호텔구성원의 팔로워십이 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Hotel Employee' Followership on Service Orientation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 업무의 효과적 기능을 높일 수 있는 호텔구성원의 자발적 행동 연구를 통하여 호텔의 목표달성에 기여할 수 있는 호텔 인적자원관리의 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로 문헌연구와 실증연구 두 가지 방법을 차례로 진행하고자 한다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 타당성분석, 신뢰성분석, 상관관계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 공분산 구조분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 SPSS 10.1과 AMOS 4.0 통계패키지를 활용하였으며, 중요한 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 팔로워십의 구성요인 중 비판적 사고와 열정 요인은 서비스지향성에 유의적인 영향관계를 나타냈다. 반면 능동적 참여 요인은 서비스 지향성에 유의적인 영향관계를 나타내지 않았다. 이 연구를 통한 기대효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팔로워십과 관련된 심리적 요인의 검증을 통하여 팔로워십에 대한 이론을 다양화 할 수 있다. 둘째, 호텔구성원의 중요성을 강조하여 서비스의 질을 향상 시킬 수 있는 대안을 제시하였다.

사회복지사 훈련프로그램의 내용개발을 위한 직무분석: 종합사회복지관의 종사자 훈련에 대한 적용 (Exploring Practice Tasks and KSA of Korean Social Worker : Strategics for Developing Training Contents.)

  • 현직 사회복지사를 대상으로 하는 훈련 프로그램은 현장의 실천내용을 담고 있어야 한다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 먼저 사회복지사가 실제로 어떤 과업을 수행하고 동시에 과업을 수행하기 위해 어떤 역량(KSA)이 필요한지를 파악하여 이를 훈련에 반영해야 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 실천과업과 역량을 파악하기 위해 사회복지관에 근무하는 전국의 사회복지사 중 340명을 표본추출하여 실천현장에서 활용되는 111개의 실천과업과 업무에 필요한 89개의 지식 기술 능력(KSA)을 가지고 직무분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지사의 실천영역은 '직접서비스', '지역사회서비스', '조직전략 및 인적자원관리', '간접서비스' 영역으로 분류되고, 각 영역별로 중요한 실천과업들이 선정되었다. 동시에 실천현장에서 요구되는 지식, 기술, 능력이 중요도, 필요도, 보유수준 등에 따라 우선순위로 제시되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 사회복지사 훈련 프로그램 내용개발을 위한 제안들을 제시하였다.

KANO모델을 활용한 박물관 ICT 서비스 품질 속성에 관한 실증연구: 한국-오스트리아 비교 (An Empirical Study on the Quality Attributes of Museum Service by ICT: Comparisons of South Korea and Austria)

  • 그간 박물관은 전시 큐레이팅 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 그러나 최근 방문자 맞춤형 전시가 중시되면서 앱 기반 고객서비스 및 QR코드 인식을 통한 전시 설명 등 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 스마트폰이나 소셜네트워크를 이용한 박물관 서비스 관련 연구는 종종 시도되었다. 그러나 정보기술 기반 서비스와 연계한 방문객 만족요인에 관한 연구는 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ICT 기반 박물관 서비스 품질요인들을 식별, 분류하고 KANO모델에 근거하여 이들의 품질속성을 밝히고자 하였다. 나아가 한국과 오스트리아를 대상으로 표본설문조사를 실시하여 그 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과 문화 차이가 서비스요인별 품질속성차원에 영향을 준다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었으며, 같은 차원으로 분류된 요인도 지각된 서비스 품질에는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 박물관 경영에도 문화적 차원을 고려해야 함을 시사한다.

국제물류에서 해운물류기업의 공급사슬성과 결정요인 (A Determinant Factors on Supply Chain Performance of Shipping and Logistics Firm in International Logistics)

  • Supply chain is viewed as a number of organizations(at least three) working cooperatively with at least some shared objectives. The concept of supply chain management represents the most advanced state in the evolutionary development of purchasing, procurement and other supply chain activities. This study aims to analyze and develop a measurement instrument for supply chain performance in international logistics. A measurement instrument for supply chain performance in international logistics are developed by Lai et al(2002). Supply chain reliability, customer service and cost are constructed reflecting service effectiveness and operations efficiency between shipper, forwarder and liner. The results of this study are as follow. We firstly tested the measurement properties of the sub-dimension of the supply chain performance construct using reliability test and confirmatory factor analysis follow by exploratory factor analysis. For each of the factor, reliability and validity are achieved because of the significant loading of the measurement items on their latent factors. Further research perform the analysis of variance by multi respondents within each firm and across partner firms in the supply chain. The result of analysis present the difference with shipper, forwarder and liner in statistics.

지역 대학 e-Learning 센터의 전략적 역할분석에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Assessment of the Strategic Roles of e-Learning Center in the Community of Local Universities)

  • Today, many universities are confronted with the changing education paradigm such as e-Learning, Distance Education, Virtual University. This IT-based learning paradigm shift is certainly a new opportunity or a threat to our universities. The Local University Community e-Learning Centers that support the demand of e-Learning for their community are recommended. Tn order to operate these centers efficiently, the strategic roles of the e-Learning center should first be defined. To define the strategic roles, We classified the strategic roles of the e-Learning center into four dimensions, (1) to improve management efficiency, (2) to enhance educational service, (3) to acquire competitive advantages, (4) to build new education infrastructure, and each dimension has S or 6 measurement items. As result, to enhance the educational service was considered as the most significant factor among the four dimensions of strategic roles, and the infrastructure building was the next. Through the strategic roles definition and analysis of expected role ratings, we could have recommended the direction and operation policies of the e-Learning centers.

경비업법령의 문제와 개정방향 (The Proposal of Problems in Private Security Law)

  • 경비업법이 제정된지 40년이 되었다. 그동안 시큐리티정책에 많은 변화가 있었으며 시큐리티 환경도 급변하였다. 경찰과 더불어 생활안전의 한 축을 담당하는 민간경비를 활성화시키고 지원하는 방향에서 전면적인 개정을 할 때가 되었다. 첫째, 시큐리티 환경를 변화를 반영하여 경비업법의 법명과 용어를 재정립할 필요가 있다. 즉, 시큐리티 컨설팅, 플랜너, 민간조사, 융합보안 등을 수용할 수 있도록 적절한 경비업무 범위 등을 확대할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 경비업법령의 오류를 시정하여 개정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 경비업법령 중에서 불합리한 내용을 지닌 조항을 적절하게 개정할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 경비지도사의 선발, 교육, 선임 중에서 불합리한 문제를 시정하는 방향으로 개정할 필요가 있다.

한국형 SPA브랜드의 점포속성, 브랜드 자산 및 브랜드 태도와의 영향관계 (The effects of store attributes on brand equity of and brand attitude toward Korean SPA brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of store attributes on brand equity of and brand attitude toward Korean SPA brands. Data were collected from women living in Seoul in ages from 18 to 39 with purchasing experience at Korean SPA brands. A total of 554 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis including factor analysis and structure equation analysis. The results were as follows: For store attributes, 8 factors were extracted: product assortment, fashionability, price, quality, store environment, service, convenience in location and advertisement. Two factors, brand awareness, brand image were extracted for brand equity, and brand attitude was derived as a single dimension. Product-related store attributes such as product assortment, price, quality have positive effects on brand awareness, brand image and brand attitude. Other attribute such as store environment has positive effect on brand awareness and brand image, Attribute such as advertisement has positive effect on brand awareness and service, convenience in location have positive effect on brand attitude. Moreover, brand image and brand awareness have positive effect on brand attitude. These results indicate the product-related attributes are important factors to consider for improving brand equity and brand attitude for Korean SPA brands.

치과기공사의 자각피로도에 관한 연구조사 (A study on the Perceived symptoms of Fatigue of dental Technicians)

  • The study was made to clarify the degree of fatigue of dental technicians in service at the general &local hospital or the dental laboratories in the large cith of korea. The objectives of this study were 235 dental technicians who replied the questionaire which was sent by postal service out of 600 dental technicians selected by random sampling among the workers of the each dental laboratory. The instruments used in this study was the same one as developed by Industry Fatigue committee of Japan Industry Hygiene Association. This instrument was included total 30 items which is consisted of 10 perceived symptoms of fatigue in physical, mental and neuro-sensory dimension respectably. Reliability was tasted with the data of objectives, in which value of Cronbach's $\alpha$ was 9457. The following results were obtained. 1. It was revealed that the influencing demographic variables on the perceived symptoms of fatigue of dental technicians were sex, age, marital status, educational background, job carrier, working part, working hour and commuting hour. The shorted the age or job carrier, thge higher dearee of the perceived symptoms of fatigue. The longer working hours of commuting hours, the higher degree of the perceived symptoms of fatigue. The degree of the perceived symptoms of fatigue in females, unmarried person, the one with higher educational background, workers except orthodontic appliances and poorcelain contouring were higher than the other group. 2. The higher degree of the rest & leisure condition, the lower degree of the physical, mental and neuro-sensory perceived symptoms. 3. The higher degree of environmental condition of the working, the lower degree of the physical, mental and neurosensory perceived symptoms.

보건소 진료서비스 이용자의 만족도에 관한 연구 (Patient satisfaction of medical care in a public health center)

  • The aim of this study was to examine differences in the level of satisfaction with medical care at a public health center between patients receiving free-care compared to those paying out-of-pocket. SERVQUAL(Comprehensive Service Quality Measurement Scale), a pyschometrically valid measure for evaluating hospital service quality, was used to assess patient satisfaction. The study sample consisted of 279 patients who received medical care at a public health center. The interview was conducted between April 23 and May 7, 1998. The results was as follow: 1. There were more elderly people among free-care patients than out-of-pocket patients. Education and income levels were lower amongs those receiving free-care. There were, however, no differences in the distribution of gender and religion between the two groups. Patients receiving free-care tended to visit the public health center more frequently compared to those self-paying patients. 2. Overall, free-care patients showed higher satisfaction level than that of self-paying patients. except for the dimension on sympathy and shape.

Efficiently Processing Skyline Query on Multi-Instance Data

  • Related to the maximum vector problem, a skyline query is to discover dominating tuples from a set of tuples, where each defines an object (such as a hotel) in several dimensions (such as the price and the distance to the beach). A tuple, an instance of an object, dominates another tuple if it is equally good or better in all dimensions and better in at least one dimension. Traditionally, skyline queries are defined upon single-instance data or upon objects each of which is associated with an instance. However, in some cases, an object is not associated with a single instance but rather by multiple instances. For example, on a review website, many users assign scores to a product or a service, and a user's score is an instance of the object representing the product or the service. Such data is an example of multi-instance data. Unlike most (if not all) others considering the traditional setting, we consider skyline queries defined upon multi-instance data. We define the dominance calculation and propose an algorithm to reduce its computational cost. We use synthetic and real data to evaluate the proposed methods, and the results demonstrate their utility.
