The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

The physical environment is one of several service characteristics that are important contributors to service quality. As far as public service buildings, public community facilities serve as arenas for education, social interaction, leisure, and health activities for community districts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical state of public community facilities and use of public community facilities in Seoul and Suwon and to identify expectations of users toward the physical environment and service aspects. Site visits to four public community facilities were conducted and surveys were distributed for this study, with one hundred ninety two questionnaires analyzed. Results suggest that in order to provide more equal benefits and service to the public, cities should provide several smaller instead of one large complex community facility. Additionally, facility users indicated large gaps between their expectations and the current state of facilities due to lack of storage, noise and difficulty of use. In general, physical characteristics should be improved rather than employee's attitudes and service behaviors, resulting in greater service quality.

Cloud providers now face the problem of estimating the amount of computing resources required to satisfy a future workload. In this paper, a virtual machine provisioning (VMP) mechanism is designed to adapt workload fluctuation. The arrival rate of forthcoming jobs is predicted for acquiring the proper service rate by adopting an exponential smoothing (ES) method. The proper service rate is estimated to guarantee the service level agreement (SLA) constraints by using a diffusion approximation statistical model. The VMP problem is formulated as a facility location problem. Furthermore, it is characterized as the maximization of submodular function subject to the matroid constraints. A greedy-based VMP algorithm is designed to obtain the optimal virtual machine provision pattern. Simulation results illustrate that the proposed mechanism could increase the average profit efficiently without incurring significant quality of service (QoS) violations.

Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) is distributed in cattle worldwide and causes significant economic losses to the livestock industry. Identification and remove of BVDV persistently infected (PI) cattle is very important to control BVDV infection in cattle herd. The objective of this study is to investigate the infection status of BVDV infection in Korean native cattle (Bos taurus coreanae) farms located in Jeonbuk State. From 2021 to 2022, a total of 1,497 samples were collected from 17 cattle farms and tested for BVDV antigen using a commercial ELISA kit. By the first ELISA testing, 24 cattle from six farms were positive for BVDV antigen, showing the farm-level or cattle-level prevalence of 35.3% or 1.6%, respectively. By the second ELISA testing which carried out with the first ELISA-positive samples after three-weeks, 12 cattle (0.8%) from five farms (29.4%) were positive for BVDV antigen, indicating these cattle were PI cattle. Genotypes of BVDV were determined with 12 BVDV-positive samples using a previously described RT-PCR assay and the results showed that 3 (25.0%) and 9 (75.0%) were confirmed to be type 1 and type 2, respectively. These results will be helpful to establish the effective control strategy for BVDV in cattle farms in Jeonbuk State.

In large networks, maintaining precise global network state information is impossible. The imprecise network state information has significant impacts on Quality-of-Service(QoS) routing and path establishment. In this paper, we develop analytical models for investigating the QoS routing schemes that are designed to tolerate imprecise network state information, and study the performance of various QoS routing schemes, including randomized routing, multi-path routing, and probability based routing, using both the models and simulations. We further propose a new mechanism, called local rerouting, that improves the effectiveness of QoS path establishment in the presence of imprecise global network state information. Local rerouting is orthogonal to existing schemes for dealing with imprecise state information and can be used in conjunction with them to alleviate the impacts of the imprecise information. The results of our performance study indicate that local rerouting is robust and effective.

In this paper, we demonstrate the impact of oxide interface-state on low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The TFTs with interface-state exhibit poor performance and serious degradation under hot carrier and gate bias stress. Our results indicate that the worse oxide integrity cause initial characteristic shift and device instability.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of administrative liability for offenses in the informational sphere, the definition of the concept and features. Based on the examples of implementation of instruments of European legislation into the national legal system and examples of national legal practice, the authors have identified the features of informational and legal sanctions aimed at restricting the rights of access of subjects to information, prohibiting them to disseminate certain information, restricting the rights to disseminate certain information, and suspending informational activities. It has been substantiated that the administrative liability for informational offenses as a protective legal institution is created to contribute to the solution of such acute problems of legal support of human and society interests in the new informational dimensions.

Postweaning Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome (PMWS) is a recently described disease of growing pigs characterized by progressive weight loss and chronic pneumonia. PMWS was first identified in western Canada in 1995, and has now been diagnosed in the US, Europe and Asia. Since 1999, 57 pigs from 23 farms of PMWS have been diagnosed in the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS). The most common age of onest was clustered around 6-week age. To guarantee QoS (Quality of Service), routers should determine routing paths satisfying service requirements, based on link state information as well as network topology. Link status database (LSD) in routers should be efficiently managed to effectively reflect the current state of all links. However, there is a trade off between the exact reflection of the current link status and its update cost. For exactly reflecting the current link status, each router immediately notifies its neighbors that link state information is changed. This may degrade performance of the router due to the processing of link state update messages. On the other side, if the current link state information is not updated appropriately, a route setup request can be rejected because of the discrepancy between the current link state information and previously updated link state information in LSD. In this paper, we propose a traffic variation based link state update algorithm for adaptively controlling the generation of link state update messages and compare its performance with those of four existing algorithms by intensive simulations.

This study is to present current research state of the art in serviscape and performance in healthcare system. Previous studies related to serviscape in healthcare sector are explored with limitations. This study conducts a content analysis with literature reviews in order to synthesize previous studies into three branch constitution dimension of the serviscape presenting the service environment. This study provides a current research state of the art and a future direction in serviscape in healthcare sector. Study results provide serviscape, customer response, satisfaction, and behavior intention in terms of healthcare settings. The patients and hospital customers as well as hospital employees should share the service experiences of the good quality in a proper service environment so that the patients and customer can satisfy and revisit the hospital.
