Building information modeling refers to combination or set of technologies and organizational solutions that are expected to increase collaboration in the construction industry and to improve the productivity and quality of the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings. For enhanced communication among project participants, various information which BIM model usually includes is provided, furthermore data which contain exchange of unstructured information is needed. If the extension of BIM standard file format for practical use of design Issue information about collaborative design process is fulfilled, the productivity and quality of design will be improved.

Recent researches of network structure are moving to high-level networks because there are already many research results of low-level network. Especially, current network services has been changed to the multimedia service using multicast routing such as IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) service. And then previous multicast services were provider oriented. So previous multicast structures were organized server/client model. But future multicast services will make user oriented services. Therefore there will be many service providers in the future. At this point, we study P2P network for supporting multi provider. So we research load balancing and contents lookup protocols in P2P network. In this paper, we propose network protocol and system based on super peer P2P for load balancing and efficiently service search. And we considered mobile environment for mobile IPTV.

건강의 질을 높이고 효율적인 건강전달체계를 마련하기 위해서, 전자건강기록시스템은 건강서비스를 제공하는 의료기관에서 중요하다. 그러나 국내 의료기관에서 현재 운용되는 시스템은 데이터 검색 및 처리를 위해서 분산 환경의 독립적인 소프트웨어 인터페이스를 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해, 새로운 시스템과의 연계시 각각의 인터페이스 모듈을 구입하거나 개발하는데 추가적인 비용 및 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 가정간호서비스를 서비스지향아키텍처기반으로 구현 한 후 평가를 수행하였다. 서비스 시나리오를 근간으로 프로세스 모델링과 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 서비스 설계를 위해서 다섯 가지의 검증 항목을 기준으로 17개의 후보 서비스를 도출하였다. 최종 서비스 도출을 위해 서비스리트머스테스트(service litmus test) 기법을 사용하여 7개의 서비스를 선정하였다. SOA 기반의 정보시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스 개선으로 환자 대기시간을 단축하는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로, 병원정보 시스템이 소비자의 다양한 요구사항에 유연하게 대응하기 위해서는 상호운용성, 재사용성, 유지보수 등이 탁월한 SOA 기술적용을 고려하여야 한다.

In recent years, speedy development of Taiwan's hotel industry intensifies market competition, customers' demands on hotel services quality also increase with the increase of their consumption consciousness, and their demands on hotel types diversify, therefore hotel industry should concern on their unique management services quality brought by their different hotel types. The current designed service system or service transmission process may fail to meet customers' demands owing to emphasizing degree gap in service quality. What is worse, it is difficult for hotel industry to actualize complete customer segregation and to provide customized services, therefore comprehensive understanding of customers' demands on the service quality of different types hotels would contribute to operating management improvement of Taiwan hotel industry. This paper divides Taiwan hotels into three types: international tourism commercial type, holiday type and motel, the general hotels. It studies the emphasize degree gap in service quality between the industry and the customers. Data analysis shows that service quality gap (perceived gap) of hotels of different types exists in several quality aspects; what's more, the perceived gaps, service quality aspects, and its items of different types of hotel are also different. After an integrated analysis, this paper puts forward a general and customer-oriented quality item suitable for hotel industry to shorten the perceived gap of service quality, so that the hotel industry could design a service system and service transfer system, which could meet most lodging customers' demands in the context of pluralized customer sources.

서비스는 경쟁업체와 차별화시킴으로써 기업의 생산성을 향상시키고 기업에 대한 고객의 충성심을 극대화시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 대중교통 서비스를 이용하는 소비자의 욕구와 요구도 과거에 비해 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있으며, 기업의 서비스를 바라보는 소비자의 눈높이도 당연히 높아지고 있다. 기업이 이러한 환경 속에서 살아남기 위해서는 충성고객의 확보와 함께 서비스 수준을 향상시키는 일이 반드시 필요하다. 서비스 개선을 위해서는 내부고객인 직원의 사기를 높이고 업무에 적극적으로 참여시키는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 고객만족도 향상을 위해서는 구성원들이 서비스 지향성을 갖추고 고객을 응대해야 하며 이러한 서비스 지향성이 내부직원들에게도 영향을 미쳐 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도운영기관의 현장에서 근무하는 직원들의 서비스 지향성이 GWP를 조성하는데 미치는 영향을 측정하여 향후 많은 기업에서 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

업무에 초점을 둔 BPMN 모델은 서비스 지향 비즈니스 모델링에 한계점을 안고 있다. 이에, SOA 기반의 시스템 개발을 위해 서비스 수준에서 복잡한 응용 시스템을 디자인할 수 있는 서비스 지향의 비즈니스 모델링 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문은 BPMN 비즈니스 모델의 모듈성과 재사용성을 향상시키기 위해, 서비스 지향으로 BPMN 모델을 계층적으로 구축할 수 있는 메타모델과 이에 기반한 비즈니스 모델링 프로세스를 제시한다. 이를 위해, BPMN 모델의 모델링 요소들을 MDA와 MVC 패턴에 의해 계층화하고 서비스 지향의 모델링을 위한 확장된 XL-BPMN 메타모델을 정의한다. 이 메타모델의 모델링 요소를 이용해서, 모델링 단계에 의한 BPMN 서비스 모델링 프로세스를 정립한다. 이 기법은 온라인쇼핑몰시스템의 비즈니스 모델링에 사례로서 적용되고 평가되어진다. 잘 정의된 메타모델과 모델링 프로세스를 통해, 서비스 중심의 BPMN 비즈니스 모델을 생성할 수 있고, BPMN 모델의 모듈성을 증진시킬 수 있으며, 또한 독립적으로 재사용 가능한 모델의 수를 극대화할 수 있다.

Knowledge-based Service Industry is an industry that creates added value through the production, processing, and use of knowledge. Comparing to other service industries, it is innovation-oriented business endeavors having the characteristics that exert the great influences on other fields. Meanwhile, however, research efforts thereof are yet insignificant. In this study, we analyzed the innovation performance of architectural design office which creates knowledge services, having raised the necessity of innovation of the design office. The innovation performance were classified according to the extent of efficiency of the architectural design office making use of DEA-Tier analysis, and, for those architectural design offices that showed significant differences in efficiency, we presented the case studies of the firms that were substantial benchmarking targets from short, medium, and long-term perspectives.

미래사회는 점차 도시화되고 있으며 이에 따라 전 세계적으로 자원 및 인프라 부족, 교통 혼잡, 에너지 부족 등 각종 도시문제가 점차 심화될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 도시에 신기술을 접목하여 각종 도시문제를 해결하고 삶의 질을 개선할 수 있는 도시모델, 도시 인프라 활용을 통한 저비용으로 도시 문제를 해결하는 스마트시티 접근 방식이 주목받고 있다. 스마트시티는 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technologies, ICTs)을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 다양한 디바이스를 통해 이용자가 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 미래 첨단 도시를 뜻한다. 이용자가 원하는 스마트시티 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다 사용자 중심의 디자인 개념이 기반되어야 한다. 디자인 및 개발 프로세스를 위해서는 이와 관련된 모든 사람의 의견과 요구를 바탕으로 이루어져야하며, 모든 단계에서 사용자, 설계자 및 이해 관계자를 포함한 모든 사용자 정보와 피드백을 이상적으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 참여적 설계 접근법은 실제 사용자를 더 잘 이해하고 참여시키려는 시도로 볼 수 있으며, 보다 적절하고 사용자 친화적인 스마트시티 서비스를 만드는 데 필수적이며 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 중심 디자인 관점의 스마트시티 서비스 개발의 중요성을 인지하고, 스마트시티 서비스 개발을 위한 디자인씽킹과 서비스디자인 프로세스에 관한 방법론을 고찰하였다. 스마트시티 서비스 디자인을 위한 사용자 중심 디자인 개념을 설계하고, 이를 기반으로 개발된 서비스 디자인 사례를 통해 활용성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 건설을 업무로 하는 회사의 클라우드 기반 현장 중심의 ERP 개발에 대하여 제시한다. ERP 개발은 웹기반의 사용자 서비스 포탈 및 관리 포탈 개발, WCF(윈도 커뮤티케이션 파운데이션)기반의 미들웨어 개발, 그리고 WPF(윈도 프리젠테이션 파운데이션) 기반의 클라이언트 소프트웨어 개발을 목표로 수행하였다. ERP의 주요 개발 내용은 소규모 기업의 건설 회사용 프로세스 제정, 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 설계, 프로세스 집약화와 오토메이션이다.

Today the number of economically independent women are increasing in Korea, they have a tendency to pay more attention to their appearance in their social life. Female university students show a high tendency of that kind, especially when they prepare for their job interviews. They purchase beauty products, visit beauty salons and skin care centers to improve their looks. Above all, their interest in nail art is amazingly increasing for maintaining their self-image. This study thus aims at surveying the relationship between college woman's life style and their interest in nail care, by analysing life styles of college women pursuing up-to-date style. The results show that an 'egoistic' type has a high interest in and a high frequency of using a nail care center, and 'egoistic' type's demand for the nail service is equal to or quite higher than 'appearance-oriented' type's. That means that the 'egoistic' type seems to pay much attention to how they look, because they think their neat appearance help to accomplish their ego.
