중소기업 R&D 성공에 있어서 개방형 혁신의 효과에 관한 연구 (The Role of Open Innovation for SME's R&D Success)

  • 본 연구는 2개년 중소기업 기술통계조사에 근거하여 기업의 기술특성, 기업역량, R&D 활동에 해당하는 요인들이 R&D를 통한 매출액에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조절회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 아울러 개발 방식에 따라 각 요인의 영향력 변화를 확인하고, 29개 산업에 대하여 동일한 분석을 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석 결과 12개 요인이 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술개발 방식에 따른 요인의 영향력 변화를 분석한 결과, 4개의 요인에서 유의한 변화가 확인되었고, 이들 각의 요인에서 기술개발 방식에 따른 성과 창출에 서로 다른 조절효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 매출액 영향 요인을 산업별로 검증한 결과, 산업별 최대 9개까지 성공요인을 보유하며, 산업별 개발방식에 따른 요인의 영향력 변화 분석 결과 산업별 최대 8개까지 유의한 변화가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 다음의 시사점을 가진다. 첫째, 중소기업은 기술개발 관련 의사결정시 해당 기업이 속한 산업에서 매출 증대 요인이 무엇인지 파악하여 집중할 필요가 있다. 또한 개발하는 기술의 특성, 기업의 역량, R&D 활동수준 등을 고려하여 기술개발방식을 결정하여야 한다. 둘째, 중소기업을 지원하는 기관에서는 관련 예산을 효과적으로 집행하기 위해 지원 기업 평가 시, 지원과제 및 지원목적에 따라 평가항목을 달리하는 상황별 가이드라인을 수립해야 한다. 특히 도출된 결과를 토대로 개방형 혁신 기업에 대한 맞춤형 지원 등을 통해 정책 효과성을 제고할 필요가 있다.

간호정보역량 국내 연구동향 분석: 주제범위 문헌고찰 (The Analysis of Research Trends in Korea on Nursing Informatics Competencies: A Scoping Review)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호정보역량에 대한 국내 연구의 동향을 파악하고 간호정보역량과 관련된 후속 연구 방향을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구는 주제범위 문헌고찰 연구로 Arskey와 O'Malley의 방법론적 기틀을 사용하였다. 전자 데이터베이스를 이용하여 2000년부터 2021년까지 출판된 연구를 대상으로 하였다. 최종 분석에 포함된 연구는 총 18편으로, 분석틀은 연구의 일반적 특성과 주제분석으로 구성하여 분석하였다. 간호정보역량에 대한 연구는 2010년 이후 증가하였으며, 간호사 대상의 양적연구가 대부분을 차지하였다. 간호정보역량에 영향을 미치는 일반적 특성은 교육 정도와 직위였으며, 관련 핵심 변수는 업무수행능력, 셀프리더십, 직무만족, 간호업무성과, 간호조직문화, 간호근무환경이었다. 본 연구는 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법을 적용하여 국내 간호정보역량 연구를 체계적으로 고찰하고 후속 연구방향을 제시했다는 의의가 있다. 간호사, 간호대학생의 간호정보역량 향상을 위해서 보건의료시스템과 간호업무환경의 변화를 반영하고, 간호정보역량 향상 교육프로그램을 지속적으로 개발하여 적용하는 후속연구를 제언한다.

글로벌 시대에 병원행정 관리자가 갖추어야 할 역량 (Competencies Necessary to Hospital Staffs and Managers in the Global Age)

  • Main purpose of this study is to provide some basic data necessary to research, education, and policy to cultivate professional talents, by investigating what competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in performing their jobs in the global age. A survey was conducted through self-administered questionnaires for hospital administrative staffs and managers including first-line hands-on workers who were working in 77 hospitals located in Busan, Keongnam, Ulsan areas in South Korea. Major results are as follows: (a) The analysis for the competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that interpersonal competency, knowledge of management skills in healthcare field, understanding ability for healthcare, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing their jobs. (b) Regarding the analysis for the detailed competencies necessary to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that problem-solving ability, sense of responsibility, positive attitude, leadership, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing them. This study suggests that universities opened courses related to health care management should newly open a subject 'problem-solving ability in health care' to link with health care field and their curriculums are necessary to change over to practice-oriented curriculum system.

영국 브라이튼대학교 물리치료학과의 직무중심 교육과정 적용 사례 연구 (Case Study for Application of Job Centered Curriculum in Department of Physiotherapy: Brighton University in England)

  • PURPOSE: This study investigated the job-centered curriculum in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, England, to examine NCS (national competency standards) curriculum in physiotherapy. METHODS: The researcher visited the University of Brighton from September 2015 to May 2016 and conducted interviews with faculty members. Data were collected through the university's website and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. RESULTS: The undergraduate program is a three-year program and with a module system. There is a course leader for each module. Each grade requires 120 credits (10 hours per credit) and credit hours can be earned through lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, self-directed e-learning, group work, inter-professional classes, and seminars. Clinical placement is carried out six times during 3 years, for a total of 32 weeks, 35 hours per week, 1120 hours in total. Students are enrolled as a student members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and are covered by professional liability insurance during clinical placement. The Center for Teaching and Learning holds regular workshops to discuss curriculum and module design, conduct course reviews, and review student assessment and feedback. All courses at the university must be approved, monitored annually, and re-approved every 5 years. CONCLUSION: This study can contribute to the development and operation of the NCS physiotherapy curriculum, as well as to the development of modules and assessment tools related to the application of this curriculum.

중소기업 종사자들의 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성 인식이 직무역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Person-Job Fit and Organizational Justice Recognition on the Job Competency of Small and Medium Enterprises Workers)

  • 국내 중소기업 종사자들은 수십 년의 직장 근무경력에도 불구하고 퇴직 후 직장에서 쌓은 직무역량을 활용한 자영 업종에 진출하지 못하고 있다. 대기업과 달리, 중소기업은 당장 성과에 치중하다 보니 종사원의 중장기적인 직무역량 향상을 위한 시스템을 제대로 갖추지 못하고 있다. 중소기업 종사자들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 분석하여 중소기업 인사담당자를 위한 실무적인 시사점을 도출할 필요가 있다. 선행연구에서는 의료, 공무원, IT 등 특정 업종 분야에서 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수 분석은 있지만, 중소기업 종사자들에 대한 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 일반 종사자들의 직무역량을 종속변수로 하고 이에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 선행연구에 기초하여 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성으로 설정했다. 이들의 하위 변수로는 직무 적합성에는 지식, 기술, 경험, 욕구를, 조직 공정성에는 분배, 절차, 배치 공정성을 각각 도출하였다. 국내 중소기업 종사자를 대상으로 2019년 2월~3월에 걸쳐 Likert 5점 척도에 의한 설문조사를 진행했으며, 323명으로부터 설문을 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 직무 적합성의 4개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 지식, 기술, 경험은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 욕구는 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 조직 공정성의 3개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 배치 공정성은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 분배와 절차 공정성은 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업 인사담당자는 채용, 배치, 승진 등 단계별로 지식, 기술, 경험, 배치 공정성 등의 독립변수를 적절히 활용하여 종사자들의 직무역량을 향상할 필요가 있다. 직무역량을 객관적으로 측정하지 못하는 본 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 향후 직무역량 모델링 연구가 필요하다.

Competencies of Dental Hygienists for Oral Care Service for People with Disability

  • Background: Dental treatment has shifted to the center of the community, and the public policy of the country has expanded to support the vulnerable classes such as the disabled. The dental profession needs education regarding oral health services for persons with disabilities, and it is necessary to derive the competencies for this. Therefore, we conducted this study to derive the normative ability to understand the role of a dental hygienist in the oral health service for persons with disabilities and improvement plans for education. Methods: We conducted a qualitative analysis for deriving competencies by analyzing the data collected through in-depth interviews with experts in order to obtain abilities through practical experience. Based on the competency criterion, relevant competency in the interview response was derived using the priori method, and it was confirmed whether the derived ability matched the ability determined by the respondent. Results: The professional conduct competencies of dental hygienists, devised by the Korean Association of Dental Hygiene, consists of professional behavior, ethical decision-making, self-assessment skills, lifelong learning, and accumulated evidence. Also, core competencies of the American Dental Education Association competencies for dental hygienist classification such as ethics, responsibility for professional actions, and critical thinking skills were used as the criterion. The dental hygienist's abilities needed for oral health care for people with disabilities, especially in the detailed abilities to fulfill these social needs, were clarified. Conclusion: To activate oral health care for people with disabilities, it is necessary for dental hygienists to fulfill their appropriate roles, and for this purpose, competency-based curriculum restructuring is indispensable. A social safety net for improving the oral health of people with disabilities can be secured by improving the required skills-based education system of dental hygienists and strengthening the related infrastructure.

농업경영비즈니스과정 효과분석 및 발전방안 (Development and Effect Analysis of the Program for Business Competency Enhancement of Farms)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to highlight the importance of farm management (2) to develop a profitable farm management system through the combination of agricultural techniques and business competencies (3) to shift management attitudes and habits of the program participants from being passive and dependent toward being proactive and self-disciplined (4) to help cultivate one's own life through self-consciousness participation in educational activities and lectures of celebrities. This research was conducted involving 30 farms that participated in the business program. The program imparted knowledge on vision, marketing, business skills, and management strategies such as cross strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (swot) analysis, product life cycle (plc), the 4p(product, price, place, promotion) of marketing, etc. The study recommends: (1) to encourage farms to enhance their business competencies; (2) to find out solutions for urgent management problems (3) to construct a system for leading farms (www.lfcenter.com) and on-line communities and (4) to implement a profitable business model for leading farms. It was noted that the farms were eager to participate in such business programs. In the future, this kind of program should be promoted in other areas so that more farms could enhance their business competencies.

미숙아를 위한 지역중심 건강관리사업의 모델개발 (Development of the Model for Community-based Health Care Program for Premature Infants and Family)

  • The article reports the process, contents and strategies in the development of community based-heath care management program for high-risk infants and family, which was based on literature review, empirical needs assessment from pilot study. The program was divided into two emphasis areas: (1) identification and home visiting nursing care program, and (2) the construction of self-supporting group. The contents of home visiting nursing care were developed from the pilot study of the direct home visiting to premature infants after discharge. The documentation form for home care was standardized, including the demographic data, birth history, home care services, education and counsels, and visiting schedules. The integrated education protocol was elaborated to enhance the body of knowledge as well as clinical competency in caring high-risk infants and family by the supports of neonatologists, nursing scholar, and clinical specialists. In addition, the process and strategies in developing self-supporting group, consisting the high-risk infants and family, and any significant others were addressed. Emphases were given to the role of public health center and the recycling health care referral system to maximize the growth and development of high-risk infants on the community-base, which in turn, contributing to decrease the postneonatal mortality rate.

입원 아동의 가족중심돌봄 개념분석 (Family-Centered Care for Hospitalized Children: Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose: This paper is a report on the concept analysis of family-centered care for hospitalized children. Methods: The concept analysis approach of Walker and Avant was used. A search of multidisciplinary literature published between 1960 and 2016 was undertaken using the keyword 'family centered care' or 'family centered nursing' combined with hospitalized children. Attributes, antecedents, and consequences were inductively derived from the citations analyzed (n=19). Results: The attributes of family-centered care included (1) family respect, (2) collaboration, (3) family support, and (4) information sharing. These attributes are influenced by the 'willingness of family to participate', 'competency and willingness of staff,' and 'institution policy and system.' Additionally, family-centered care does significantly impact 'the health of the children', 'family empowerment' and 'work satisfaction and self-confidence of staff'. Conclusion: Family-centered care of hospitalized children as defined by the result of this study will contribute to the theoretical foundation for application in pediatric nursing practice.

제약유통채널에서 영업사원에 대한 통제시스템이 고객지향적 판매와 영업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Salesperson Control System on Customer-oriented Selling Behaviors and Sales Performance in Pharmaceutical Distribution Channel)

  • Purpose - Recently, domestic pharmaceutical market is growing steadily, but top-tier companies are concentrating on sales growth. In this market, SMEs, which account for more than 80% of the entire market, suffer from the problem of lower margins and increasing inventory costs. According to the government's policy changes related to pharmaceuticals, it is pointed out that the management of existing customers and the control of salespeople are important issues for pharmaceutical companies. This study investigates the effect of the control system on the salesperson in domestic pharmaceutical distribution channel on customer-oriented selling behaviors and sales performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify the proposed research model and test hypotheses, the authors selected 244 MR(medical representatives)'s responses which have currently relationship with doctors or pharmacists. This study carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model. Results - The authors find out the following results: capacity control, activity control, and self control have positive effects on customer-oriented selling behaviors and customer-oriented selling behaviors have a positive effect on sales performance. In addition, we present alternative model to check the direct effect between the control systems and the sales performance, but control system factors except self control have no direct influence. Conclusions - First of all, competency control and activity control increases the customer-oriented selling behavior of the salesperson. This means that the salesperson's sales skill, negotiation skill, customer access skill, presentation ability, monitoring, direction and evaluation are important and it is also important to control activities to check the number of visits to customers, report preparation, and customer service etiquette. Second, the fact that self-control of salesperson affects the customer-oriented selling behavior suggests that self-control is not controlled by external factors but rather establishes short/long-term goals. Therefore, it is important for sales organization to create an environment in which members can induce persistent incentives for self-control. Finally, output control did not affect customer-oriented sales behavior, which is less likely to form confidence or motivation to MRs when output control is perceived as a means of monitoring, supervising, or controlling rather than providing information to salespeople.
