Youth Programs of Foreign Countries)

  • The purposes of this study were to review the rural youth programs of selected foreign countries and to draw some implications to the rural youth programs in Korea. The youth development programs reviewed were 4-H Youth Development Program of U.S.A, Rural Youth Information Service of Australia, Rural Youth Job Strategy of Canada, The Urban-Rural Youth Program of U.S.A, and Expert Consultation on Extension Rural Youth Programmes and Sustainable Development of FAO. After reviewing the rural youth programs of selected foreign countries, the authors suggested the following implications for further development of rural youth programs in Korea; 1. The target group of rural youth programs should include urban youth as well as rural youth, and the programs should be focused on enlarging their awareness of the rural community and agriculture. 2. Rural youth programs should be extended beyond agricultural sectors, such as leadership, career development, leisure activity, and cultural life. 3. We should develop some programs to support academic achievement, career development, employment, cultural needs including some strategies to prevent problematic behaviors of rural youth. 4. Rural youth should be supported more opportunities to join the community life to experience and learn various life skills through active participation such as interpersonal skill, leadership skill, and problem-solving skill.

농촌지역 학생의 지역사회참여가 리더십기술에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Community Participation of Rural Students on Leadership Skill)

  • Youth leadership development is crucial domain of youth development. The study was to analyze the influences of youth community participation and organizational engagements on youth leadership development. Community participation of youth was categorized fours factors; service activity, school engagement, conversation participation and political activity. The survey was employed by rural students in Daegu and KoungBuk area. Major findings of the study were as followed; First rural students' community participation of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Second, rural students' participating community organization of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Third, youth leadership skill was positively influenced by students school engagement. The study showed that youth leadership is positively influenced by community participation of rural students. The study suggested that rural youth should encourage to participate community organization and community activities for developing youth leadership skill.

글로벌 공학리더를 양성하기 위한 리더십 역량 연구 (A Study on a Leadership Skill for Cultivating Global Engineering Leaders)

  • This study proposes content and instruction of leadership education based on the results of evaluation and analysis of leadership skill of present levels of students who registered for 'leadership development and training' course which is liberal arts elective course of the 'Accreditation Board of Engineering Education in Korea' and provides best practices to develop leadership skill and to attain academic achievement 2, 4, 6, 7 of 12 academic achievement required by KEC2005. To accomplish a purpose of the study, I divide leadership skill into technical skill, human skill and conceptual skill that suggested by Katz and then measure students' leadership skill. The contents of leadership education to develop and enforce three leadership skills are as follows. First, for developing technical skill, there is a need for systematic education of basic working experience relevant to a major field of study. Second, for developing human skill, there is a need for education of leadership, motivation, conflict management, communication, group dynamics and presentation etc. Third, for developing conceptual skill, there is a need for education of founding vision, business strategy and creative idea etc.

공과대학 학생들의 평생학습 능력 개발을 위한 전략 분석과 제언 (Strategy Analysis and Proposal for the development of lifelong learning skill of Engineering College Students)

  • 본 연구는 평생학습의 개념과 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력의 요인과 외국 공과대학에서 이루어지고 있는 평생학습 능력 개발 사례를 살펴봄으로써 우리나라 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발시킬 수 있도록 제언을 하였다. 이를 위하여 평생학습을 주요어로 하여 개념, 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력 요인, 적용 사례를 중심으로 '문헌연구'를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발하기 위한 전략과 시사점을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 보다 실증적인 연구를 통해 실제 적용 가능한 프로그램을 개발하고 효과에 대한 검증이 필요하다.

기상청 기후예측시스템(GloSea5)의 여름철 동아시아 몬순 지수 예측 성능 평가 (Prediction Skill for East Asian Summer Monsoon Indices in a KMA Global Seasonal Forecasting System (GloSea5))

  • There are lots of indices that define the intensity of East Asian summer monsoon (EASM) in climate systems. This paper assesses the prediction skill for EASM indices in a Global Seasonal Forecasting System (GloSea5) that is currently operating at KMA. Total 5 different types of EASM indices (WNPMI, EAMI, WYI, GUOI, and SAHI) are selected to investigate how well GloSea5 reproduces them using hindcasts with 12 ensemble members with 1~3 lead months. Each index from GloSea5 is compared to that from ERA-Interim. Hindcast results for the period 1991~2010 show the highest prediction skill for WNPMI which is defined as the difference between the zonal winds at 850 hPa over East China Sea and South China Sea. WYI, defined as the difference between the zonal winds of upper and lower level over the Indian Ocean far from East Asia, is comparatively well captured by GloSea5. Though the prediction skill for EAMI which is defined by using meridional winds over areas of East Asia and Korea directly affected by EASM is comparatively low, it seems that EAMI is useful for predicting the variability of precipitation by EASM over East Asia. The regressed atmospheric fields with EASM index and the correlation with precipitation also show that GloSea5 best predicts the synoptic environment of East Asia for WNPMI among 5 EASM indices. Note that the result in this study is limited to interpret only for GloSea5 since the prediction skill for EASM index depends greatly on climate forecast model systems.

학사학위전공심화과정 재학생들의 직무적합성, 상사적합성이 기술개발의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Junior College's Bachelor's Degree Course Students' Job-Fit and Supervisor-Fit on Intention to Skill Development : Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 학사학위전공심화과정에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 이들이 조직생활에서 경험하는 직무차원과 관계차원의 적합성이 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘을 규명하였으며 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성과 기술개발의도간의 관계에 있어 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정결과 첫째, 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 직무만족은 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인-직무적합성은 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 개인-상사적합성도 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인학습자들의 기술개발 활동에 이르는 과정을 환경적 요인으로부터 규명했다는 측면에서 새로운 시도이자 이론적 시사점을 갖는다고 생각하며 기업의 인적자원관리 관점과 성인교육 관점에서 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

지역사회 청소년의 리더쉽기술과 조직몰입 관계분석 (Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Skills and Organizational Commitment of Community Youth)

  • Rearing community youth has been main factors of sustainable agriculture and rural community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the leadership skill and organizational commitment of community youth and to investigate the relationship between leadership skill and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The study was adopted t-test, ANOVA factor analysis and correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, community youth married, wealthier, and expanded farming area were more likely to have leadership life skills than others. Second, community youth wealthier and expanded farming area were more likely to have organizational commitment than others. Third, group activity, being leader, teaming skill, communication self understanding, decision making, language skill among leadership skills have positively correlated with organizational commitment.

공학계열 학생들의 팀웍 스킬 구성요소 개발 (Development of the Elements of Teamwork Skill for Engineering Students)

  • This study had a purpose to investigate elements of teamwork skill for engineering students. For this, literature review and delphi method were used. The delphi survey was conducted with 20 experts consisting of experts in engineering, education, and industry field. 22 elements of teamwork skill for engineering students were finally developed. Teamwork skill included knowledge, skill, and attitude for engineering students. Further, the results of this study present a guideline to develop teamwork skill in engineering education.

  • 본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수·학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 자기개발능력을 개발하였다. 자기개발능력은 업무를 추진할 때 스스로를 관리하고 개발하는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 직업과 자기개발, 자기관리 능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 사례분석을 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

NCS 직업기초능력에 대한 4년제 공학계열 대학생, 졸업생, 인사담당자의 인식 차이 및 교육요구도 분석 (Analysis of differences in perceptions and educational needs of university students, graduates, human resource manager on NCS basic job skill)

  • 본 연구는 공과계열 4년제 대학생, 졸업생, 인사담당자를 대상으로 NCS 직업기초능력의 중요도, 현재 자신의 수준, 교육요구를 파악하여 대학의 NCS 교육과정 개발 및 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 533명, 졸업생 730명, 인사담당자 106명을 대상으로 NCS 직업기초능력의 중요도 및 자신의 수준을 조사하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 인사담당자는 재학생, 졸업생에 비해 모든 역량이 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 졸업생은 재학생에 비해 모든 역량에 있어 현재 자신의 수준이 높다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재학생과 졸업생은 자기개발능력, 기술능력, 문제해결능력에 대한 교육요구도가 높았고, 수리능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력, 직업윤리에 대한 교육요구도가 낮게 나타났다. 반면 인사담당자는 자기개발능력, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력에 대한 교육요구도가 높았으며, 수리능력, 자원관리능력, 정보능력, 기술능력, 조직이해능력, 직업윤리에 대한 교육요구도가 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 재학생 및 졸업생, 인사담당자가 인식하는 교육요구도를 종합적으로 고려하여 NCS 교육과정을 개발 적용할 필요가 있다.
