Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of life satisfaction, family support, physical health and demographic characteristics to perceived health, and to identify factors affecting perceived health of elderly participating in programs in welfare centers for senior citizens. Method: The research design for this study was a descriptive survey design using a convenience sampling. Data collection was done using self-questionnaire with 211 elders from 2 welfare centers for senior citizens located in Seoul. ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierachical multiple regression with the SPSS Win 12.0 Program were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean score for degree of perceived health was 3.27$\pm$0.91. Perceived health had a significant positive correlation with life satisfaction (r= .362, p< .001), family support (r= .403, p< .001), physical health (r= .424, p< .001). The explained variance for perceived health was 37.9%. Among the variables, physical health ($\beta$= .175, p= .014), life satisfaction ($\beta$= .208, p= .002), and family support ($\beta$= .277, p< .001) significantly predicted the degree of perceived health. Conclusion: Findings of this study provide a comprehensive understanding of perceived health and related factors for elders in Korea. However, further study with a larger random sample from various living environment is necessary.

본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 스포츠센터와 노인체육센터 6곳의 노인체육지도자 236명을 대상으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 조직성과의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 직무열의의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 조직원들의 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동을 높여주는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였고, 변혁적 리더십이 조직원의 근무환경에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 효과가 있음을 입증했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본이 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 스포츠센터 및 노인체육센터 5곳의 노인체육지도자 227명을 대상으로 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 조직성과의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 직무열의의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 긍정심리자본은 조직원들의 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동을 높여주는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였고 긍정심리자본이 노인체육지도자의 근무환경에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 입증한 데 큰 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose is to expand the role of local senior welfare centers as a place for intergenerational integration by analyzing the intergenerational awareness and satisfaction of participants in the intergenerational integration program. Research design, data and methodology: The empirical study conducted a survey on 205 participants (114 seniors, 91 teenagers) of the generation integration program being implemented at a senior welfare center located in Seoul. Results: Regarding the satisfaction of participants in the generation integration program, both the elderly and youth showed that the more contact they had between generations, the higher the satisfaction with participation. In the case of the elderly, the better the subjective health status, the older the respondent, and the lower the educational level, the higher the satisfaction, and the more frequently they met youth, the higher the satisfaction. On the other hand, the longer the youth participated in the program, the weaker their negative emotions toward the elderly, and the higher the degree of visits to grandparents, the higher their satisfaction with participation. Conclusions: The biggest determinant of satisfaction with the generational integration program at senior welfare centers is the intensity and frequency of contact between the elderly and youth generations.

Through an examination of future societal development, it was found that the demographic structure is gradually aging, thus placing higher demands on elderly welfare centers. This study conducted surveys on three elderly day care centers in the entire region, aiming to enhance the pivotal role of elderly day care centers in the welfare facilities for the elderly. The current usage status, interior architectu/ral evaluations, and questionnaire surveys of these centers were analysed. The results of investigation into the architectural environment of the elderly day care centers showed that in terms of physical environment, smaller-scale centers did not lag behind larger ones in internal facilities, but larger-scale centers excelled in spatial utilization. Furthermore, the results of questionnaire survey results revealed correlations between family relationships, health status, level of assistance required, and satisfaction with facility usage, while no correlation was found between usage time, health status, and satisfaction with facility usage. This study conducted basic investigations such as architectural and physical surveys, and questionnaire surveys on elderly day care centers. Based on the survey results, future design practices should continuously explore and innovate to meet the needs of an aging society, further improve the community care system, provide more comprehensive and meticulous services for the elderly, and lay the foundation for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and providing comfortable services.

본 연구는 Andersen과 Newman(1973)의 행동모델을 적용하여 지역사회 노인들의 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 이용자 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하여 경로당 이용 노인의 만족도 향상 및 경로당 운영 활성화를 위한 정책적·실천적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 부산지역 2,283개소 경로당 이용 노인 578명이다. 연구결과, 경로당 총 이용기간에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 연령, 가능성 요인 중 경로당 유형으로 분석되었으며, 1주일간 경로당 총 이용일 수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 성별, 연령, 교육수준으로 나타났다. 매개변수인 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 성별, 연령, 욕구요인 중 주관적 건강상태로 분석되었다. 이용자 만족도 매개효과 검증 결과, 연령과 경로당 총 이용기간 사이에는 부분 매개효과, 성별과 1주일간 경로당 이용일 수 사이에는 완전 매개효과, 연령과 1주일간 경로당 이용일 수 사이에는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구의 목적과 주요 결과에 따라 경로당 이용자 만족도 및 이용 활성화를 위한 정책적·실천적 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경로당 이용자 특성에 따른 프로그램 개발과 지원이 요구된다. 둘째, 경로당 유형 및 지역적 환경에 따라 경로당을 특성화 할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 경로당 운영비 지원 기준 개선과 인상이 필요하다.

The Purpose of this study is to analyze the investigation of consumer's consciousness for Han-Ok construction of community facilities in an apartment housing. The contents of this study were largely composed of two parts; First was about concept and type of 'New Han-Ok type' public building. Second was about consciousness for Han-Ok construction of community facilities in an apartment housing. The result to this study is as following: 1) the concept of 'New Han-Ok type' public building should not only be defined in terms of cultural property or Han-Ok experience facilities but daily life and practical community. 2) the consciousness for Han-Ok construction of community facilities in an apartment housing was recognized affirmatively more than 75.9%. 3) the strengths of 'New Han-Ok type' public building was as following: daycare centers & small libraries & management office-use of eco materials, senior centers-traditional maintenance, community center-ease of daylight and ventilation. 4) Weaknesses of 'New Han-Ok type' public building was as following: daycare centers-security problem, senior centers-inconvenience of space, community facilities-inconvenience of facilities, small libraries-lack of storage space, management office-inconvenience of moving line. The conscious research for 'New Han-Ok type' public building should succeed for vitalizing for Han-Ok.

본 연구는 지역사회 노인의 일반적 특성에 따른 노화불안과 자기효능감의 차이를 알아보고 노화불안과 자기효능감 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 2019년 4월부터 2019년 8월까지 광주·전남지역 노인건강센터, 노인복지관, 보건소, 경로당을 중심으로 284명의 응답 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였으며, 노화불안 척도와 자기효능감 척도를 사용하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 노화불안은 연령, 경제적 수준, 건강상태, 현재걱정에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 자기효능감은 연령, 학력, 종교, 경제적 수준, 건강상태에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 노화불안이 높을수록 자기효능감은 낮게 나타났다. 건강을 오래 지켜나가고 안전할 생활을 유지할 수 있는 성공적인 노화를 위한 구체적인 전략 방안 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This research aims at the provision for all of the basic data upon the arrangement of organization and allocation which include the details of required spaces and adequate area in the design of Multipurpose Senior Centers. This analyzed research is to be proposed for Multipurpose Senior Center in various local areas in the city, it aims to clarify the existing condition in the operation of each organizational required space. Further more this research examines their relationship between the facilities available and the population use of the local elderly age. Consequently, the Daejeon Multipurpose Senior Center, including participation in the program and the very high frequency of use of the room entails a smooth progress of the program, improves the quality of space and based on the initial design is fully reflected in the step.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to develop a nursing assessment tool for senior center nurses, and to test its feasibility and content validity. Methods: The study utilized a psychometric test design. Preliminary items were developed based on geriatric health needs and Gordon's 11 domains of functioning health. Initially, the tool was evaluated for content validity and feasibility. Then, it was administered among 195 older adults in a senior center by a gerontological nurse practitioner. Data were analyzed to describe the nursing problems of the senior center older adults. Results: The final version of the nursing assessment tool consisted of 27 items. The internal consistency, measured with the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, was .74. The result of the assessment showed that senior center older adults had high nursing needs in the area of management of chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, and lipids), dental care, community relations, safety, elder abuse, health behaviors (such as drinking), mental health (depression, suicide, and cognitive function), and health consultations. Conclusion: The new tool was feasible for use with senior center participants, and it was evaluated as having high content validity by senior center nurses.
